浅谈秘书的“挡驾”
摘 要
随着秘书这一职业的不断规范化、完善化,秘书工作已经是各行业工作中一个重要的不可缺的部分。在国内外,已经引起了大量学者的兴趣,但前人对于秘书工作的研究主要集中于秘书的日常工作、会务工作、信访工作、调研工作、保密工作、协调工作等方面。对 “挡驾工作”这一专门的工作除了由鲁雅萍女士编的《新编秘书实务》一书中第四章有一小节涉及到了外,至目前为止,还无人详细具体地谈及。本文将对秘书的挡驾的内容、步骤、艺术等进行初步探讨,希望能加深人们对秘书挡驾工作的认识,拓宽秘书工作的研究范围,能有效地指导秘书挡驾工作实践,以促进挡驾目的的达成,并能对秘书教学有所启发与帮助。
文章是在吸纳前人关于秘书挡驾工作的相关研究成果并紧密结合语言学、社会学、秘书心理学等学科知识的基础上,以动态的语言交际为主线进行系统构思,深入挖掘而成。在语言学的框架内对挡驾语言的特点及运用做出尝试性的探索,总结出一些常用的挡驾语言,使人们对挡驾语言的理解更全面化,以期对初涉秘书行业的工作人员指导实践。同时,从秘书心理学的角度分析秘书挡驾的心理以及挡驾秘书应具备的素质,以供提高秘书的应变能力作指导。
在章节的安排上,全文有绪论、正文和结语三部分组成,其中正文又分四个部分。绪论:阐述选题缘由与意义,介绍前期关于秘书挡驾的研究成果及目前挡驾工作的资料严重不足的现状,并对本文研究的范围、内容、方法进行说明。正文:第一部分,探讨了挡驾的概念、意义及内容;第二部分,主要探讨应当怎样挡驾,介绍挡驾的步骤及技巧;第三部分,探讨了挡驾的艺术,主要从挡驾的语言上进行研究;最后一部分,则是探讨挡驾秘书应具备的素质。结语,则是对全文作一个综合的概括。

Abstract
As the Secretary of the profession’s continued standardization, perfect, secretarial work in various economic sectors has been an important part indispensable. At home and abroad, has attracted a great deal of academic interest, but the predecessors reach of secretary work maninly focuses on the daily work of the Secretary, the conduct of business ,letters and visits, reseach work, security work, coordination and so on. The “decline to receive a guest work” the work of this special addition to Ms. Lu Yaping “New Secretary of Practice”, a book chapter with a section relating to the outside, so far, has no specific details discussed. This paper will discuss the Secretary of the initial decline to receive a guest, hoping to deepen people’s understanding of the work of the Secretary Broden the research scope of Secretary work, guiden the practice of decline efficently, help to reach the aim of decline, and improve the education of Secertary.
The article is on the basis of absorbing the relevant reseach results in previous work and closely combining the linguistics, psychology, the secretary discipling knowledge, etc.It is systematically wirten with the main idea of dynamic language communication and a tentative of ecploration. It attermpts to eplore the features and application decline language in linguistics framework, summarizes some used decline larguage make people understand it more comprehensively and guide the people who newly step into the industry of secertary. At the same time, it will analysis the psychology when one decline and the quanity one should have on the angle of psychology, hope to improve the capability for secretary.
In the arrangement of chapters, the full text consist of introduction, body and comclusion three parts, of which the body is divided into four parts. Introduction: Causes and significance of topics, introduce the preliminary results of research on the Secretary to decline to receive a guest and the serious shortage of information of the current decline work. Explain the scope of this study, content, method. Text: the first part, of the decline to receive a guest of the concept, meaning and contet; The second part, focuese on how the decline to receive a guest should be introduced the steps and techniques of decline to receive a guest; The third part, the art of the declineto receive a guest, mainly on the decline lauguage. Last part is about the puality of the secertary of decline to receive a guest should have Conclusion, then is to make a comprehensive summary of the full text.
