四、项目介绍
2010上海世博会德国国家馆建设场地南临北环路,西临西营路;北侧为待建的法国馆、瑞士馆;东边是波兰馆;
本展馆分为展厅1、2、3、4,多功能演示厅和辅助用房三个部分
整幢建筑由多功能演示厅(“动力之源——剧场”)、展厅1-4和辅助用房”back of house”三部分组成;多功能演示厅位于场地的东部,建筑面积约为530M2,采用倒圆锥台的空间体形,内设三层回廊,中央内庭高达12米,参观者可分列于各层回廊之上观看中庭内的现代科技演示;4间展厅,建筑面积约为1650M2,架空在距地面约12米的高空,呈”Z“形,末端与”剧场“的第三层回廊相连接。辅助用房 紧贴基地南边布置,建筑面积约2625M2,内含餐厅、厨房、纪念品售卖、VIP区、内部人员办公及设备用房等功能。西边一层、东边三层,呈东高西低之势,西边大部分结构体被隐藏在景观花园的膜结构之下。
建筑至高点(圆形剧场的屋顶中心点)结构高度为17.500米,建筑外包膜结构的最高点高度控制在20米之内。
Ⅳ、Project Profile
The object is divided into several areas of use (assembly and office areas).
At the front there is the entry zone with access control. The entry zone leads at ground floor level to the exhibition entry and is embedded in an artificial landscape. From the entry, escalators and stairways lead to level 02. The external area on level 02 leads across a office area (utility rooms, offices), which from a fire protection perspective is disconnected and is not specified as secluded structure, since it is mostly located “outdoors” (at least bilaterally open). Only from “joint 01” onwards the entrance opens into the exhibition structures 01-03 with about 1,350 m2 floor space. The exhibition structures guide the visitors in a S-shape at the height of about 12 meters through the exhibition. The end of the exhibition structures 01 - 03 leads to an outdoor waiting platform (the canopy is more than 5 meters above the waiting platform). From there the visitors are evacuated in specified time intervals to exhibition structure 04 (upside down cone = “torus”). The torus has three visitor rows for about 200 visitors respectively, which can be accessed via the waiting platform via a spiral, external stairway. The visitor rows can be evacuated via two independent outdoor stairs.
At the foot of the “torus” there is a small platform with about 40 m2 stage area, which is surrounded at ground level by spectator seats for about 350 visitors. The open space at ground level adjacent to the catering zone under the torus is open towards the EXPO thoroughfares and not provided with enclosures. If enclosures are to be provided, the required escape route widths and lengths are to be followed.
At the back the “function zone” spans three levels with utility rooms, offices, catering and VIP zone.
The supporting building structures are to be installed as structural steelwork. The space enclosing components (ground, wall and ceiling) are provided as fire protected trapezoidal sheet metal clad constructions. Weather protection is effected via a seal plane at the ceilings. The building is to be equipped with a second synthetic layer, which serves as climatic
isolator on all sides.

The preliminary design is made by Schmidhuber+Kaindl, and completed under the cooperation of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd.

第二章 建筑设计
一、设计依据
《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物设计标准》(上、下册) 《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物防火设计标准》 其它国家及地方相关设计规范
二、设计内容
1.建筑设计使用年限
根据《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物设计标准》,本建筑为临时建(构)筑物,设计使用年限为1年。 2.建筑耐火等级
根据《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物防火设计标准》规定,本建筑耐火等级为二级。
3.抗震设防要求 抗震设防按7度考虑。 4.屋面防水
根据《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物设计标准》,屋面设置一道防水设防。
三、总平面设计
1.功能布局
本馆建设基地南北方向长108 M,东西方向长61M;辅助用房——“back of house” 呈倒” T“字型紧贴北环路布置,从而在基地北侧留出大面积的景观绿化及活动广场;参观人流从基地北边街坊内步行街进入,沿长长的候展坡道,穿过起伏的景观,步行进入展厅;基地东北边,在圆形剧场巨大屋盖下面是开放型的室外多功能广场,布置有小型舞台及活动座椅,供室外集会用。餐厅设在一层东北边,呈半围合状面向室外活动广场,VIP区和内部人员办公区设在辅助用房东部的二层、三层,有独立的出入口,避免与参观人流相互干扰。

