I will sort out samples invoice for you if you like to pay samples charges.
Samples charge will be charged in triple of Fob price and your side should cover transportation fee yourself.

Dear supplier, We are pleased that we work with you. With all our suppliers we want to achieve a longlasting cooperation. We understand that in most new relationships there has to grow some trust between the two partners. Therefore we agree with most new suppliers to make a deposit payment with the first order. But we feel that in a longterm relationship there has to be more confidence. Therefore we want to give you our STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS:
- At the 1st order: 30% T/T payment as a deposit with the order and 70% T/T payment when the copy documents are ready; - At the 2nd order: 20% T/T payment as a deposit with the order and 80% T/T payment when the copy documents are ready;
- At the 3rd order: 15% T/T payment as a deposit with the order and 85% T/T payment when the copy documents are ready;
- Up from the 4th order: no deposit payment and 100% T/T payment when the copy documents are ready.
With most suppliers we make several orders a year. So, normally within 1 or 2 years we will be in the final situation: no deposit payment and 100% T/T payment when the copy documents are ready.
We think you can agree with this and hope for a good businessrelationship.
