万寿菊中叶黄素的三种提取方法比较

摘要:为了探索万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L.)中叶黄素的提取工艺,采用水浴加热法、超声波法、微波法3种方法从万寿菊中提取叶黄素,并以叶黄素得率作为标准,确定最优提取方法。结果表明,超声波法提取叶黄素明显优于其他2种方法,含量可达到21.91 mg/g。利用超声波法进行叶黄素的提取,可以大大提高提取效率。

Abstract: The technologies of extracting xanthophylls from Marigold flower with water bath, ultrasonic and microwave method were studied. The yield of xanthophylls was used to screen the best method. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction with the yield of xanthophyll of 21.91 mg/g was obviously better than the other two methods. The efficiency of xanthophyll extraction could be increased greatly by ultrasonic method.
Key words: marigold flower(Tagetes erecta L.); xanthophylls; ultrasonic extraction 叶黄素在自然界分布广泛[1],含量也较高,一些绿色蔬菜水果如卷心菜、菠菜、莴苣、绿豆、油菜中均富含叶黄素。叶黄素属于类胡萝卜素类的四萜类化合物,为橙黄色粉末,有弱的干草气味,难溶于水、甲醇等极性较高的溶剂,易溶于四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯、石油醚等极性较低的有机溶剂中[2]。目前叶黄素类物质的制备工艺,如化学合成等,都面临着化学合成中不能有效除去毒性溶媒以及得率低的问题[3]。通过改进提取工艺提高叶黄素类物质提取率已有报道[4,5]。本研究比较了水浴加热法、超声波法、微波法3种方法的提取效率。 1 材料与方法
