How can you help kids cope with (对付)stress? Proper rest and good nutrition can improve coping skills, so can good parenting. Make time for your kids each day. Whether they need to talk with you or just be in the same room with you, make yourself available.

Steven Spielberg­directed political biopic Lincoln is leading the Oscar race this year with 12 nominations(提名), while the Ang Lee­helmed Indian drama Life of Pi bagged 11 nods on Thursday, including the best picture and director categories.

The best picture category for the 85th Academy Awards is highly competitive this year, with nine films fighting for the golden statuette. The room in which the boys were fed was a large stone hall, with a large pot at one end. The master, helped by two women, served the soup from this pot at mealtimes.
