前言和工具作业指导书说明

本井工具作业指导书主要由北京兰德伟业科技发展有限公司和

TAM 国际公司、PACKERS PLUS公司共同设计编写,其中英文部分都已有中文注释和说明。

本井基本数据根据《徐深9-平3井完井工程方案(20110926)》,作业指导书中就不再阐述。针对徐深9-平3井选择性固井作业,为现场作业提供工具参数和施工作业程序的指导性说明。不适用于其他井的作业施工。

本次作业与我方工具相关作业共有四趟管柱,第一趟管柱下入PACKERS PLUS公司管内封隔器和TAM 公司固井开孔短节,第二趟管柱下入TAM 公司可回收式桥塞,第三趟管柱下入固井开孔短节内管工具进行开关孔作业,第四趟管柱下入桥塞回收工具。第四趟管柱作业程序组合到第二趟管柱作业程序中一起阐述。

所有工具参数来源于TAM 国际和PACKERS PLUS公司工具提供方,现场作业将由工具提供方现场服务工程师对各自工具和作业参数进行指导和确认。

1.第一趟入井工具说明

1.1:第一趟入井5 1/2in管柱结构(自下而上):

浮鞋(LTC )+井筒隔绝阀+套管(LTC )+压力打开滑套(LTC )+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器1#(LTC)+套管(LTC)+投球滑套(LTC ,1.500" 球)+套管(LTC)+ 管外封隔器2#(LTC)+ 套管(LTC)+投球滑套(LTC ,1.625" 球)+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器3#(LTC )+套管(LTC)+投球滑套(LTC ,1.750" 球)+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器4#(LTC )+套管(LTC )+投球滑套(LTC ,1.875" 球)+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器5#(LTC )+套管(LTC )+投球滑套(LTC ,2.000" 球)+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器6#(LTC)+套管(LTC )+投球滑套(LTC ,2.125" 球)+套管(LTC )+管外封隔器7#(LTC)+ 管外封隔器8#(LTC)+变扣(LTC*FOX)+套管(FOX )+套管锚定封隔器(FOX )+套管(FOX )+固井开孔工具(FOX )+套管(FOX )到井口。

第一趟入井管柱结构图

1.4第一趟工具管内封隔器作业程序说明

1.4.1封隔器上安装9个销钉,每个销钉剪切值330psi ,总剪切值为2970psi ; 1.4.2管柱到位后,投直径25mm 低密度球(密度1.6、2.8 两种,抗高温高压,易于磨掉) ,小排量泵送球到达井筒隔绝阀,最大排量0.47m^3/min;

1.4.3打压到3000psi ,稳压,其间有缓慢压降,注意保持压力在3000psi ,发现压降立即补压,保持压力15分钟封隔器座封;

1.4.4禁止打压过高,造成封隔器密封件失效;最高压力不超过22Mpa ,井底压差滑套打开压力值为24Mpa ;

1.4.5确认座封:由PACKERS PLUS现场服务工程师确认封隔器座封和卡瓦座挂;

1.5 第一趟工具注意事项:

1.5.1按照工程设计要求严格执行通井作业;

1.5.2严禁井内落物,下套管速度不超过10根/小时;

1.5.3所有入井5 1/2”管柱要严格按照工程设计要求通径;

1.5.4工具上钻台和连接过程中保证密封件完好,严禁磕碰以及可能损伤密封件的动作;

1.5.5按工程设计要求扭矩上扣;开孔短节和管内锚定封隔器连接措施由兰德公司现场技术工程师确认;

开孔短节和管内锚定封隔器钢级与套管钢级一致,上扣扭矩与5 1/2in 套管一致;

1.5.6管内封隔器密封元件座封位置要求避开技术套管接箍位置; 1.5.7下套管过程中严禁猛提、猛放;

1.5.8下管柱过程中如遇阻超过50KN ,立即停止下入;缓慢上提管柱5-10m ,再缓慢下入;如不顺利,重复此步骤; 1.5.9 其他按工程设计执行;

2. 第二趟入井工具说明

2.1第二趟工具管柱结构(自下而上):

可回收式桥塞+变扣(1.9inEUE*2 375inEUE)+丢手工具+桥塞丢手接头+3 1/2in油管

桥塞回收管柱结构(固井结束、试油试采前起出桥塞)(自下而上): 桥塞回收工具+3 .5in油管

RUNNING PROCEDURE

FOR 2.63” x 3.53” INFLATABLE RETRIEVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

可回收桥塞

施工目的:

To set a bridge plug in 5-1/2,” 20ppf casing to prevent cement from falling down to lower completion.

(此桥塞可坐封在5.5in20磅套管内,防止水泥浆下沉)

准备工作

A.

Discuss the well parameters and all aspects of the job with the Company Representative and any 3rd party companies involved with running the Bridge Plug. Ensure the well is full before running the bridge plug. If the well cannot be kept full then establish the fluid level so that setting pressures at surface can be calculated. Review the well data to analyse maximum differential pressure and calculate fluid control valve settings.(和公司代表,第三方,讨论井的参数及下入过程及各方面工作,确认桥塞入井前井筒内灌满泥浆,如果见不到液面,就要将井筒内灌满泥浆,根据井的实际情况分析计算出最大压差,才能计算出准确的座封压力。) Drill pipe, tubing and crossovers to be run above the bridge plug must be clean and free from debris, scale, rust, etc. The internal profiles should be tapered to ensure that balls do not hang up.(下入桥塞前,所有入井钻杆,油管,转换接头都必须把碎屑、污垢等杂物清理干净,所有入井管柱有台阶面的台阶面要带有坡度,这样才能确保球能顺利入座)

Ensure that a minimum 3.65” OD dummy run is performed prior to running bridge plug. (下桥塞之前用不小于外径3.65”的模拟通井规通井)

