Abstract

Questionnaire conducted in 2010with 250students in CUG , brought these results :for the large of western campus and West students , the satisfaction of

cafeteria of western campus is low . The data reflects the situation of the cafeteria of western campus is serious . Compared with Western canteen , I have to say , the cafeteria of western campus really need do some reforms .

Introduction

Canteen is an integral part of our lives . To some extent , whether Its

management is good or not , affect the level of our quality of life . The largest dining hall among our school is the western campus's canteen , and its scope of services covers the entire western campus , even some Western students are in the dining sometimes , so it has a great influence on our food . What is the image in the minds of the students? Compared to Western canteen, and which aspects are there need improve?

Considering various factors , I am determined the final theme of the investigation is :The survey about the cafeteria of western campus satisfaction. I hope that

through this investigation , to know the students on the cafeteria of western campus food , health and other aspects of evaluation , and students could put forward some reasonable proposals .

The survey includes 250copies of questionnaires, pre-survey questionnaire 50, is a total of 300. Results are from the latter part of the questionnaire, not including the pre-survey questionnaire. 250questionnaires returned, 237were recovered, recovery rate is 94.8%.Organized are as follows :

I mainly from the canteen hygiene,

canteen meals, canteen staff, the controversy about the supper, the students overall evaluation of the five dining area to the survey results are analyzed.

1. Canteen health:

As the first question is shown, there are 4.2%of the students choose

“satisfactory”,49.4%of students chose”not satisfied”,42.2%of the students

choose “general”,in addition to 4.2%of the students choose “doesnot matter”.This shows that most of the students on the evaluation of the cafeteria of western campus hygiene is not high.

The second question (185people answered this question), we found that canteen cutlery health, ground and desktop prominent health issues are serious; In addition, the cafeteria staff, health awareness and wash the pool is also worth noting that health conditions; In the E item, we also learned that some students were

concerned about the hygiene condition of food.

I believe that with the arrival of summer, cafeteria of western campus should strengthen the management of health, so as to give us to create a clean and comfortable dining environment. Of course, we should try to build a harmonious surroundings jointly.

The first data on the students illustrated the cafeteria of the western campus is poor food quality evaluation.

With the second question (with199answered this question), we found that

students in the amount of food taste and food reflects the very strong in these two areas; In addition, the food materials, food sanitation and unsatisfactory degree of rice and delicious aren”tsatisfied. from F term, we also learned that some students think that the cafeteria food is too light, fuel is obviously insufficient, and so on.

From the figure, we found that most of the students does not meet the existing types of food or feeling in general, only 7.2%of the students feel that is reasonable. In the visit on the part of students, I learned that they felt the cafeteria of western campus as the school largest cafeteria, the window should open some of the characteristics to meet the different tastes of different students; In addition, each window should also be appropriate to change food types every day.

From the figure we can see that 29.5%of students considered to be

unreasonable, while most of the students on the cafeteria of western campus food prices take moderate attitude. Compared with West Three cafeteria, on the whole we can see that western campus pasta higher price, roughly the price of other food. In the visit, we learned that students generally believe that the cafeteria of western campus canteen pasta price much lower than the West, they suggested that the cafeteria of western campus should make some adjustments on the price of pasta. Summary of canteen food areas:

From 2.1to 2.3questions, we can see, Firstly, on the whole the students 's evaluation of cafeteria of western campus food are lower. Students were not satisfied with the quality food; Secondly, the students on the food price and food have some type of advice.

From the figure we can see that 24.1%of the students on the cafeteria of western campus attitude of staff negative attitude, 8.4%of the students are holding a

positive attitude, others feel general or does not matter. Combined with visits, we learned that the staff in some of the window have a good service,some are not, especially when a lot of students go together to have dinner,like have school, the

staffs show poor attitude of staff, mainly for the impatient, talked very rude, doubts about whether the students expressed the credit card and so on.

From the figure we can see the students’evaluation of the arrangement for the cafeteria of western campus staff in each window is bad. Combined with the

situation of daily meals, we can find that when a large number of people eat, some of the window who is not enough clearly, this result is that the students have to wait In addition, some staffs are not always in the window, This also affects the efficiency of our meal.

