第二章系统施工原理
注:每个浮球阀都与每台水泵控制箱内的交流接触器电圈串联。
一、浮球开关是当水箱蓄满水后浮球开关向上悬浮而断开电源控制箱接触器线圈的电源,使井里面水泵因接触器线圈失电而断电,水泵失电停止工作。当水位低于一定的水位后,浮球开关下垂,接通接触器线圈电源,线圈吸合,水泵通电工作向水箱供水。
当水箱水位低于一定水位,浮球开关下垂,消防水泵接触器因线圈失电停止工作,水泵也因接触器失电,电动机不运转,停止供水工作。其实就是一个简单的缺水保护装置。
二、蓄水池的水源是由水井水泵把水抽入水泵房供水箱,供水箱上端部有一根水管与蓄水池相连接,浮球阀放入蓄水池内,当蓄水池水满后再把浮球阀放入供水箱。
三、如果是永久性的,就必须有一个固定的水泵往蓄水池注水。
四、压力表是为了满足用水需要和节约成本而设。当无人用水时管内水压力达到一定值时自动断开接触器线圈电源,电动机因接触器断电而停止工作。当压力低于一定值时,通过压力表的接点接通触电器线圈电源,电动机因接触器得电吸合而接通电源,电动机得电工作。