Any fluid being used to circulate the well and inflate the bridge plug must be clean and free of any traces of solids and L.C.M. Any solids or L.C.M. in the fluid system that is allowed into the bridge plug can and will plug the inflate ports within the bridge plug.(桥塞入井后,任何参与循环的钻井液必须是清洁干净的(不含有害固相及堵漏剂的钻井液),如钻井液内含有有害固相及堵漏剂的话会堵塞桥塞内进液孔导致工具失灵。

All shear pin pressures mentioned in this procedure have a +/-15% tolerance. All pressures stated in this procedure are required differential pressures. Different fluid weights, fluid levels and pumping friction loss pressure should be taken in to consideration.(所有剪切销钉剪切值都有15%上下浮动,所涉及到的压力都考虑压差,要将井内流体比重,液面高度和摩阻损耗都考虑进去。) In addition to dial gauges an electronic recording system should be installed in the cement unit to record “pump pressure, pump rate, volume pumped”.(要根据水泥车上的电子流量计来记录泵压、泵速和泵入量)

exposed slats down, inflate 2400psi (6 pins), blank Collet Cap

(263-TJ-65) and plug (169-TJ-68), pull deflate 19,200 lbs (16

pins), circulation ports open, 2-3/8” EU box x solid guide nose

c/w 3.625” OD gauge ring.

(TAM 2.63” x 3.53”可回收式桥塞,3.53”胶筒,下部是裸露的

板筋,坐封销钉6个,坐封压力2400psi ,解封销钉16个,

上提19,200磅解封,上部扣型是2-3/8” EU,下端是3.625” OD

BHA TENSILE RATING = 38000 lbs at the 306-HR-25 Release Sub

(306-HR-25 丢手接头的抗拉强度为38000 lbs)

2. Make up Tam BHA onto 3-1/2” EU work string.

(连接可回收式桥塞于3-1/2” EU的管柱上)

3. Run in hole slowly, maximum 50ft per minute. If required circulate at

maximum 0.5 bpm while running in the hole.

(缓慢入井,如果循环排量控制在最大0.5 bpm,下放速度不高于50英尺每分钟。)

NOTE: If bridge plug hangs up do not exceed 1,000lbs set

down or 4,000lbs over pull.

(注意:桥塞下入过程中下压吨位不能超过1,000lbs ,上提时拉力不能超

过4,000lbs )

4. The hole should be kept full if possible and monitored throughout the job. If

the hole requires filling, pump down annulus at a maximum of 3 bpm.

(全过程跟踪灌浆情况,保证井眼必须灌满泥浆,灌浆时排量不得超过3 bpm. )

5. Run slowly through any restrictions, noting string weight up and down prior

to passing through the restriction.

(当工具通过小井眼时缓慢下放,并记录上提和下放的悬重)

6. Continue to run in the hole to setting depth.

(继续下放到工具座封位置)

7. Pick up to setting depth. The last movement of the tubing prior to setting the

bridge plug should be a minimum 15ft upwards. Record up and down string weights.

(确认座封位置,在距座封位置之上15ft 时,记录上提下放悬重。)

8. Caliper and drop a ½” steel ball into tubing and pump at 0.5 bpm to displace

setting ball to bridge plug ball seat..

(测量并向管内投放½”的钢球。以排量为0.5 bpm送球入座)

9. With ball on seat increase pressure to 500 psi and hold for 5 minutes.

Record stable pressure.

(当球入座后,打压至500psi 并稳压5分钟。记录稳压数据)

10. Increase pressure to 1000 psi hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至1000psi 稳压5分钟)

11. Increase pressure to 1500 psi hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至1500psi 稳压5分钟)

12. Set down 2,000 lbs to confirm that the bridge plug is inflated.

(下压2000磅确认桥塞是否坐封)

13. Increase pressure to 2000 psi and hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至2000psi 并稳压5分钟)

14. Increase pressure to +/- 2400 psi to full set bridge plug.

(打压至2400psi 左右时桥塞完全座封)

NOTE: A pressure drop will be seen as set sleeve shears

down . Bleed off any remaining pressure and monitor 2000

lbs set down weight for 10 minutes to confirm bridge plug

remains set

注意:桥塞座封时会有压降产生,泄压,下压2000 lbs ,稳10分钟确认桥塞的座封情况。 桥塞丢手

15. Caliper and drop a 15/16” steel ball into tubing and displace to Hydraulic

Release.

(测量并向管内投入直径为15/16”的钢球,打压进行液压丢手)

16. Maintain set down of 2000 lbs on bridge plug and increase pressure to

+/-1400 psi to function Hydraulic Release. A bleed off in pressure should be seen when Hydraulic Release is activated.

(下压2000磅,打压至1400 psi左右进行液压丢手,期间会有压降产生。)

17. Pull up slowly 15ft to separate hydraulic release tool (no weight increase

should be seen).

缓慢上提管柱15ft ,提出液压丢手工具。(悬重无明显变化表明已丢手)

18. Pull out of hole taking care coming thru any restrictions.

(起出工具,在小井眼内小心缓慢的上提)

20. Lay down Tam running tools. (放好TAM 送入工具) Prepare for Combo Tool run.

(准备下入皮碗工具)

回收桥塞

1. Prior to running in to retrieve bridge plug ensure any viscous pill and cement has been washed/drilled away from top of Bridge Plug.

Note: Ensure we have 16,000 lbs overpull capability.

(回收桥塞前,清洗桥塞顶部粘性残留物质和水泥残渣。)

注意:上提拉力不能超过16000ibs

2. Make up 3-3/4” OD “150” series Overshot dressed with 2-1/2” Spiral Grapple w/Spiral Grapple Control & Type “A” Packer and Flush Cutlip Guide to

customer supplied crossover 2-3/8” IF pin x 3-1/2” tubing thread.