3.3. You think the efficiency of the staff in the cafeteria of western campus (cleanup tables, etc.)is:()

From the figure we can see the efficiency of the staff work in the cafeteria of western campus is low. Combined with the situation of daily meals, we found that very few students can consciously recall tableware, in large part to added the

canteen staff workload to clean up the table, when the peak of eating comes, many students had to face the messy table to Wait, this is not just problem of the canteen staffs’low efficiency, on the one hand because of our own. Therefore, it is

recommended students can consciously recall tableware, this way, the biggest beneficiary is our own.

The figure shows most of the students not to open the canteen managers

opposed the practice of the TV. Some students love sports love sports students, some students concerned about the current events, they strongly recommended cafeteria managers should turn on the TV, so that we can enjoy a meal at the same time the spirit of the feast.

Summary of the work of the canteen staff:

From 3.1to 3.4items, we can see, the students were dissatisfied with the work of the cafeteria of western campus staff more than aspects of the relative low cafeteria food. Of course, the students have a certain opinion to the the cafeteria of western campus staff, mainly reflected in the attitude of the staff, the window personnel arrangements, in addition, most of students opposed the practice of not open the TV.

When we blame the low efficiency of staff in the blame, we should take the

initiative to recycle their own utensils, because only if we work together to create a good dining environment and order.

4.The controversy about the supper:

From the figure we can see that nearly half of the students think that the western campus should be opened canteen supper hours. In the visit, we learned that most of the students will have something to eat before going to bed, mainly some instant noodles, biscuits and a small street from the outside to buy snacks, etc, but they are mostly junk food. Therefore, many students suggested opening the canteen supper proper window, so eating problem can be solved.

The data reflects most of the students on the overall evaluation of the cafeteria of western campus is low.Compared with Western canteen, we have to say, the cafeteria of western campus really need to do some reforms.

Conclusions and recommendations:

Survey Results Summary:

Overall, cafeteria of western campus satisfaction of students in large western campus and West is low. Mainly reflected in:

1. cafeteria of western campus food taste so not well that the public isn’tquite satisfied, in addition to materials used in food, food hygiene, food delicious weight and degree of rice, there are some problems of food type and food prices poor.

2. The problem of cafeteria of western campus hygiene is particularly prominent in the dining health and utensils health, other aspects of the problem is not obvious.

3. Students’evaluation of cafeteria of western campus staff attitude, the window staffing, the efficiency are in general.Of course,they are dissatisfied with respect to food of poor quality.

4. The students have a high expectations of the cafeteria of western campus to open the canteen supper and a strong dissatisfaction of the the management practices that do not open the TV.

三月初我得到了一份超市临时促销员的工作,具体的工作就是为该著名品牌所属的一个营养品品牌做免费市场品尝促销活动,让消费者感觉到这个产品值得他们去买,提高销售量。万事开头难,什么事都要有尝试,都要有开始,都要有经过,都要有失败。在经历了简短的实习生活后,既紧张,又新奇,依然使我受益匪浅。通过实习,使我对日常工作有了深层次的认识,对平时所学的理论知识有了实践的理解,也明白了很多事情看起来简单,但实际上与我们的想象是有很大的差距的,不但要有细心,还要有策略,谋划。总之,任何事情都要考虑周全。

一、实习单位简介

先来介绍一下工作环境,该超市是一家大型超市,采取自选销售方式,以销售食品、生鲜食品、副食品和生活日杂用品为主。周围是各家属居民住宅区的中心地段,交通便利,属于商业区。主要服务于周遍各区居民的日常生活需求,它的商场营销部门被分为几个部分:副食食品科、饮料酒水科、生鲜食品科、鞋帽服饰科、日用百货科、家用电器科等等。开业七年来,本着“顾客第一,唯一的第一”的经营理念,实行“天天低价,优质服务”的经营策略,受到广大顾客和社会各界的关注和好评。

