农村环保自治在解决农村环境问题中的重要性
摘要：随着我国经济水平的不断发展和进步，市场经济得到了确立和完善，城市化进程也在不断地推进和深入，城市中的生态环境受到了人们普遍的关注和重视，其环境得到了不断地改善，但与城市的发展现状相比，农村的环境现状不容乐观，与城市环境的发展存在着不平衡发展的现状，导致城乡经济的发展也不平衡。如今，我国正在开展社会主义新农村建设，这使得农村的经济得到了飞速的发展，但是在农村经济发展的同时带来了环境上的问题，经济的发展以牺牲环境为一定的代价。伴随着这种发展现状，在农村中出现了生活垃圾污染、生活污水等环境问题，因此必须对农村的环境问题加以重视，否则对农村的环境会产生极大的影响，而农村环保自治这一方法能有效解决农村的环境问题，改善农村的生活环境，推动新农村建设的步伐，进而促进农村经济健康向上地发展。本文笔者就农村环保自治在解决农村环境问题中的重要性作一个探究。 关键词：农村；农村环保自治；环境；重要性

一、农村环境问题的内涵
农村环境问题是指在农村中，由于受自然因素和人为因素的影响以及农村中人们的不良活动以及自然环境的恶劣性使得农村的环境质量下降、生态系统失调的一种环境问题。具体来说农村环境问题是指农村中的居民在从事农业生产以及工业生产等相关生产活动过程中以及日常生活过程中给农村环境带来的影响，造成农村环境遭到破坏，出现农村的生态环境遭到破坏和农村的环境遭到污染等现象，这些不仅会对农村居民的身心健康带来严重的不利影响，而且还会直接影响和制约农村经济的健康向上和可持续地发展，不利于新农村建设的发展目标，相反还会阻碍新农村建设的步伐。因此，农村中的环境问题必须引起人们的高度重视，并采取切实可行的对策对已经产生的各种环境问题进行治理和改善，从而保障农村居民的身心健康，进而促进农村经济又好又快地发展，推动新农村建设的步伐，实现农村的可持续发展。
二、农村环境问题的现状及其存在的问题
当前，我国农村环境问题的现状是不容乐观的，存在着大量的问题，主要表现在：生态破坏严重、工业污染增多、农业污染加剧、居民生活污染增多。自上个世纪70年代我国农村实行经济体制改革后，农村在各方面已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，新农村建设的步
伐在不断地加快，大部分的农民群众过上了小康生活，温饱问题基本上能够解决。但不容忽视的是，随着农村经济的飞速发展，农村的环境问题日益显现，逐渐凸显出了环境污染问题，从一定程度上来说，农村经济的发展是以牺牲环境为代价的，农村环境中存在的问题已经严重阻碍了农村经济的健康发展和可持续发展。当前，我国农村环境问题的现状主要是环境污染问题严重，生活污染和工业污染不断增加，点源上的污染和面源上的污染共存着，各种新的污染和旧的污染在相互交织着，旧的污染还没治理好就出现了新的污染，城市中的污染也在向农村转移着，加重了农村的环境污染，农村环境问题不容乐观。农村的环境污染主要包括农民自身的生活垃圾污染、工业废气污染、农业污染、养殖业和加工业的污染以及城市中的生活垃圾和工业废气的污染向农村中转移造成的农村环境污染。农村的环境污染问题对农村居民的生活环境质量产生了极大的影响，不利于农民的身心健康，也不利于农业生产活动；在处理农村环境污染问题时也不具备城市处理污染的完备条件；农村环境问题不仅会影当地农村的生活环境和自然环境，对城市的环境质量和生活质量也会造成一定的影响，可以说是牵一发而动全身的。