(将2-1/2”螺旋卡瓦放置到外径3-3/4”的打捞筒内,其中客户提供 2-3/8” IF pin x 3-1/2”油管扣 box 变扣。)

3. Run in hole, circulating as required.

(工具到位前。按要求循环)

4. Circulate slowly to top of bridge plug and sit down 2000 lbs.

(当工具要到桥塞顶部时,降低排量并下压2000ibs )

5. Stop pumps and bleed off pressure.

停泵并泄压

6. Pick up 2000 lbs to confirm latched onto bridge plug.

上提2000磅确认打捞已抓住桥塞。

7. To deflate bridge plug, overpull 19,200 lbs (+/-20%) to shear deflate pins and wait 30 minutes for bridge plug element to relax.

确认打捞工具抓住桥塞后过提19200磅(+/-20%),剪断销钉等30分钟待胶筒收缩恢复原状解封。

Note: Tensile Rating of 1.90” EUE , L80 Thread = 38,000lbs

注意:1.90” EUE 钢级L80,抗拉强度是38,000lbs

8. Pull out of hole slowly taking care while pulling back through restrictions. At surface lay down all tools.

工具通过小井眼时,要缓慢上提,在地面放好所有工具。

突发事故处理

A. If the bridge plug inflates going in hole, ensure there is no pressure in tubing,

fill annulus and/or apply low pressure in annulus to try and collapse (deflate) element, wait 15 minutes and if free continue in hole. Take care when passing

C. restrictions. 如果下桥塞中途有膨胀迹象,先确认管内无压力,灌满环空泥浆或者向环空打一个低压来试出桥塞的胶筒是否爆裂或已解封,等待15分钟,如果可以下入,继续小心的下入。 If bridge plug remains inflated, pull 16,000 lbs to function deflate mechanism and pull back out of hole. 如果桥塞仍然处于座封状态,上提16,000 lbs可机械解封,然后将工具提出井内。 If bridge plug inflates but fails to remain set, pull out of hole. It may be

necessary to pull 16,000 lbs to function pull deflate mechanism if bridge plug hangs up on way out of hole.

如果桥塞不能完全座封,提出井口,必须上提16,000 lbs机械解封。

2.4第二趟入井工具注意事项

2.4.1所有入井3 1/2”管柱要严格按照工程要求通径,严禁井口落物;

2.4.2下桥塞之前用外径不小于3.65”的模拟通井规通井;

2.4.3丝扣油涂抹在公扣端;

2.4.4按规定扭矩上扣;

2.4.5所有入井管柱内台阶面必须带有一定坡度且光滑平整;

2.4.6参与循环的钻井液必须是清洁干净的(不含有害固相及堵漏剂的钻井液);

3 第三趟入井工具说明

3.1第三趟入井管柱结构及工具说明(自下而上) :

2 7/8"球栏+ 2-7/8” 变扣接头+球座短节+5-1/2”皮碗工具+2 7/8"变扣接头+3 1/2"平母X2 7/8"EUE公+3 1/2"P110N油管

3.1.1球栏: 2 7/8"球栏上部是2 7/8"EUE母扣。

3.1.2变扣接头:2-7/8” EUE公扣x2-7/8” CS Hydril母扣。

3.1.3球座短节:3.34" 球座上下是2-7/8" CS Hydril 母、公扣,带2级剪切销钉,

第一级使用1 1/8"球打开,第二级使用1 1/4"球打开。

3.1.4 5-1/2”皮碗工具工具:5-1/2”内管工具外径4.50”,工具最小内径1.38”,

皮碗外径4.91”,循环孔过流面积2.10平方英寸,承压6000 PSI。 皮碗数量:4只,耐温:300℉,适应:壁厚9.17mm 套管。

3.1.5 变扣接头:2 7/8"CS Hydril 公扣X2 7/8"EUE母扣;2 7/8"EUE公扣X3 1/2"

平母

3.1.6油管:3 1/2"P110N壁厚6.45mm 平式油管约3500m (客户提供)。

3.3第三趟入井工具作业程序

OBJECTIVE: Run 5 ½” 20 ppf Casing with a TAM 5 ½” Port Collar.

Run TAM combo tool to open port collar and perform second

stage cement job. Close the Port Collar Sleeve and reverse out

excess cement, POOH.

施工目的:

下入5 ½”固井短节、然后通过下入TAM 内管工具实现开孔

注水泥,注水泥施工作业结束后再通过内管工具关孔并反循

环出内管内残余的水泥浆,起钻。

EQUIPMENT:

工具准备:

550-PC-01-SC13: 5 ½” Port Collar with 6.75” OD, 20ppf, HP110-SC-13 grade,

JFE Connections, Box X Pin, Down to Open, Up to Close.

5 ½”固井短节外径6.75”,20磅(9.17mm ),钢级HP110-SC-13,

FOX 公母扣连接,下压打开,上提关孔。

Opening Force: 4,500 lbs. 下压4500磅力开孔 Closing Force: 4,500 lbs. 上提4500磅力关孔

INNER STRING: (Run from bottom Up):

内管串:(自下而上)

288-BK-01: 2 7/8” EUE Ball Catcher, 2 7/8” EUE Box Up.

2 7/8” EUE球栏,母扣2 7/8” EUE

X-Over: X-over 2 7/8”, 9.5ppf Hydril 533 Box X 2 7/8” EUE Pin.

2 7/8”变扣,连接扣型9.5ppf Hydril 533母X 2 7/8” EUE公

334-CH-01: 3.34” Choke Sub, 1.13” ID for 1 ¼” Ball (334-CH-25 Choke)

pinned @ 3,250 psi (13 pins), Secondary Ball 1 ½”,

2 7/8” 9.5ppf Hydril 533 Box X Pin.

