1. 范围
以上说明所述材质是指热固化及水性阳离子环氧电泳及阴极沉淀工艺所用相关联的给水部件。
2. 应用
当初涂色体系中电沉积所运用的上述说明将为下部组件如框架、子框架及悬构件提供良好的耐腐蚀及粘附作用。
该规格中的涂色组件一般不会在其顶部着色且必须在最低限度内有直接的紫外线照射。
规格编号WSS-M64J40-A1:该底层涂料直接用于镀有磷酸锌的热或冷的轧钢上。虽然该说明的最初目的是为非/预着色钢制物、电镀锌或镀锌钢提供防腐保护,且该规格说明也可用于 不同类别的预凃钢质物。

3. 要求
材质规格要求是用于材质的初始资格中。
3.1.产品材质的标准要求
材料供应商及产品生产商必须要遵从“福特公司产品材质标准要求”(WSS-M99P1111-A )。
3.2.物料的可适用性
产品供应商所用物料应与其他物料在技术变更是保持相适应,如密封性与粘附性,它们或影响到产品的性能及适用性。当预料到产品所用物料不相适用时供应商应以书面形式告知福特公司产品工程部的相关人员。

After 21 days minimum agitation, the bath prepared from the initial fill or feed

The electrocoat bath temperature should be maintained at 27+/- 2 ℃ o r as

All substrates shall be zinc phosphated and conform to the requirements of

3.5.3 Aging 时效
All panels shall be aged at room temperature for 72h prior to testing unles
otherwise specified. 在测试前所有面板都要在室温下时效72小时,除非另有
规定的除外。
3.6 Appearance 外观

The surface of the electrocoat primer shall be smooth without any structure
and not more than a minimum of orange peel when applied and baked as

Panels prepared according to para 3.5 shall exhibit no rusting or loss of

3.7.4 Resistance to Scab Corrosion 抗斑腐蚀
(FLTM BI 123-01, 50 test cycles 50个测试周期)
Standard steel panels (ref. to para. 4.1.1) prepared according to para. 3.5,
shall be scribed to the base metal. After exposure there shall be no
blistering, rusting or loss of adhesion more than 3mm from the scribe line.

49+/- 2℃ for 120h. Blistering of the paint film is not permitted. 根据参数

panels for 48h and quench in ice water. Salt spray per 3.7.3 for 960h.
Panels must meet the same requirements as shown on 3.7.3. 涂层

Throw power panels shall be prepared as per above test method with
the following exceptions: The substrates used shall be standard steel
panels but unscribed (see para 4.1). The surface condition of the

All substrates which are required to be phosphated, shall be zinc
phosphated per WSS-M3P1-D prior to painting. The oiled substrates
shall be prepared as follows: The oil solution shall be a mixture of 5% by
volume of ASTM Oil #1 (see ASTM D 471) in toluene. Pour the oil
mixture on the test panels and hand in a vertical positon to dry for 24h
before applying the electrocoat. 所有的基板所需的磷酸化,上色前应根

The voltage usde to prepare throw power panels shall be the same
voltage required to obtain a 20 micrometer electrocoat paint film
thickness on a standard phosphated test panel prepared per FLTM BI
120-01. Bake the electrocoat primed panels 20 minutes at 163℃ metal (FLTM BI 107-05)
temperature. Electrocoat painted test panels shall be exposed to salt
spray per FLTM BI 103-01 for the test periods designated in para 3.8.2.
Panel edges shall be sealed and the uncoated end placed downwards in
the salt spray cabinet. 根据FLTM BI 120-01规则,电压正准备把电源板

There shall be no blistering, red rusting or corrosion greater than the
minimum requirements, measured from the electrocoated end of the
electrocoated test panel when salt spray tested per FLTM BI 103-01. 不

3.9 Quality 质量
Must be adaptable for application in accordance with appropriate Ford Motor
Company Process Specifications. When applied in this manner, it shall bake

quality not rolled steel (HRLC P&O). They are availabe from the Advanced
