浅谈创新高中生的班级文化建设
[摘要] 高中生生活单调枯燥是我国各所普通高中的通病。搞好高中生的班级文化建设，是破解这一难题的有效措施。创新高中生的班级文化建设，应该从美化班级的环境建设破题，从陶冶高中生的优良情操入手，从丰富高中生的课外活动着力，培植一种生动活泼、情趣高雅、健康向上的班级文化，从而营造一个宽松、和谐、积极、竞争的学习环境。

高中学习阶段是人的一生中至关重要的学习和发展时期，是由少年向青年过渡的一个举足轻重的转折点。高中阶段学习的艰难险苦、孤独彷徨和单调烦燥等等，凡是过来人都有切身的感悟。尤其是改革开放以来，很多人用苦不堪言来形容高中生活，的确是一点也不过分。所以，色彩斑斓、清新活泼的班级集体生活对一个高中生来说就显得弥足珍贵和无比重要了。班级的文化建设是班级集体生活的灵魂。惟有搞好班级文化建设，才可以让学生在潜移默化中得到熏陶，在温馨愉悦中获得感悟，在刻苦钻研中找到自信，在和谐竞争中共同奋进。搞好高中阶段的文化建设，应当紧紧依靠班主任和全体同学科学设计，精心谋划，认真组织，有的放矢地给班级文化建设加点“料”，就能使之音韵皆俱，别具特色。