3.34”捉球短节,小球内径1.13”(投直径为1 ¼”的球)预设

销钉数量为13个(剪切压力为3,250 psi),应急球直径为1

½”,连接扣型为2 7/8” 9.5ppf Hydril 533公母扣。

550-CT-07: 5 1/2” Premium Combo Tool, qty (4) HD cups (P/N# 54760) and

thimbles (P/N# 18320) for 20 ppf Casing, 2 7/8” 9.5ppf Hydril

533 Box X Pin. Minimum ID thru the tool 1.70”

5 1/2”皮碗工具,装有 4只HD 型皮碗(编号为54760)及4

PRE-JOB PROCEDURE:

施工前准备工作:

A. Upon arrival at the job site, immediately check all tools on location against

the shipping documents and check the tool conditions to ensure that no

damage has occurred during shipping.

到达现场后,及时根据装箱说明检查所有工具,以确保工具完好无损。

B. Insure that all TAM equipment is compatible with other equipment on

location and that all crossovers and required handling tools are on location. 确保现场所有入井TAM 工具与其他配用工具、变扣接头及手工具都准确无误。

C. Ensure that Port Collar sleeve is in fully closed position.

确保固井短节处于关闭状态。

D. Discuss job with company personnel and all other involved personnel.

与现场相关人员施工交底。

E. The following operating procedures should be followed for the installation

and activation of the tool assembly.

必须按照以下程序进行施工作业。

F. Complete a JSA form and review will all involved personnel.

进行安全风险评估并告知所有相关施工方。

8. Make up and run 5-1/2” casing as required to space out the Port Collar at the desired setting depth. Run in at moderate speed so as not to exceed the open hole surge pressure calculation recommendation. 按要求将固井短节与5-1/2”套管连接并下入到预定井深,下入速度不能过快避免引起激动压力。 Upon reaching setting depth, record pick up and slack off weights and break circulation as required. 当工具快要下到预定井深时,记录上提、下放悬重并按要求循环。 Land off casing as required by the customer. 按要求将工具下到预设井深。 Run and set Inflatable Bridge Plug in 5-1/2” casing below Port Collar depth. REFER TO BRIDGE PLUG RUNNING PROCEDURE. 将可取式桥塞下到固井短节以下位置并胀封(该步骤参照可取式桥塞施工程序章节) Make up the Ball Catcher (288-BK-01), X-Over, Choke Sub (334-CH-01), Combo Tool (550-CT-07), Dart Catcher (344-DK-01) and X-Over for 3-1/2” EUE work string. 依次连接捕球栏、变扣接头、捉球短节、皮碗工具、变扣接头、3-1/2” EUE油管 Run Combo Tool assembly inside the casing string on the inner string. Run in at moderate speed, max 10m/min. 以大约每分钟10米的速度下入内管工具串 Stop one joint above Port Collar and record string weights up and down and also the torque required to turn string. 当内管工具下到距离固井短节大约10米左右时,停止下放,称重并记录上提下放悬重及管柱旋转扭矩。 Continue to run in and locate Port Collar with Combo Tool.

然后继续下放至固井短节位置

Note: When attempting to locate into Port Collar Sleeve, keep in mind that

Sleeve may open with 4K lbs weight slack off on it. It may become

necessary to slightly pick up and rotate work string ¼ turn and pick up

on work string with Combo Tool to engage the dogs in the Sleeve and

pull 10K lbs over up weight to close the Sleeve.

注意:当内管工具到固井短节位置遇阻4千磅时,有可能将固井短节循

环孔打开,此时就要上提管柱并右旋¼圈然后下放管柱至一定位

置,最后通过上提管柱并过提10千磅去关闭循环孔

9. Once engagement has been established, pick up to neutral weight and rotate

work string ¼ turn to the right. Pick up to locate dogs in the Port Collar Sleeve. Pull 10K lbs over original Pick up weight. This will ensure the Sleeve in the Port Collar is closed. If no over pull is achieve, slack off and rotate another ¼ turn and repeat until over pull is achieve. This step may be required several times.

一旦固井短节开孔,要先上提管柱至中和点吨位并右旋管柱¼圈,然后下

25. 放管柱(使皮碗工具锁块过固井短节内卡槽),过提管柱10千磅将固井短节关闭,此步骤可能要重复多次才能实现关孔。 Rig up pump lines and pressure test per customer requirements. 开泵对管线试压 Using the cement unit, pump work string volume of clean fluid down the work string to ensure the ball seat inside the Choke Sub is clean and free of debris. Do not exceed 500 psi circulating pressure while pumping. 用水泥车泵入清洁井浆冲洗球座,在泵入期间泵压不超过500PSI 。 Caliper and drop 1 ¼” Chrome Setting Ball down the work string, start pumping at 1 -1 ½ bbl/min until the ball is within 3-5 bbl of the Combo Tool. Reduce pump rate to ¼ - ½ bbl/min until it seats in the Choke Sub Seat. A drop in pressure will be seen indicating that the Sleeve is open. 下压10K 磅打开固井短节循环孔,当有明显压降显示时表明循环孔已被打开。 Establish circulation rate through the Combo Tool and Port Collar at 1-3 bbl/min. 以1-3 bbl/min的排量循环。 NOTE: While pumping and displacing cement do not achieve circulating pressure above 2,500 psi. The Choke Sub is pinned at 3,250 psi. (注意:在循环注水泥浆的时候,压力不能超过2,500 psi,球座剪切压力3,250 psi.) NOTE: Monitor annulus returns during any pumping. Maintain back pressure on work string at or slightly above previous displacement pump pressure. 替浆结束后,不泄压,上提管柱至中和点吨位,右旋管柱¼圈。 Pick up to engage the Combo Tool Dogs into the Port Collar profile Sleeve and

pull 10K over up string weight to close the Port Collar. Bleed off pressure on work string and check for flow back.

