Position: Senior Associate(Full time) 高级咨询顾问(全职)
Location: Shanghai
Team: Corporate Finance Advisory (CFA) / Cross-Border M&A
Deloitte Corporate Finance (Deloitte CFA) provided a full range of M&A and financial advisory services, from acquisitions and disposals, through equity and debt raising, across all industry sectors, to corporations, private equity firms, public sector bodies and other investment funds.
Scope of our services:
- Mergers & acquisitions advisory (buy-side & sell-side): Advising clients seeking to expand a business through an acquisition, realize value through a disposal or restructuring, or contemplating an MBO or LBO.
- Capital raising: Providing an independent view in advising clients on the critical issues around raising capital, whether it be through debt or equity markets, developing innovative financing structures which maximize value.
- Financial modeling
- Fund placement advisory
- Project finance
- Private equity advisory
- IPO services
- Private placement
- Real estate advisory
- Public company advisory
Responsibility:
· Prepare pitch/deal documents such as proposals, teasers;
· Assist to facilitate and conduct of market and industry research and analysis;
· Assist to define target-screening scope, target/investor identification;
· Assist advisory M&A including buy-side, sell-side and capital raising;
· Global inbound and outbound transactions with international and national clients, emerging companies and private equity;
· Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders;
· Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis;
· Management of the due diligence process.
Directly report to Manager/Associate Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, a relevant post-graduate/professional qualification (such as CFA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
- 2-4 years' working experience, such as investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, strategic consulting, corporate finance, big-4 will be welcomed.
- Good ability to communicate and write verbally in English and Chinese.
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to logically structure a deliverable / storyboard
- Self-starter, able to work effectively under light supervision and to demanding deadlines