II. Contents of Design
1. Term of use of the building
According to Standards for Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, the building is a temporary built (structured) object. The designed use term is one year. 2. Refractory level of the building
According to the regulations set forth in Standards for Fireproof Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, the refractory level of the building is Grade II. 3. Aseismatic prevention requirements
To be considered according to intensity Grade 7. 4. Roof waterproof
According to Standards for Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, a waterproof prevention will be set on the roof.
III. Overall Plan
1. Functional distribution
The construction foundation of the hall is 108M long from south to north and 61M from east to west. The backhouse is laid out closely to North Ring Road in a “T” shape so that big green and activity plaza can be reserved at the north. Visitors will enter from the pedestrian in the community to the north of the foundation and then arrive to the exhibition hall along the long slope for exhibition and the waving greens. At the northeast of the foundation, under the huge cover of the round theatre there is an outdoor multi-function plaza open to the public. There are small stage and movable tables and chairs provided on the plaza for outdoor

车流组织:根据世博组办方的要求,设计充分利用现有的市政道路来组织机动车流线,馆区白天的货物
出入口设在北环路一侧,货车停靠在北环路上,利用临时便道及短坡输送货物。夜间闭馆后,货车可进入到街坊内部,卸送大型货物;接送重要客人的机动车一般也需停在北环路上,通过北环路一侧的VIP专用通道进出。
由于整个世博会有统一的交通换乘规划,所以馆区内不再另设机动停车位。
4.竖向设计:

The red line withdrawn backward at the north side shall not be less than 3.0M. 3. Transportation organization:
Organization of people: main visitors will come into the hall area from the pedestrian in C09 community. They
will first arrive to the information center on the site and wait to enter on the scenic slope at the west. Then enter exhibition halls 1 to 4 and the multi-function hall. After the visiting, audience will leave the area from the outdoor activity plaza at the east side of the information center. Entrance and exit for VIP area and internal office staff are on North Ring Road. Two parts of people will be effectively separated without affecting each other.
Organization of vehicles: according to the requirements of the sponsor of Expo, the municipal roads available
shall be fully used to organize the flow of vehicles. Entrance and exit for goods during the day will be at one side of North Ring Road. Trucks will stop on North Ring Road, using the temporary pavement and short slope to deliver goods. During the night, after the exhibition halls are closed, trucks can enter the community streets to unload and load big goods. Vehicles to send important clients usually stop also on North Ring Road through the VIP path at one side on the road.
There is unified planning for transportation for the whole Expo, so no parking will be provided inside the hall area.