二、实习目的

之所以选择一个在超市的工作,主要有有两个原因:1、能够接触更多的人使自己的交际能力能更好一些。在以后的学习工作中,需要有更多的体验,更多的经历,因此只有尽可能的面对各种各样的人,才能增加自己的阅历;2、我要看看我能否在忙碌的环境中有能力依靠自己的双手和大脑维持自己的生存。同时,也想通过亲身体验社会实践让自己更进一步了解社会,在实践中增长见识,锻炼自己的才干,培养自己的韧性,更为重要的是检验一下自己所学的东西能否被社会所用,自己的能力能否

被社会所承认。想通过社会实践,能找出自己的不足和差距所在。趁着大四有这样一个机会,初步体验一下管理与被管理,服务与被服务之间的区别。促销是企业推广新产品、提高品牌知名度、树立企业良好形象加强与顾客联系的重要措施。尤其是在超市里各种品牌对手集中竞争的地方,更是检验自己品牌实力和影响力的地方,这就要求促销要做到位,要有效果。大多数企业都会花不少的财力、人力、物力在促销活动上,超市是直接接触最终顾客的最重要的场所,也是企业短兵相接的战场第一线。掌握如何让自己的品牌快速有效的深入人心,博得大众好感并且了解超市促销管理方法就是我要学习的。

三、实习内容

我的工作日程是这样安排的:每天上午9:00上班——晚上8:30下班,每周的星期一到星期五工作。在岗时期还要参与超市盘点和入库整顿,有空时帮理货员看看货架的排列是否整齐和清洁、货品的齐缺并且及时加货上架。在别人眼中,超市的兼职工作是相当轻松的,但他们又何尝知晓,超市的工作和他们说的却正好相反。每当超市卸货入库时,每个人都将变的更加忙碌,根本就没有休息的时间,哪怕是喝一口水……在那工作的一个月中,我就有那样的体会,从卸货到货物进仓往往要持续两个小时左右,累——成了每个人的写照!但当我们把货物全部进仓后,也不可能有什么时间去休息,工作中一直都是站着或是在奔跑的途中,有时因为业务的不熟悉我常常受到区域负责人和主管的奚落。每到要进行盘点的时候,就是我变成“牛”的时候。所谓盘点就是在那天下班后,等到最后一位顾客跨出大门后,锁门——交代各自所要盘点的货架——开始一一对应的数量、金额和品目盘点——各单位例行工作总结小会——次日有班的先回去,没班的留下打扫卫生,一般不到九点半决不结束。

记得曾经有一个长辈就跟我说:不过做什么要多做事,少说话!话虽简单,但真正做起来就不简单了。要在众多同事、领导甚至于顾客眼里一开始就留下一个好的印像可不是一件简单的事情,而且我要在同类品牌的平等竞争下让销售量来说明我工作的努力,击败对手,这的确有难度。我至今还记得我第一天将台子摆出,开始招揽生意的那一刻我极度期待下班回家和难以面对大众的羞涩心情,喊话器毫不留情的将我是个生手的秘密公之于众。还有周围和我一样在做促销的那些老手们的好奇与嘲笑,好在超市的厂方专职促销员大姐很照顾我,她仔细地给我讲解了有关具体的事项和要

注意的重点,比如说(1)决不能破坏超市的规矩。俗话说:国有国法,家有家规。自然,作为一个单位也有相应的规定了。我们超市制定了很多的规定,比如:不可以串岗、不可以闲谈等等。此外,还有一条:不可以把手机带在身上,可以把手机带来上班,但要放在办公室。对于这个规定,大家还是很理解的,毕竟上班要有上班的样子的,超市的营收和自己的收入有很大的联系的。所有的规定我基本上都能自觉地遵守的。我认为,这些是最基本的,当然要遵守了。(2)不管是谁,随喊随到。在超市做促销员,有时还是很忙的。特别是周末,很多的供货商都在周五送货以便应付周末的客流量,然后顺便结帐。有时候,一连几家供货商送货来,这时候就忙了,有很多货物卸在收货处。仅有几个人在收货处是忙不过来的,既要验货又要把货装走。于是,他们就需要人来帮忙了。我是刚来的,对仓库的布局不了解,好多次帮倒忙被领导骂。我要把各个柜台的货物分开,并分别送到各个货架附近,如果是一般的货物倒是没什么,但有时候有的商家送的是饮料、酱油、食用油之类的货物就很重了。超市进货都是几千箱饮料、几百箱酒的,每卸一次都特别累,但是谁叫我是新来的,难逃新人受欺负的“厄运”,只有这样才能相安无事,大姐她当初也是这样过来的。

