摘 要
印染废水是工业废水的重要组成部分,随着印染行业的发展,PVA 浆料、新型难降解的染色剂的使用,印染废水污染日趋严重,处理难度也不断提高。 山东潍坊兰天纺织有限公司废水的有机负荷不高、可生化性差、色度较高,综合经济、技术和环境等因素,本工艺主要采用中和+厌氧+好氧处理。经过处理的出水水质好,能够满足《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》 (GB4287-92)表 3中二级标准。
本工艺具有几大特色: (1)化学药剂使用少; (2)采用接触氧化法,污泥产量低,减少了污泥处理费; (3)构筑物设备相对简单,安装费相对较低; (4)土地占用少,运行费用较低; (5)出水水质好。

ABSTRACT
Printing and dyeing wastewater is an important part of industrial wastewater, with the development of printing and dyeing industry, PVA slurry, the new biodegradation by use of dye, printing and dyeing wastewater pollution growing, processing difficulties are also rising. As the wastewater organic load is not high, poor biodegradability, high color, comprehensive economic, technological and environmental factors, mainly in the technology and in and anaerobic and aerobic treatment. Among them, good quality of treated effluent to satisfy the GB4287-92 “textile dyeing industrial water pollution discharge standards”, a requirement, emissions standards.
The process to low investment, high standards of design thinking, It has several
characteristics:(1) use fewer chemicals; (2) using contact oxidation, sludge production is low, less sludge handling charges; (3) relatively simple structures, equipment, installation costs relative lower; (4) less land occupation, low running costs; (5) the water quality is good.