辅助功能用房区,建筑总高9.96M, 其中一层层高3.6M,二层层高3.24M,三层层高3.24M。 展厅楼面标高为11.88M,结构顶标高最高处为17.20M
多功能演示厅结构总高度为19.64M,其中,底部为设备层,层高不小于3M,上部是一个中庭空间,总高12M,内设三层回廊,一、二层回廊层高为3.4M,三层回廊层高为3.24M。
展厅4与多功能演示厅在11.88M标高处相连接;
四、单体设计
1.设计理念
平衡的城市
2010年上海世博会的主题是“城市—让生活更美好”,
“城市是人创造的,它不断地演进演化和成长为一个有机系统。人的生活与城市的形态和发展密切互动。随着城市化进程的加速,城市的有机系统与地球大生物圈和资源体系之间相互作用也日益加深和扩大。人、城市和地球三个有机系统环环相扣,这种关系贯穿了城市发展的历程,三者也将日益融合成为一个不可分割的整体。”
反言之,只有人、城市、环境三者达到一个平衡,这样的城市才是一个人与城市能够实现共赢,能够有机生长的城市。
德国馆的设计力求用空间体形的组合关系隐喻平衡城市的内在本质 展览空间的巨大体量漂浮在花园景观的上空, 它们看似稳定的同时又好像是不稳定的
正是各个体量之间的相互作用创造了群体内在的平衡关系
realized with the community plaza and the roads at the boundaries of the field. The foundation shall be high in the center, with 0.3% slope making to both sides. Rain water will be drained to the east and the north sides. Total height of the architecture is 19.64M.
Difference of indoor and outdoor heights: the different of indoor and outdoor heights of the building at the side of North Ring Road is 0.36M, and that of the building inside the community is 0.08M. ±0.000 is equal to absolute elevation 4.8M.
Back of House: the total architectural height is 9.96M, in which the height of the first floor is 3.6M, the second floor 3.24M, and the third floor 3.24M.
The floor elevation of the exhibition hall is 11.88M, and the highest point of the top of the structure is 17.20M. The total height of the structure of the multi-functional performance hall is 17.5M, in which the bottom floor is the equipment floor with the height not less than 3M. On top of the equipment floor there is a shared space, the total height of which is 12M, with three levels of corridors made. The height of the first and the second corridor is 3.4M, and the height of the third floor is 3.24M.
The exhibition halls and the multi-functional performance hall is connected at the 11.88M elevation point.
IV. Unit Design
1. Design concepts
The topic of the Expo2010 is “city-making life more beautiful”.
“City is created by people, and it keeps evolving and growing to an organic system. People are the most active and creative cells in this organic system. People’s life and the form and development of city are closely interactive. With the acceleration of urbanization process, the mutual influences between the organic system of city and the big biological circle and resource system of the earth are deepening and expanding. The three organic systems, people, city and the earth and connected closely in all aspects. Such relationship has penetrated the course of urban development, and the three will fuse to an indispensable entity day by day”.

The sensation of the pavilion is like a promenade. It is a three dimensional overlapping walkway. This is also a poetic expression of the designer to the ideal of city life in the future.

外立面设计
建筑的外立面由两层结构组成,最外层是一层“网状的膜结构 ”表皮,膜内外空气是流通的,这层表皮包裹着建筑的结构、室外疏散楼梯和各种技术设备管线,起遮阳的作用。膜内是一层夹芯板,它是建筑主体真正的外维护结构。 2.参观流线设计
人流的主入口设在基地北边,参观者由北侧的街坊中心广场进来后沿着蜿蜒在景观花园中的人行坡道缓缓上行,来到位于二层的展厅主入口,通过近30米长的自动扶梯进入到5.000米标高的入口大厅,然后参观者跟随引导上到11.88米标高的一号展厅,顺序经过二号、三号、四号展厅(室外的大平台),进入到展区的高潮部分“动力之源——剧场”,这里是展馆的磁场中心。剧场中央有一个直径3米、重量是1000公斤的金属球从大厅顶部悬垂直下,表面装有3万根发光二极管。在这里观众将观看到一个5分钟的表演,在这五分钟之内,球面上将显现不同的 图像、各种色彩和图形。要想使金属球做出回应,参观者必须积极行动起来,并且齐心协力。。。它将成为德国响应2010年世博会倡议的象征。表演结束后,观众将分别从剧场外的三部疏散楼梯下到剧场底部的室外多功能广场,在这里参观者可以观看专场演示,也可以到位于广场一侧的餐厅小息一会儿、体验各种德国风情的美食,或者到纪念品售卖处选购纪念品,然后从东侧广场离开馆区;

