保证路基施工质量的技术措施探讨
[摘要] 路基施工主要是开挖、运输、填筑、压实等比较简单的工序，但由于路基施工存在着条件变化大、工程数量大、施工难度大、施工方法多样等特点，对于保证路基工程质量有相当的难度。特别是对地质不良的特殊路段如软土地区路基、冻土地区路基、盐渍土地区路基等，在施工时常会遇到复杂的技术问题和各种突发性事故需要处理，可以说路基施工技术是简单中蕴含着复杂。所有这些因素的影响都必须在施工中引起足够重视，并制定有针对性的合理措施，才能保证路基工程的质量。

施工组织准备是前期准备的重要内容。路基施工前期的准备工作的主要任务是组建施工项目经理部，选配强有力的施工领导班子和强大的施工力量，并强化相关施工队伍的技术培训等。项目经理部的人员，以能实现道路路基项目所要求的工作任务为原则，尽量简化结构，力求一专多能，精干高效。

施工前的物资准备是开工前期的重要准备工作。由于路基施工所需的材料和机械设备数量大、质量高、品种多，所以务必做好充分的准备工作。首先要抓好各种材料及机械设备的采购与订货工作，确定合同要求的储备量。其次是建立完
