摘要：任何一个工程项目中，造价管理部门以及各界的投资者都异常关注的一个重点是，如何进行科学的工程造价管理，力图用最少的工程造价确保施工过程的顺利进行，同时保证工程的质量。在施工的过程中进行造价的控制，可以有效地控制整个工程的造价。本文结合实际情况，重点讨论了在施工过程中工程造价的控制。

一、工程造价控制的含义与意义
（一）工程造价控制的含义
对建设项目进行造价控制，要以满足工程项目合理的质量标准为基础，在投资决策的阶段、项目设计阶段以及工程项目的实施阶段，把工程项目进行建设的造价总额控制在预计的批准限额内，并且在项目的实施过程中要随时纠正发生的偏差，以实现相应的项目管理目标，最终的目标是在工程项目的施工中利用有限的资源将人力、财力、物力的利用率达到最大。
对施工过程进行工程造价的控制是一个动态过程，这个控制的过程涉及工程建设的很多方面。从工程开始之初直至工程结束贯穿于整个施工生产过程中，工程造价的控制都必不可少。工程造价管理工作涉及方面广，综合性强，需要各个部门的相互配合才能达到最佳的效果。
