原煤的可选性及其入洗可行性分析

摘
要:某中央型选煤厂入选的原煤来源于2个矿井,为确定其合理的选煤工艺,对2个矿原煤
的可选性进行分析并运用分组分级判定方法判断其是否符合混合入洗、分级入选的条件。分析
表明2个矿原煤采用混合入洗能够遵循此选煤厂最大产率原则,但2个矿原煤不具备分级的条件,综合得出该选煤厂的可选性曲线图,为其正确选择洗选方法和工艺流程提供理论支持和技术指导,以使该选煤厂达到最佳经济效益。

Abstract :In order to determine reasonable coal preparation process for a certain central coal preparation plant whose raw coal is sourced from two different mines ,washability of the raw coal was analyzed and the grouping -and -sizing way was used to judge whether the raw coal could accord with conditions of mixture washing and coal feed classified separation.Analysis shows that the raw coal of two mines adopted mixture washing could obey the rule of maximum yield ,but it do not have grading condition.At last ,the washability curve of this coal preparation plant was achieved comprehensively ;it could provide theoretical support and technical guidance for selec-ting coal preparation and cleaning methods and technology process properly to achieve the best economic benefit.Key words :raw coal ;coal preparation plant ;washability ;mixture washing ;coal feed classified separation
河南永城某选煤厂是一座现代化煤炭洗选厂,
年处理能力为180万t ,该选煤厂入洗本矿区2个不同煤层的原煤,其中1个是来自一矿的二水平三上
