关于平原地区城市雨水排水系统规划的思考
摘 要：排水工程是任何一个城市都必须面对的问题，是直接影响人们生活质量的重要指标，也是一个城市，一个地区发达与否的标志，同时更能体现一个城市抵御暴雨灾害的能力。在全球环境恶化，极端天气、异常灾害频发的现实面前，提高我们的防灾减灾、有效应对灾害的能力是我们的当务之急。本文从系统的角度出发，对排水规划问题作简要分析。