当然在没有货要上的话一定要找点事情做。“上货”,也就是补货。货架上的货物被顾客买走了,货架就空了不仅影响了排面还会影响销售,得从仓库把同样的产品拿来补到原来的位子上去。如果超市的顾客很多的话,不能只顾着补货,还要去留意货架以及招呼顾客。等到货架上的货物都补齐了,就站在货架前吸引顾客,让他们对你的产品产生兴趣,我拿着托盘拦住路过的客人让他们品尝,并且重复我已经重复了几百遍的解说台词。如果没有什么顾客,也没有货要补,那就抹货架。货架一段时间不抹后,就会有一些灰尘,顾客看到有灰尘的产品,感觉上就像这件产品时间长了、旧的,自然就不会买了。这样不但给顾客流下了个坏印象,而且货物就卖不出去了。谁也不希望我们的东西卖不出去的。所以,在没有什么顾客而且没有货补时,可以抹货架。正是有了以上几点要领,我在超市的表现还是比较好的。

四、实习收获与体会

总的来说,在超市里打工是绝对有收获的。俗话说,千里之行始于足下,这些最基本的业务往往是不能在书本上彻底理解的,所以基础的实务尤其显得重要。通过这次简短而又充实的实习,我学到了在学校里学不到的实用知识,对自己的专业也有了

更为详尽而深刻的了解,也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。同时积累了很多的宝贵的工作经验,掌握了一定的业务操作能力和协调沟通能力使自己更加充分地理解了理论与实际的关系。从这次实习中,我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的,并且需要进一步的再学习。从这次实习中,我体会到,如果将我们在大学里所学的知识与更多的实践结合在一起,用实践来检验真理,使一个本科生具备较强的处理基本实务的能力与比较系统的专业知识,这才是我们学习与实习的真正目的。我进入了社会,提前了解了社会,对这个社会提前有了认识,我以后在社会上就能少走点弯路。和以往的实践不一样,这次我真正的看到了自己的不足和优势,当我认真工作起来就会很投入,但是当我遇到挫折的时候我就会手足无措,毕竟还是学校里养着的学生,做起事情来一点也不老道,这是我父母给我的评价,我自己也是这么认为的,原来社会实践的作用就是让我提前知道自己的缺点,让我们在一次一次锻炼中学会客观的看自己,不要把自己看得比天还要高,以免以后毕业了择业眼高手低,到头来一事无成。这一次打工的经历,我想会永远记在心里,毕竟它使我第一次感受到:无论什么事都不能靠别人,只有靠自己!但——首先,是要拥有知识、能力还要有持之以恒的决心。没有足够的知识、能力是根本无法在社会上立足的;而没有决心,你的一切都是徒劳,都只是纸上谈兵。因此,我要更加努力,争取成为社会的栋梁。

Survey Results Summary:

Overall, cafeteria of western campus satisfaction of students in large western campus and West is low. Mainly reflected in:

1. cafeteria of western campus food taste so not well that the public isn’tquite satisfied, in addition to materials used in food, food hygiene, food delicious weight and degree of rice, there are some problems of food type and food prices poor.