VIP 专用室外平台 Design of façade
The façade of the building comprises two layers of structures. The most external one is a surface of “net film structure”, air inside and outside the film is circulating. This layer covers the structure of the building, the outdoor evacuation stairs and all kinds of technical equipment pipelines, and can also shelter the sun. Inside the film there is a layer of sandwich panel, which is the real external maintenance structure of the
building.
2. Design of visiting line
The main entrance for people is set at the north of the base. Visitors will enter from the central plaza in the north, slowing going up along the slope pavement in the garden and arrive to the main entrance of the hall on the second floor. Then, through a nearly 30M long automatic stairs, visitors will enter the entrance hall of 5.000M tall. After that, visitors will be lead to No. 1 exhibition hall of 11.88M tall, then No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 (outdoor platform), finally entering the peak of the exhibition area that is “the source of power-theatre”, where is the magnetic center of the hall. In the center of the theatre, there is a metal ball with 3M diameter and 1000kg weight hanging from the top. On the surface of the ball, there are 30,000 pieces of LED. Here the visitors can see a 5-minute long performance. During such 5 minutes, the ball will appear different images, colors and patterns. In order to make the metal ball give response, visitors must be interactive and be united. It will become the symbol of Germany’s responding to the Expo2010. After the performance, audience will leave from the three evacuation stairs out of the theatre to the outdoor multi-function plaza to see special displays, or have a rest in the restaurant at one side of the plaza to try different German food, or choose some souvenirs, and then leave the exhibition area from the plaza at east.
VIP区设在功能用房的二层东部,特别邀请的客人可以通过专用电梯或楼梯到达。贵宾区面积约350M2
,设有休息区、就餐区、阅读区、会议室、专用的室外平台以及厨房等功能。 该区域相对独立,有专用电梯直达四层的展区。 3.辅助及设备用房
辅助及功能用房全部被布置在展厅下方的1-3层裙房内,平面呈” ⊥” 型布置,信息资料中心、消防控制中心毗邻设置在北翼;西翼是低压变配电室、冷冻机房和弱电机房;东翼是水泵房和报警阀间:
厨房全部用电, 靠近餐厅设置,位于裙房的中部,有单独的货物及垃圾的出入口,并做到洁污分流、生活垃圾与厨房垃圾分流,避免相互污染。
卫生间根据功能需要内外分开设置,餐厅部分的卫生间供外来人员使用,其它部位卫生间全部供内部人员使用。
空调机房设备放在一层中部的屋顶上,上部被膜结构覆盖,四周以轻质吸声此材料围合,充分利用了空间,另一方面也减少了投资。 6. 垂直交通
参观人流垂直交通主要通过人行坡道、自动扶梯、室内楼梯来实现,高差变化自然流畅,使观众在不知不觉中进入不同标高的展厅。
馆内设有电梯2部,一部位于主入口信息中心旁,选用液压提升设备,主要是为行动不便的参观者准备的;另一部设在VIP入口处,内外双向开门,主要供VIP客人及内部工作人员使用。
为满足紧急时的安全疏散要求,全馆还设有9部疏散楼梯(其中展厅部分6部,多功能演示厅3部),全部为室外楼梯,屋顶,外部仅有膜结构包裹,内外空气及烟气可流通,保证人员能够在最短的时间内安全撤离,具体详见消防设计专篇。
VIP area is at the east part of the second floor of the functional houses. Specially invited guests can reach the VIP area through special elevator or stairs. The VIP area is about 350M2 big, including such functions as rest area, restaurant, reading area, meeting room, special outdoor platform and kitchen, etc. This area is relatively independent, with special elevator reaching the exhibition area on the 4th floor directly. 3. Auxiliary and equipment houses
Auxiliary and function houses are all distributed inside the “back of house” that is in” ⊥” shape. Information center and fire control center are adjacent at the north. At the west there are low-voltage distribution room, freezing machine room and weak electricity room. At the east, there are water pump room and alarming valve room.
Kitchen will use electricity, which will be laid around the restaurant, in the center of the “back of house”. There is independent entrance and exit for goods and garbage. The clean and the dirty, life garbage and kitchen garbage will be separated to avoid mutual contamination.