上提管柱使皮碗工具的锁块勾住固井短节的卡槽,再过提10千磅关孔。泄压检查回流情况。

Note: If flow back is notice from work string then additional over pull above up string weight will be required (Up to 20K over) to ensure Port Collar Sleeve is closed. 注意:如果有回流就要加大过提吨位(约20千磅)再确认固井短节循环孔完全关闭。 Slack off to neutral weight. 下放管柱至中和点吨位。 Pressure down the workstring to 1,000 psi to verify the Port Collar is closed. Hold for 10 minutes. 打压至1,000 psi,稳压10分钟确认固井短节是否完全关闭。 Bleed off all applied surface pressure. 泄压到0。 With Port Collar closed, rotate ¼ turn and pick up to pull free the Combo Tool from the Port Collar. If over pull is encountered, slack back to neutral and rotate another ¼ turn. This may take several attempts before the Combo Tool pulls free of the Port Collar. 确认固井短节循环孔关闭后,右旋管柱¼圈后上提,使皮碗工具脱离出固井短节,如果出现过提吨位,再下放管柱至中和吨位右旋¼圈,此步骤可能会重复多次,才能将皮碗工具提离固井短节。 Pick up 10-15’ above the Port Collar. 上提管柱离固井短节之上10-15英尺。 Close Hydril, Pipe Rams etc… and reverse circulate excess cement from the work string/Combo Tool BHA. 关3 1/2in半封,反循环出内管内残留的水泥浆。 Reverse circulate 2 work string capacities to verify all cement is out of the work string. Do not exceed 800 psi while circulating. 反循环两周,保证内管内再无残留的水泥浆,循环压力不能超过800 psi。 Pull out of the hole with the workstring, Combo Tool and Choke Sub. 起出内管工具串。

3.4第三趟工具注意事项

3.4.1 内管工具入井前要循环调整好泥浆性能;

3.4.2所有入井管柱内台阶面必须带有一定坡度且光滑平整,入井前用标准通径规通内径;

3.4.2皮碗工具吊上钻台时防止磕碰;

3.4.3工具上扣要在TAM 工程师指导下进行;

3.4.4丝扣油要涂抹在公扣端,严禁井内落物;

3.4.5油管要按规定扭矩上扣;

3.4.6皮碗工具入井时要保证工具居中且小心缓慢下入,下入速度始终不高于10米/分钟;

前言和工具作业指导书说明

本井工具作业指导书主要由北京兰德伟业科技发展有限公司和

TAM 国际公司、PACKERS PLUS公司共同设计编写,其中英文部分都已有中文注释和说明。

本井基本数据根据《徐深9-平3井完井工程方案(20110926)》,作业指导书中就不再阐述。针对徐深9-平3井选择性固井作业,为现场作业提供工具参数和施工作业程序的指导性说明。不适用于其他井的作业施工。

本次作业与我方工具相关作业共有四趟管柱,第一趟管柱下入PACKERS PLUS公司管内封隔器和TAM 公司固井开孔短节,第二趟管柱下入TAM 公司可回收式桥塞,第三趟管柱下入固井开孔短节内管工具进行开关孔作业,第四趟管柱下入桥塞回收工具。第四趟管柱作业程序组合到第二趟管柱作业程序中一起阐述。

所有工具参数来源于TAM 国际和PACKERS PLUS公司工具提供方,现场作业将由工具提供方现场服务工程师对各自工具和作业参数进行指导和确认。

1.第一趟入井工具说明

1.1:第一趟入井5 1/2in管柱结构(自下而上):

第一趟入井管柱结构图

1.4第一趟工具管内封隔器作业程序说明

1.4.1封隔器上安装9个销钉,每个销钉剪切值330psi ,总剪切值为2970psi ; 1.4.2管柱到位后,投直径25mm 低密度球(密度1.6、2.8 两种,抗高温高压,易于磨掉) ,小排量泵送球到达井筒隔绝阀,最大排量0.47m^3/min;

1.4.3打压到3000psi ,稳压,其间有缓慢压降,注意保持压力在3000psi ,发现压降立即补压,保持压力15分钟封隔器座封;

1.4.4禁止打压过高,造成封隔器密封件失效;最高压力不超过22Mpa ,井底压差滑套打开压力值为24Mpa ;

1.4.5确认座封:由PACKERS PLUS现场服务工程师确认封隔器座封和卡瓦座挂;

1.5 第一趟工具注意事项:

1.5.1按照工程设计要求严格执行通井作业;

1.5.2严禁井内落物,下套管速度不超过10根/小时;

1.5.3所有入井5 1/2”管柱要严格按照工程设计要求通径;

1.5.4工具上钻台和连接过程中保证密封件完好,严禁磕碰以及可能损伤密封件的动作;

1.5.5按工程设计要求扭矩上扣;开孔短节和管内锚定封隔器连接措施由兰德公司现场技术工程师确认;

开孔短节和管内锚定封隔器钢级与套管钢级一致,上扣扭矩与5 1/2in 套管一致;

1.5.6管内封隔器密封元件座封位置要求避开技术套管接箍位置; 1.5.7下套管过程中严禁猛提、猛放;

1.5.8下管柱过程中如遇阻超过50KN ,立即停止下入;缓慢上提管柱5-10m ,再缓慢下入;如不顺利,重复此步骤; 1.5.9 其他按工程设计执行;

2. 第二趟入井工具说明

2.1第二趟工具管柱结构(自下而上):

可回收式桥塞+变扣(1.9inEUE*2 375inEUE)+丢手工具+桥塞丢手接头+3 1/2in油管

桥塞回收管柱结构(固井结束、试油试采前起出桥塞)(自下而上): 桥塞回收工具+3 .5in油管

RUNNING PROCEDURE

FOR 2.63” x 3.53” INFLATABLE RETRIEVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

可回收桥塞

施工目的:

To set a bridge plug in 5-1/2,” 20ppf casing to prevent cement from falling down to lower completion.