三月初我得到了一份超市临时促销员的工作,具体的工作就是为该著名品牌所属的一个营养品品牌做免费市场品尝促销活动,让消费者感觉到这个产品值得他们去买,提高销售量。万事开头难,什么事都要有尝试,都要有开始,都要有经过,都要有失败。在经历了简短的实习生活后,既紧张,又新奇,依然使我受益匪浅。通过实习,使我对日常工作有了深层次的认识,对平时所学的理论知识有了实践的理解,也明白了很多事情看起来简单,但实际上与我们的想象是有很大的差距的,不但要有细心,还要有策略,谋划。总之,任何事情都要考虑周全。

一、实习单位简介

先来介绍一下工作环境,该超市是一家大型超市,采取自选销售方式,以销售食品、生鲜食品、副食品和生活日杂用品为主。周围是各家属居民住宅区的中心地段,交通便利,属于商业区。主要服务于周遍各区居民的日常生活需求,它的商场营销部门被分为几个部分:副食食品科、饮料酒水科、生鲜食品科、鞋帽服饰科、日用百货科、家用电器科等等。开业七年来,本着“顾客第一,唯一的第一”的经营理念,实行“天天低价,优质服务”的经营策略,受到广大顾客和社会各界的关注和好评。

二、实习目的

之所以选择一个在超市的工作,主要有有两个原因:1、能够接触更多的人使自己的交际能力能更好一些。在以后的学习工作中,需要有更多的体验,更多的经历,因此只有尽可能的面对各种各样的人,才能增加自己的阅历;2、我要看看我能否在忙碌的环境中有能力依靠自己的双手和大脑维持自己的生存。同时,也想通过亲身体验社会实践让自己更进一步了解社会,在实践中增长见识,锻炼自己的才干,培养自己的韧性,更为重要的是检验一下自己所学的东西能否被社会所用,自己的能力能否

被社会所承认。想通过社会实践,能找出自己的不足和差距所在。趁着大四有这样一个机会,初步体验一下管理与被管理,服务与被服务之间的区别。促销是企业推广新产品、提高品牌知名度、树立企业良好形象加强与顾客联系的重要措施。尤其是在超市里各种品牌对手集中竞争的地方,更是检验自己品牌实力和影响力的地方,这就要求促销要做到位,要有效果。大多数企业都会花不少的财力、人力、物力在促销活动上,超市是直接接触最终顾客的最重要的场所,也是企业短兵相接的战场第一线。掌握如何让自己的品牌快速有效的深入人心,博得大众好感并且了解超市促销管理方法就是我要学习的。

三、实习内容

我的工作日程是这样安排的:每天上午9:00上班——晚上8:30下班,每周的星期一到星期五工作。在岗时期还要参与超市盘点和入库整顿,有空时帮理货员看看货架的排列是否整齐和清洁、货品的齐缺并且及时加货上架。在别人眼中,超市的兼职工作是相当轻松的,但他们又何尝知晓,超市的工作和他们说的却正好相反。每当超市卸货入库时,每个人都将变的更加忙碌,根本就没有休息的时间,哪怕是喝一口水……在那工作的一个月中,我就有那样的体会,从卸货到货物进仓往往要持续两个小时左右,累——成了每个人的写照!但当我们把货物全部进仓后,也不可能有什么时间去休息,工作中一直都是站着或是在奔跑的途中,有时因为业务的不熟悉我常常受到区域负责人和主管的奚落。每到要进行盘点的时候,就是我变成“牛”的时候。所谓盘点就是在那天下班后,等到最后一位顾客跨出大门后,锁门——交代各自所要盘点的货架——开始一一对应的数量、金额和品目盘点——各单位例行工作总结小会——次日有班的先回去,没班的留下打扫卫生,一般不到九点半决不结束。

记得曾经有一个长辈就跟我说:不过做什么要多做事,少说话!话虽简单,但真正做起来就不简单了。要在众多同事、领导甚至于顾客眼里一开始就留下一个好的印像可不是一件简单的事情,而且我要在同类品牌的平等竞争下让销售量来说明我工作的努力,击败对手,这的确有难度。我至今还记得我第一天将台子摆出,开始招揽生意的那一刻我极度期待下班回家和难以面对大众的羞涩心情,喊话器毫不留情的将我是个生手的秘密公之于众。还有周围和我一样在做促销的那些老手们的好奇与嘲笑,好在超市的厂方专职促销员大姐很照顾我,她仔细地给我讲解了有关具体的事项和要

