浅议企业诚信经营
【摘要】
目前，企业信用严重缺失已成为建立健全社会主义市场经济的一大障碍，究其原因是我国法制不健全，社会信用体系不健全，失信成本的过低，征信成本偏高，加之某些地方保护土义的存在。如何通过政府、企业、社会多方面的努力，建立健全失信惩戒机制，不断改善社会诚信环境，实现信用信息的共享并在企业内部建立信用管理制度成为当前亟待解决的问题。

【 Abstract 】At present, serious deficiency of enterprise credit has become a big obstacle to establish a sound social socialist market economy. It finds that the reasons are the imperfect legal system, the imperfect social credit system, low faithless cost, high credit cost, and local protectionism in some regions. It becomes the urgent problems that How to establish the perfect credit loss punishing mechanism, constantly improve the social credit environment, realize the credit information sharing, and establish the credit management system in the enterprises.

改革开放以来我国经济社会的发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，但伴随着经济的发展也出现了许许多多人们不愿看到的问题，毒大米、地沟油、毒胶囊等事件不断发生、逃避债务、做假账欺骗政府与投资者屡见不鲜，虚假广告、虚假信息满天飞。企业信用缺失已成为我国经济建设的一个突出问题。这不仅扰乱了市场经济秩序，加大了社会运营成本，降低了经济效率，败坏了社会道德风尚，破坏了中国企业和国家的形象，严重阻碍了国民经济的可持续发展。究其原因笔者从以下几个方面进行探讨。
一、我国企业诚信缺失的原因
造成我国企业在当前经济生活中种种诚信缺失的原因是多方面的，具体说，主要有以下几个方面：
（一）法制不健全，执法力度欠佳、失信成本太低
