[Introduction] As a source of western civilization, Bible had a deep influence in the western literature and development. However, in our country, most people stay in the level that Bible is just a religious classic. The author thinks that only thinking about the bible and the origin of western literature and the relationship then we can fully understand the bible and hold the thread of the development of western literature.
