橡子淀粉乙醇化酵母菌种的筛选

摘要
[目的] 筛选适于以橡子淀粉为发酵原料的高性能优良酵母菌种。 [方法]从几种工业上较常用的酒精用酵母中,筛选适合于橡子淀粉质原料发酵的菌种,对它们的发酵性能、酒精产量、残糖含量等方面进行分析比较。[结果]分析得出,南阳6号酵母较其他菌株的酒精产率高、残还原糖低,发酵性能优良;而兰州L166发酵性能较高,同时耐受性好,南阳6号与兰州L166是所选取的菌株中较适合橡子淀粉发酵生产燃料乙醇的菌株。[结论]在实际生产过程中,应根据橡子原料中成分的不同对相应菌种加以选用。

Abstract[Objective] To screen out high performance excellent yeast strains with acorn starch as fermentation raw material. [Method] The appropriate strains were selected from several commonly used yeasts in industry, the fermentation performance, alcohol yield and the content of residual sugar were compared. [Result] Compared with other strains, yeast of Nanyang No.6 has higher alcohol yield, lower residual reducing sugar, and excellent fermentation performance; Lanzhou L166 has higher fermentation performance and good tolerance, Nanyang No.6 and Lanzhou L166 are appropriate strains for producing ethanol by acorn starch fermentation. [Conclusion] In practical production process, appropriate strains should be selected according to composition of acorn raw material.

燃料乙醇属于可再生能源,是一种绿色、清洁的能源。燃料乙醇的抗爆性能良好,将其用作车用燃料能够使燃烧更加充分, 大大降低汽车尾气排放量, 降低对环境的污染。燃料乙醇作为替代石油能源的绿色可再生能源日益受到人们的关注。大量使用燃料乙醇除了对环境的保护益处明显外,还降低了国家对进口石油的依赖程度、降低能源支出在社会消费中所占的比例等,使用燃料乙醇意义重大[1-2]。
我国栎类资源丰富、分布区域广泛,橡子种仁中淀粉含量高,是代替粮食作物制备生产燃料乙醇的理想来源[3]。燃料乙醇的生产目前主要采用发酵法,发酵时淀粉水解为可发酵性糖,进而被微生物转化为乙醇和二氧化碳,在这个过程中菌株发酵性能的高低就成为了影响淀粉利用率和酒精产量的关键因素。以橡子淀粉为发酵原料的菌种应具有酒精产量高、淀粉利用率好、适应性强、抗性好等特点[4]。筛选以橡子淀粉为发酵原料的优良酵母菌种,不仅可以