(此桥塞可坐封在5.5in20磅套管内,防止水泥浆下沉)

准备工作

A.

Discuss the well parameters and all aspects of the job with the Company Representative and any 3rd party companies involved with running the Bridge Plug. Ensure the well is full before running the bridge plug. If the well cannot be kept full then establish the fluid level so that setting pressures at surface can be calculated. Review the well data to analyse maximum differential pressure and calculate fluid control valve settings.(和公司代表,第三方,讨论井的参数及下入过程及各方面工作,确认桥塞入井前井筒内灌满泥浆,如果见不到液面,就要将井筒内灌满泥浆,根据井的实际情况分析计算出最大压差,才能计算出准确的座封压力。) Drill pipe, tubing and crossovers to be run above the bridge plug must be clean and free from debris, scale, rust, etc. The internal profiles should be tapered to ensure that balls do not hang up.(下入桥塞前,所有入井钻杆,油管,转换接头都必须把碎屑、污垢等杂物清理干净,所有入井管柱有台阶面的台阶面要带有坡度,这样才能确保球能顺利入座)

Ensure that a minimum 3.65” OD dummy run is performed prior to running bridge plug. (下桥塞之前用不小于外径3.65”的模拟通井规通井)

Any fluid being used to circulate the well and inflate the bridge plug must be clean and free of any traces of solids and L.C.M. Any solids or L.C.M. in the fluid system that is allowed into the bridge plug can and will plug the inflate ports within the bridge plug.(桥塞入井后,任何参与循环的钻井液必须是清洁干净的(不含有害固相及堵漏剂的钻井液),如钻井液内含有有害固相及堵漏剂的话会堵塞桥塞内进液孔导致工具失灵。

All shear pin pressures mentioned in this procedure have a +/-15% tolerance. All pressures stated in this procedure are required differential pressures. Different fluid weights, fluid levels and pumping friction loss pressure should be taken in to consideration.(所有剪切销钉剪切值都有15%上下浮动,所涉及到的压力都考虑压差,要将井内流体比重,液面高度和摩阻损耗都考虑进去。) In addition to dial gauges an electronic recording system should be installed in the cement unit to record “pump pressure, pump rate, volume pumped”.(要根据水泥车上的电子流量计来记录泵压、泵速和泵入量)

BHA TENSILE RATING = 38000 lbs at the 306-HR-25 Release Sub

(306-HR-25 丢手接头的抗拉强度为38000 lbs)

2. Make up Tam BHA onto 3-1/2” EU work string.

(连接可回收式桥塞于3-1/2” EU的管柱上)

3. Run in hole slowly, maximum 50ft per minute. If required circulate at

maximum 0.5 bpm while running in the hole.

(缓慢入井,如果循环排量控制在最大0.5 bpm,下放速度不高于50英尺每分钟。)

NOTE: If bridge plug hangs up do not exceed 1,000lbs set

down or 4,000lbs over pull.

(注意:桥塞下入过程中下压吨位不能超过1,000lbs ,上提时拉力不能超

过4,000lbs )

4. The hole should be kept full if possible and monitored throughout the job. If

the hole requires filling, pump down annulus at a maximum of 3 bpm.

(全过程跟踪灌浆情况,保证井眼必须灌满泥浆,灌浆时排量不得超过3 bpm. )

5. Run slowly through any restrictions, noting string weight up and down prior

to passing through the restriction.

(当工具通过小井眼时缓慢下放,并记录上提和下放的悬重)

6. Continue to run in the hole to setting depth.

(继续下放到工具座封位置)

7. Pick up to setting depth. The last movement of the tubing prior to setting the

bridge plug should be a minimum 15ft upwards. Record up and down string weights.

(确认座封位置,在距座封位置之上15ft 时,记录上提下放悬重。)

8. Caliper and drop a ½” steel ball into tubing and pump at 0.5 bpm to displace

setting ball to bridge plug ball seat..

(测量并向管内投放½”的钢球。以排量为0.5 bpm送球入座)

9. With ball on seat increase pressure to 500 psi and hold for 5 minutes.

Record stable pressure.

(当球入座后,打压至500psi 并稳压5分钟。记录稳压数据)

10. Increase pressure to 1000 psi hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至1000psi 稳压5分钟)

11. Increase pressure to 1500 psi hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至1500psi 稳压5分钟)

12. Set down 2,000 lbs to confirm that the bridge plug is inflated.

(下压2000磅确认桥塞是否坐封)

13. Increase pressure to 2000 psi and hold for 5 minutes.

(打压至2000psi 并稳压5分钟)

14. Increase pressure to +/- 2400 psi to full set bridge plug.

(打压至2400psi 左右时桥塞完全座封)

NOTE: A pressure drop will be seen as set sleeve shears

down . Bleed off any remaining pressure and monitor 2000

lbs set down weight for 10 minutes to confirm bridge plug

remains set

注意:桥塞座封时会有压降产生,泄压,下压2000 lbs ,稳10分钟确认桥塞的座封情况。 桥塞丢手

15. Caliper and drop a 15/16” steel ball into tubing and displace to Hydraulic

Release.

(测量并向管内投入直径为15/16”的钢球,打压进行液压丢手)

16. Maintain set down of 2000 lbs on bridge plug and increase pressure to

+/-1400 psi to function Hydraulic Release. A bleed off in pressure should be seen when Hydraulic Release is activated.

(下压2000磅,打压至1400 psi左右进行液压丢手,期间会有压降产生。)

17. Pull up slowly 15ft to separate hydraulic release tool (no weight increase

should be seen).

缓慢上提管柱15ft ,提出液压丢手工具。(悬重无明显变化表明已丢手)

18. Pull out of hole taking care coming thru any restrictions.

(起出工具,在小井眼内小心缓慢的上提)

20. Lay down Tam running tools. (放好TAM 送入工具) Prepare for Combo Tool run.

(准备下入皮碗工具)

回收桥塞

1. Prior to running in to retrieve bridge plug ensure any viscous pill and cement has been washed/drilled away from top of Bridge Plug.

