1. All employees participate in daily line-ups; joint line-ups between front and back of house are held weekly.
所有员工均须参加每日例会,前台区员工与后台区员工每周须共同例会至少一次。
2. Waiter staff is knowledgeable of all current food & beverage menu offerings. Servers are informed and updated daily on product items. 服务员须熟悉最新的菜单并掌握相关知识,以及每天对产品进行及时的更新。
3. There will always be a lady or gentleman at the entrance to extend a warm welcome to our guests.
进门处须安排一位女士或先生向客人提供真挚热忱的问好。
4. Ornamental center pieces, live flowers or live plants for all outlets and lounges.
所有餐厅和酒廊的餐桌中央须有装饰物,鲜花或新鲜植物。
5. All linen is free of wrinkles, holes, stains and frays; silverware, glassware and tableware are spotless.
所有布件须完好无褶皱、无磨损、无污渍;所有银器、玻璃器皿及其它餐具须无污迹。
6. A warm welcome is extended to our outlet guests 15 minutes before posted opening time and 15 minutes after posted closing time. 餐厅规定开放时间之前15分钟及规定关闭时间之后15分钟须向客人问好。

7. The next available table is given to Ritz-Carlton Hotel guests.
为等待用餐的客人安排就座时,酒店的住店客人具有优先权。
8. A food and beverage guest history and restaurant reservations
system is used to meet and anticipate the needs of our guests. Guest preferences are obtained and tracked.
建立客户资料及餐厅预定系统以了解和满足客人所需。收集和应用客人喜好记录。
9. All outlets and banquet functions have culinary staff’s presence seen
and felt on the floor.
所有餐厅以及宴会厅须配备相应的厨师在岗。
10. Outlet quarterly menu changes are influenced by regional products
and banquets menus are changed annually.
所有餐厅须根据当地时令特色依季更换菜单;宴会厅须每年进行菜单更换。
11. Other company logos are not used without Ritz-Carlton Hotel
Company, LLC approval.
未经丽嘉酒店集团准许,不得使用其它公司的图形标识。
12. All food and beverage is served unobtrusively. It is served from the
right and cleared from the right. All sauces and passed items are served from the left.
适时适宜地为客人提供餐饮服务。从客人右手边上菜,右手边撤菜。所有配料和分菜服务须从客人左手边进行。
13. Hotel menus have signature food & beverage menu offerings.
