we often help others and also get help from others . When we help our

As we know, patients need help most.. When we help them, happiness
comes to us. Helping others is especially important in our life. I think we
can get much when we help the people around us. Helping others is
helping ourselves. As the saying,” Giving is much better than receiving.”

Last week our class had a parents’ meeting. At the meeting all

It would also help to develop the students’ minds and stop them playing
computer games. But a few parents thought that too much homework
was useless. Because doing much homework took a lot of time and thus
students could not have a good rest. What’s more they could not do the
things they liked. In my opinion , doing some suitable homework is necessary
and helpful.

can spend our free time watching our favorite TV shows. After a whole
day’s hard work or study we can sit before television , and we drink a
cup of tea to relax ourselves. How wonderful it is!But , television is bad for
our health. It is bad for us to watch TV too long time, especially bad for
our eyes. At the same time, if we spend too much time on TV ,we will
have less time to do sports or do homework. In my opinion, we should
watch TV properly and don’t be addicted to it too much.

Second , we can make many friends on the Internet, and we help each other in our daily life. Third , I think surfing the Internet is a good way to relax after we work hard for a long time. But we shouldn’t be online for quite a long time, and we have to stay away from the bad websites because they are bad for us. I think it’s better for us to surf the Internet with our parents . they can tell us what we can do and what we can’t do on the Internet. Don’t you think so?

It’s important for us to keep healthy during our life time. But in fact, many people have health problems. If we care more about ourselves, it’ll be easy for us to stay healthy. First, we must keep away from smoking and drinking. Second, we should do some exercise every day. We can walk to school. Third, we shouldn’t eat much fast food, we should eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink more water. Fourth, we must have enough sleep. Working or studying too late will make us too tired .Last, I think friends are also important for one’s health, so we should make some friends

Health is very important to our teenagers .Both study and work are based on a body. Doing sports every day helps us keep healthy and energetic. Such as running, swimming and playing ball dames, etc. Now we students have to do too much homework after school.
