螺杆泵井采油技术优势和应用
摘要:论述了螺杆泵井采油技术的工作原理、性能特点和缺陷,螺杆泵井的选择及适用条件,具备适用于稠油出砂井的优点,并对比和普通抽油机井的技能优势及经济效益、节能降耗。螺杆泵井日常管理的要点及使用变频控制柜控制合理的生产参数,分析了杆、管磨损是造成螺杆泵井检泵周期短的主要原因。深入开展提高螺杆泵抽油技术研究,对提高油田的采油工程技术水平和经济效益具有重要意义。

Abstract: this paper describes the screw pump well recovery technique working principle, characteristics and the defects, and the selection of screw pump well applicable conditions, have used in the sand the advantages of heavy oil Wells, and contrast and common beam pumping unit of well advantages and skills, saving energy and reducing consumption economic benefit. 螺杆泵采油技术具有举升效率高、占地少,安装、管理方便,井况适应性强等一系列优点,在油田应用极为广泛[1,2]。随着螺杆泵井配套工艺的日益成熟,其工业化应用规模与日俱增,某油田螺杆泵的应用规模不断扩大,结合螺杆泵井各部分特点及管理优势进行分析,对提高螺杆泵井管理水平具有重要指导作用。螺杆泵井采油技术优势仍是一种行之有效的人工采输手段。
1螺杆泵采油技术
1.1基本原理
螺杆泵采油装置是由井下螺杆泵和地面驱动装置两部分组成,二者是由加强抽油杆作为绕轴,把井口驱动装置的动力通过抽油杆的旋转运动传递到井下,从而驱动螺杆泵的转子工作。螺杆泵结构如图1所示:井下螺杆泵是由一个单头转子和一个双头定子组成,在两件之间形成一个个密闭的空腔,当转子在定子内转动时,这些空腔沿轴向由吸入端向排出端方向运动。密封腔在排出端消失。同时在吸入端形成新的密封腔,其中被吸入的液体也随着运动由吸入端被推挤到