Note: Ensure we have 16,000 lbs overpull capability.

(回收桥塞前,清洗桥塞顶部粘性残留物质和水泥残渣。)

注意:上提拉力不能超过16000ibs

2. Make up 3-3/4” OD “150” series Overshot dressed with 2-1/2” Spiral Grapple w/Spiral Grapple Control & Type “A” Packer and Flush Cutlip Guide to

customer supplied crossover 2-3/8” IF pin x 3-1/2” tubing thread.

(将2-1/2”螺旋卡瓦放置到外径3-3/4”的打捞筒内,其中客户提供 2-3/8” IF pin x 3-1/2”油管扣 box 变扣。)

3. Run in hole, circulating as required.

(工具到位前。按要求循环)

4. Circulate slowly to top of bridge plug and sit down 2000 lbs.

(当工具要到桥塞顶部时,降低排量并下压2000ibs )

5. Stop pumps and bleed off pressure.

停泵并泄压

6. Pick up 2000 lbs to confirm latched onto bridge plug.

上提2000磅确认打捞已抓住桥塞。

7. To deflate bridge plug, overpull 19,200 lbs (+/-20%) to shear deflate pins and wait 30 minutes for bridge plug element to relax.

确认打捞工具抓住桥塞后过提19200磅(+/-20%),剪断销钉等30分钟待胶筒收缩恢复原状解封。

Note: Tensile Rating of 1.90” EUE , L80 Thread = 38,000lbs

注意:1.90” EUE 钢级L80,抗拉强度是38,000lbs

8. Pull out of hole slowly taking care while pulling back through restrictions. At surface lay down all tools.

工具通过小井眼时,要缓慢上提,在地面放好所有工具。

突发事故处理

A. If the bridge plug inflates going in hole, ensure there is no pressure in tubing,

fill annulus and/or apply low pressure in annulus to try and collapse (deflate) element, wait 15 minutes and if free continue in hole. Take care when passing

C. restrictions. 如果下桥塞中途有膨胀迹象,先确认管内无压力,灌满环空泥浆或者向环空打一个低压来试出桥塞的胶筒是否爆裂或已解封,等待15分钟,如果可以下入,继续小心的下入。 If bridge plug remains inflated, pull 16,000 lbs to function deflate mechanism and pull back out of hole. 如果桥塞仍然处于座封状态,上提16,000 lbs可机械解封,然后将工具提出井内。 If bridge plug inflates but fails to remain set, pull out of hole. It may be

necessary to pull 16,000 lbs to function pull deflate mechanism if bridge plug hangs up on way out of hole.

如果桥塞不能完全座封,提出井口,必须上提16,000 lbs机械解封。

2.4第二趟入井工具注意事项

2.4.1所有入井3 1/2”管柱要严格按照工程要求通径,严禁井口落物;

2.4.2下桥塞之前用外径不小于3.65”的模拟通井规通井;

2.4.3丝扣油涂抹在公扣端;

2.4.4按规定扭矩上扣;

2.4.5所有入井管柱内台阶面必须带有一定坡度且光滑平整;

2.4.6参与循环的钻井液必须是清洁干净的(不含有害固相及堵漏剂的钻井液);

3 第三趟入井工具说明

3.1第三趟入井管柱结构及工具说明(自下而上) :

2 7/8"球栏+ 2-7/8” 变扣接头+球座短节+5-1/2”皮碗工具+2 7/8"变扣接头+3 1/2"平母X2 7/8"EUE公+3 1/2"P110N油管

3.1.1球栏: 2 7/8"球栏上部是2 7/8"EUE母扣。

3.1.2变扣接头:2-7/8” EUE公扣x2-7/8” CS Hydril母扣。

3.1.3球座短节:3.34" 球座上下是2-7/8" CS Hydril 母、公扣,带2级剪切销钉,

第一级使用1 1/8"球打开,第二级使用1 1/4"球打开。

3.1.4 5-1/2”皮碗工具工具:5-1/2”内管工具外径4.50”,工具最小内径1.38”,

皮碗外径4.91”,循环孔过流面积2.10平方英寸,承压6000 PSI。 皮碗数量:4只,耐温:300℉,适应:壁厚9.17mm 套管。

3.1.5 变扣接头:2 7/8"CS Hydril 公扣X2 7/8"EUE母扣;2 7/8"EUE公扣X3 1/2"

Run TAM combo tool to open port collar and perform second

stage cement job. Close the Port Collar Sleeve and reverse out

excess cement, POOH.

施工目的:

下入5 ½”固井短节、然后通过下入TAM 内管工具实现开孔

注水泥,注水泥施工作业结束后再通过内管工具关孔并反循

环出内管内残余的水泥浆,起钻。

PRE-JOB PROCEDURE:

施工前准备工作:

A. Upon arrival at the job site, immediately check all tools on location against

the shipping documents and check the tool conditions to ensure that no

damage has occurred during shipping.

到达现场后,及时根据装箱说明检查所有工具,以确保工具完好无损。

B. Insure that all TAM equipment is compatible with other equipment on

location and that all crossovers and required handling tools are on location. 确保现场所有入井TAM 工具与其他配用工具、变扣接头及手工具都准确无误。

C. Ensure that Port Collar sleeve is in fully closed position.

确保固井短节处于关闭状态。

D. Discuss job with company personnel and all other involved personnel.

与现场相关人员施工交底。

E. The following operating procedures should be followed for the installation

and activation of the tool assembly.

