活塞零件的工加工艺及工艺夹具设计

二、原始资料

(1) 被加工零件的零件图 1张

(2) 生产类型:(中批或大批大量生产)

三、上交材料

1.绘制零件图 1张

2.毛坯图 1张

3.编制机械加工工艺过程综合卡片 1套

4.编制机械加工工艺卡片(仅编制所设计夹具对应的那道工序的

机械加工工艺卡片) 1套

5.绘制夹具装配图(A0或A1) 1张

6.绘制夹具中1个零件图(A1或A2。装配图出来后,由指导教

师为学生指定需绘制的零件图,一般为夹具体)。 1张

7.编写课程设计说明书(约5000-8000字)。 1份

四、进度安排

本课程设计要求在3周内完成。

1.第l~2天查资料,熟悉题目阶段。

2.第3~7天,完成零件的工艺性分析,确定毛坯的类型、制造方

法和机械加工工艺规程的设计并编制出零件的机械加工工艺卡片。

3.第8~10天,完成夹具总体方案设计(画出草图,与指导教师

沟通,在其同意的前提下,进行课程设计的下一步)。

4.第11~13天,完成夹具总装图的绘制。

5.第14~15天,零件图的绘制。

6.第16~18天,整理并完成设计说明书的编写。

7.第19天,完成图纸和说明书的输出打印。

摘 要

机械制造技术基础课程设计是我们在学完了大学的全部基础课、

专业基础课以及专业课后进行的。这是我们在进行毕业设计之前对所

学的各科课程一次深入的综合性总复习,也是一次理论联系实际的训

练。因此,他在我们的大学五年生活中占有重要的地位。

我这次设计的是CA6102发动机的活塞,有零件图、毛坯图、夹

具装配图、各一张,机械加工工艺过程卡片和与所设计夹具对应那道

工序的工序卡片各一张。首先我们要熟悉零件,题目所给的零件是

CA6102发动机的活塞。了解了活塞的作用,接下来根据零件的性质和

零件图上各端面的粗糙度确定毛坯的尺寸和机械加工余量。然后我们

再根据定位基准先确定精基准,后确定粗基准,最后拟定活塞的工艺

路线图,制定该工件的夹紧方案,画出夹具装配图。

就我个人而言,我希望通过这次课程设计对自己未来将从事的工

作进一步适应性的训练,希望自己在设计中能锻炼自己的分析问题、

解决问题、查资料的能力 ,为以后的工作打下良好的基础。

由于能力有限,设计尚有很多不足之处,希望各位老师给予指导。

Abstract

Course design of machinery manufacturing technology is that we learn all the

basic courses University, professional basic courses and specialized courses for. This

is our prior to graduation design of science courses an in-depth and comprehensive

review of the total, is also a theory with practical training. Therefore, he occupies an

important position in our four years of University life.

This design is the CA6102 engine piston, parts map, Mao Pitu, fixture assembly,

a fixture parts of the map sheet, process card machining process with the card and the

corresponding fixture designed by the process of each one. First of all we must

familiar with the parts, the parts subject to the CA6102 engine piston. Understanding

of the piston effect, then according to the nature of parts and components in the face

of the map on the roughness determine the size and mechanical jiagongyuliang.

According to another location and then we set the benchmark fine first base,

established after the benchmark crude, finalizing the piston of the road map, the

enactment of the workpiece clamping programme, to draw fixture assembly.

Personally, I hope that through the curriculum design of their future training

will be further engaged in the work of adaptive, hope they can exercise their analysis

of the problem, problem solving, check the information in the design of the ability, to

lay a good foundation for the later work.

Because of limited capacity, there are a lot of design deficiencies, I hope

that teachers give guidance.
