XSA-30型扩散— 吸收式冷藏箱是专为机车
车辆设计使用的专用冷藏箱，其结构上采用世先 进的扩散—吸收式制冷技术，避免了传统的压缩机制冷形式所具有的抗震性能差、机械噪音大、污染 环境、使用寿命短的缺点，是新世纪绿色环保型冷藏箱。

XSA-30 Diffusion-absorption refrigerator designed for locomotives is based on the worldwide advanced diffusion-absorption cooling techniques and can therefore avoid the shortcomings of traditional fridges like
bad-aseismatic performance 、violent noise pollution and
short lifecycle .And it is the fridge of newly green environmental protection. Ⅱ MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETER Environmental temperature: ≤45℃ Rated voltage: DC110V Voltage range: DC77V～DC134V Rated power: 90W Working volume: 30L
Temperature for cold storage: 0℃～5℃

ⅱ）Scrub the inner of the fridge with rag. If it is too dirty,
please use the rag with the scour.Wash with water after cleaning with scour.
ⅲ）Do not spray water to the fridge directly.
ⅳ）Do not scrub the fridge with toluene, grind powder, brush,
chemical rag, etc. These will damage the fridge and the inner parts.
ⅴ）When scrubbing the back of the fridge, be careful of
the radiating and other hot parts. Ⅵ TROUBLE ELIMINATION ● Not working
● Checking the power supply.
● Checking heat-generation of fridge’s back. ● Storing too hot food.
● Too much food putted in restraining cold conduct in therefrigerator and lead to weak freezing ability.

三、工作原理和结构
扩散吸收式冷藏箱采用扩散吸收式制冷技术，以氨作制冷剂，水作吸收剂，氢或氦作扩散剂，通过10V为驱动源供电，利用热虹吸原理，使制冷系统连续运行，达到制冷效果。 四、使用说明
1. 采用DC110V供电，将冷藏箱水平固定放置在车上通风散热良好的地方。
2. 冷藏箱的门铰链可根据需要进行调整以改变开门方向。
3. 冷藏箱的门上挂盒，可放置适量的品易过重。

Ⅲ PRINCIPLE DESCRIPTION
The refrigerator adopts the advanced
diffusion—absorption cooling technique,and working principle is described as follows:under DC10V power supply and
with the refrigeration-matter of ammonia、aborber of water and diffuser of helium,the system utilizes siphon to realize the successive run and achieve the refrigeration eventually.
Ⅳ RUNNING DESCRIPTION ⅰUnder DC110V power supply, placed the fridge flatly and make sure of the good ventilation. ⅱthe open-style of the fridge door can be change according to the user’s desire.
b)冷藏箱内部用抹布擦拭即可。若太脏，请使用清洁
剂处，请再用清水清洗干净。
c)请勿用水直接冲洗冷藏箱内外。
d)禁止用甲苯、磨粉、刷子、化学抹布等清洁冷藏箱以免损坏冷藏箱箱体及内部零件。
e)擦拭冷藏箱之背后时，要特别注意，不要被散热器等高温部位烫伤。
六、故障排除
1．冷藏箱不工作
2．检查工作电源是否正常。 3．检查箱体后面是否散热。
4 ．箱内是否放过热的食物 5．食物是否堆放密集，阻碍箱内的冷气传导冷藏箱冷却不够
Notice:
ⅰMaking sure of the availability of fridge’s grounded
wire to avoid getting an electric shock.
ⅱ Do not put anything on the radiating holes,which will prevent the radiating.
ⅲ The cooling core is the cooling system of the refrigerator, it will get hot when running. Therefor make sure of sufficient ventilation around the refrigerator. ⅳ No tinder、explosive and corrosive in fridge. ⅴWhen troubling or operating improperly, please call the qualified technician. Do not tear open by yourself. Ⅴ DAILY MAINTENANCE
ⅰ Cleaning the fridge once a month at least . ⅱ Cleaning method:
ⅰ）Cleaning under power off
1、温度控制器用来调整冷藏箱的温度，从0档～9档温度依次降低，一般根据需要自行调整。
ⅲ Suitable amount of articles can be put into the door tray of the fridge,and make sure not being overweighted. ⅳ Temperature controller is designed as 9 levels, and can be adjusted according to needs from 0 to 9.
注意：
1)避免触电，冷藏箱外壳应可靠接
2)不准在顶板的散热孔处放置物品，阻碍散热。 3、 机芯是冷；藏箱的制冷系统，使用时会发热，箱体周围环境必须具备通风、散热条件。
4、冷藏箱禁止贮藏易爆、易燃、易腐蚀物品。 5、冷藏箱发生故障或不正常现象应请专业维修人员维修切勿私自拆卸。 五、日常维护
1、冷藏箱每月应至少清理维护一次，以保持洁净。
2、清理方法
a) 断电状态下清理。