注意的重点,比如说(1)决不能破坏超市的规矩。俗话说:国有国法,家有家规。自然,作为一个单位也有相应的规定了。我们超市制定了很多的规定,比如:不可以串岗、不可以闲谈等等。此外,还有一条:不可以把手机带在身上,可以把手机带来上班,但要放在办公室。对于这个规定,大家还是很理解的,毕竟上班要有上班的样子的,超市的营收和自己的收入有很大的联系的。所有的规定我基本上都能自觉地遵守的。我认为,这些是最基本的,当然要遵守了。(2)不管是谁,随喊随到。在超市做促销员,有时还是很忙的。特别是周末,很多的供货商都在周五送货以便应付周末的客流量,然后顺便结帐。有时候,一连几家供货商送货来,这时候就忙了,有很多货物卸在收货处。仅有几个人在收货处是忙不过来的,既要验货又要把货装走。于是,他们就需要人来帮忙了。我是刚来的,对仓库的布局不了解,好多次帮倒忙被领导骂。我要把各个柜台的货物分开,并分别送到各个货架附近,如果是一般的货物倒是没什么,但有时候有的商家送的是饮料、酱油、食用油之类的货物就很重了。超市进货都是几千箱饮料、几百箱酒的,每卸一次都特别累,但是谁叫我是新来的,难逃新人受欺负的“厄运”,只有这样才能相安无事,大姐她当初也是这样过来的。

当然在没有货要上的话一定要找点事情做。“上货”,也就是补货。货架上的货物被顾客买走了,货架就空了不仅影响了排面还会影响销售,得从仓库把同样的产品拿来补到原来的位子上去。如果超市的顾客很多的话,不能只顾着补货,还要去留意货架以及招呼顾客。等到货架上的货物都补齐了,就站在货架前吸引顾客,让他们对你的产品产生兴趣,我拿着托盘拦住路过的客人让他们品尝,并且重复我已经重复了几百遍的解说台词。如果没有什么顾客,也没有货要补,那就抹货架。货架一段时间不抹后,就会有一些灰尘,顾客看到有灰尘的产品,感觉上就像这件产品时间长了、旧的,自然就不会买了。这样不但给顾客流下了个坏印象,而且货物就卖不出去了。谁也不希望我们的东西卖不出去的。所以,在没有什么顾客而且没有货补时,可以抹货架。正是有了以上几点要领,我在超市的表现还是比较好的。

四、实习收获与体会

总的来说,在超市里打工是绝对有收获的。俗话说,千里之行始于足下,这些最基本的业务往往是不能在书本上彻底理解的,所以基础的实务尤其显得重要。通过这次简短而又充实的实习,我学到了在学校里学不到的实用知识,对自己的专业也有了

更为详尽而深刻的了解,也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。同时积累了很多的宝贵的工作经验,掌握了一定的业务操作能力和协调沟通能力使自己更加充分地理解了理论与实际的关系。从这次实习中,我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的,并且需要进一步的再学习。从这次实习中,我体会到,如果将我们在大学里所学的知识与更多的实践结合在一起,用实践来检验真理,使一个本科生具备较强的处理基本实务的能力与比较系统的专业知识,这才是我们学习与实习的真正目的。我进入了社会,提前了解了社会,对这个社会提前有了认识,我以后在社会上就能少走点弯路。和以往的实践不一样,这次我真正的看到了自己的不足和优势,当我认真工作起来就会很投入,但是当我遇到挫折的时候我就会手足无措,毕竟还是学校里养着的学生,做起事情来一点也不老道,这是我父母给我的评价,我自己也是这么认为的,原来社会实践的作用就是让我提前知道自己的缺点,让我们在一次一次锻炼中学会客观的看自己,不要把自己看得比天还要高,以免以后毕业了择业眼高手低,到头来一事无成。这一次打工的经历,我想会永远记在心里,毕竟它使我第一次感受到:无论什么事都不能靠别人,只有靠自己!但——首先,是要拥有知识、能力还要有持之以恒的决心。没有足够的知识、能力是根本无法在社会上立足的;而没有决心,你的一切都是徒劳,都只是纸上谈兵。因此,我要更加努力,争取成为社会的栋梁。
