浅谈机电设备的管理与维护
摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济繁荣发展，整个工业生产对机电设备的要求和依赖程度越来越高。机电设备对工业产品的生产率、质量、成本、安全、环保等，在一定意义上有决定性作用。然而在机电设备的实际操作中存在一些诸如制度不完善、资金短缺、人才匮乏、技术落后等问题，使得机电设备容易出现故障、影响工作效率。如何提高机电设备的管理与维护成为摆在企业面前的一道难题。本文针对目前机电设备管理与维护存在的问题，从管理制度、资金投入、人才培养、设备保养等方面提出了解决机电设备管理的一系列措施和机电设备维护的具体方面。