必须按照以下程序进行施工作业。

F. Complete a JSA form and review will all involved personnel.

进行安全风险评估并告知所有相关施工方。

8. Make up and run 5-1/2” casing as required to space out the Port Collar at the desired setting depth. Run in at moderate speed so as not to exceed the open hole surge pressure calculation recommendation. 按要求将固井短节与5-1/2”套管连接并下入到预定井深,下入速度不能过快避免引起激动压力。 Upon reaching setting depth, record pick up and slack off weights and break circulation as required. 当工具快要下到预定井深时,记录上提、下放悬重并按要求循环。 Land off casing as required by the customer. 按要求将工具下到预设井深。 Run and set Inflatable Bridge Plug in 5-1/2” casing below Port Collar depth. REFER TO BRIDGE PLUG RUNNING PROCEDURE. 将可取式桥塞下到固井短节以下位置并胀封(该步骤参照可取式桥塞施工程序章节) Make up the Ball Catcher (288-BK-01), X-Over, Choke Sub (334-CH-01), Combo Tool (550-CT-07), Dart Catcher (344-DK-01) and X-Over for 3-1/2” EUE work string. 依次连接捕球栏、变扣接头、捉球短节、皮碗工具、变扣接头、3-1/2” EUE油管 Run Combo Tool assembly inside the casing string on the inner string. Run in at moderate speed, max 10m/min. 以大约每分钟10米的速度下入内管工具串 Stop one joint above Port Collar and record string weights up and down and also the torque required to turn string. 当内管工具下到距离固井短节大约10米左右时,停止下放,称重并记录上提下放悬重及管柱旋转扭矩。 Continue to run in and locate Port Collar with Combo Tool.

Note: When attempting to locate into Port Collar Sleeve, keep in mind that

Sleeve may open with 4K lbs weight slack off on it. It may become

necessary to slightly pick up and rotate work string ¼ turn and pick up

on work string with Combo Tool to engage the dogs in the Sleeve and

pull 10K lbs over up weight to close the Sleeve.

注意:当内管工具到固井短节位置遇阻4千磅时,有可能将固井短节循

环孔打开,此时就要上提管柱并右旋¼圈然后下放管柱至一定位

置,最后通过上提管柱并过提10千磅去关闭循环孔

9. Once engagement has been established, pick up to neutral weight and rotate

work string ¼ turn to the right. Pick up to locate dogs in the Port Collar Sleeve. Pull 10K lbs over original Pick up weight. This will ensure the Sleeve in the Port Collar is closed. If no over pull is achieve, slack off and rotate another ¼ turn and repeat until over pull is achieve. This step may be required several times.

Do not exceed 500 psi circulating pressure while pumping. 用水泥车泵入清洁井浆冲洗球座,在泵入期间泵压不超过500PSI 。 Caliper and drop 1 ¼” Chrome Setting Ball down the work string, start pumping at 1 -1 ½ bbl/min until the ball is within 3-5 bbl of the Combo Tool. Reduce pump rate to ¼ - ½ bbl/min until it seats in the Choke Sub Seat. A drop in pressure will be seen indicating that the Sleeve is open. 下压10K 磅打开固井短节循环孔,当有明显压降显示时表明循环孔已被打开。 Establish circulation rate through the Combo Tool and Port Collar at 1-3 bbl/min. 以1-3 bbl/min的排量循环。 NOTE: While pumping and displacing cement do not achieve circulating pressure above 2,500 psi. Maintain back pressure on work string at or slightly above previous displacement pump pressure. 替浆结束后,不泄压,上提管柱至中和点吨位,右旋管柱¼圈。 Pick up to engage the Combo Tool Dogs into the Port Collar profile Sleeve and

pull 10K over up string weight to close the Port Collar. Bleed off pressure on work string and check for flow back.

Note: If flow back is notice from work string then additional over pull above up string weight will be required (Up to 20K over) to ensure Port Collar Sleeve is closed. 注意:如果有回流就要加大过提吨位(约20千磅)再确认固井短节循环孔完全关闭。 Slack off to neutral weight. 下放管柱至中和点吨位。 Pressure down the workstring to 1,000 psi to verify the Port Collar is closed. Hold for 10 minutes. 打压至1,000 psi,稳压10分钟确认固井短节是否完全关闭。 Bleed off all applied surface pressure. 泄压到0。 With Port Collar closed, rotate ¼ turn and pick up to pull free the Combo Tool from the Port Collar. If over pull is encountered, slack back to neutral and rotate another ¼ turn. This may take several attempts before the Combo Tool pulls free of the Port Collar. 确认固井短节循环孔关闭后,右旋管柱¼圈后上提,使皮碗工具脱离出固井短节,如果出现过提吨位,再下放管柱至中和吨位右旋¼圈,此步骤可能会重复多次,才能将皮碗工具提离固井短节。 Pick up 10-15’ above the Port Collar. 上提管柱离固井短节之上10-15英尺。 Close Hydril, Pipe Rams etc… and reverse circulate excess cement from the work string/Combo Tool BHA. 关3 1/2in半封,反循环出内管内残留的水泥浆。 Reverse circulate 2 work string capacities to verify all cement is out of the work string. Do not exceed 800 psi while circulating. 反循环两周,保证内管内再无残留的水泥浆,循环压力不能超过800 psi。 Pull out of the hole with the workstring, Combo Tool and Choke Sub. 起出内管工具串。

3.4第三趟工具注意事项

3.4.1 内管工具入井前要循环调整好泥浆性能;

3.4.2所有入井管柱内台阶面必须带有一定坡度且光滑平整,入井前用标准通径规通内径;

3.4.2皮碗工具吊上钻台时防止磕碰;

3.4.3工具上扣要在TAM 工程师指导下进行;

3.4.4丝扣油要涂抹在公扣端,严禁井内落物;

3.4.5油管要按规定扭矩上扣;

3.4.6皮碗工具入井时要保证工具居中且小心缓慢下入,下入速度始终不高于10米/分钟;