Bathroom will be made according to the functions. The one in the kitchen will be used by the visitors and other ones will be used by the internal staff.
AC equipment will be put on top of the center of the first floor, covered by film structure. Light sound-absorption materials will be used around so that space can be sufficiently used and on the other hand. 4. Vertical transportation
There will be 2 elevators provided inside the hall. One is located at the information center of the main entrance, mainly for the visitors who are not capable in moving. The other one is set at the entrance of VIP area, mainly for specially invited guests and internal staff.
In order to satisfy the requirements of emergency evacuation, there are 9 outdoor stairs for evacuation set to guarantee that people can evacuate within shortest time,All of them are outdoor stairs with only film
structure covered outside, and air and smoke can circulate between inside and outside.. Please
read the chapter about fire control design for details.
五.无障碍设计
1.为满足行动不便的观众观看展览,本馆对展区部分按照无障碍原则进行设计:
首先使用轮椅的人可通过信息中心旁的专用电梯上到二层的展馆主入口平台,主入口处的自动扶梯以及从5。000米标高入口大厅上到11。88米标高展厅的自动扶梯均选用有特殊轮椅固定装置的产品,方便使用轮椅的人到达展馆单元;在从5。000米标高入口大厅到11。88米标高展厅的楼梯旁设计了专门的斜向提
升设备,使用轮椅的人可以很方便的到达展馆的各个单元,参观完毕后乘VIP电梯离开展区; 2.首层室内外高差80MM,无障碍出入口处以斜坡过渡;
3.总共设有两部无障碍电梯,电梯轿厢、门宽、按钮、大堂等均符合规范和残疾人的使用要求。 4.在餐厅及VIP区都单独设无障碍卫生间,卫生间内设低位小便器。 5.室外多功能广场活动座椅区、多功能演示厅、观众休息区都设有轮椅席位; 6. 展厅内展台的布置,留出足够宽度的通道,方便轮椅通行
六.安保和监控系统
1.紧急情况下的疏散和安保:
整个展馆设置了若干直接多外紧急出口,紧急出口的数量和宽度,均满足中国规范的要求。详见消防设计专篇;
所有紧急出口的门均设置紧急出口指示牌,在紧急情况下,明确导向参观者疏散的方向。在展馆正常开放期间,这些疏散门无法从外面打开,确保了使用的安全。
展厅和多功能演示厅的屋顶上设有可足够数量的消防联动自动排烟窗,火灾发生时可自动开启。自动排烟窗上部的膜结构留出足够面积的开孔,保证排烟的顺畅。
V. Non-obstacle Design
1. In order to make it convenient for the people who have problems in moving to see the show, the exhibition area will be designed according to the non-obstacle principles:
First of all, people on wheelchairs can reach the main entrance platform through the elevator beside the information center. The automatic stairs at the main entrance and the automatic stairs from the 5.000M tall
entrance hall to the 11.88M tall exhibition hall both have used products to fix wheelchairs so that the people that use wheelchairs can reach the units of the hall, and take VIP elevator to leave the area after the visit.
Beside the stairs that goes from the 5.000M high entrance lobby to the 11.88M high exhibition hall, special ascending equipment is designed so that the people that use wheelchairs can reach all the units inside the exhibition hall conveniently
2. The difference of heights indoor and outdoors of the first floor is 80MM. The non-obstacle entrance will be a slope.
3. There will be 2 non-obstacle elevators in total. The compartment, width of door, buttons and lobby will all comply with the criteria and the use requirements for the disabled.
4. Non-obstacle bathroom will be provided the restaurant and the VIP area. In the bathroom there will be low-position urinals.
5. There are seats for wheelchairs in the audience rest area;
6. Distribution of exhibition booths inside the exhibition hall has enough wide path left for the passing through of wheelchairs. VI. Safeguard And Monitor System
1. Evacuation and safeguard under emergencies:
The whole exhibition hall has set up several emergency exits, the quantity and the width of which all satisfy the requirements of Chinese criteria. The safety exits are directly facing the outside.
Emergency exit signs are set on all the doors of emergency exits. Under emergencies, the visitors will know the direction of evacuation. During the regular open hours of the exhibition hall, these evacuation doors cannot be opened from outside so that the safety of use can be guaranteed.
2.日常运营期间的监控系统:
展会运营期间,展馆所有的主要出入口、重要区域将设摄相监控装置,信息与园区总安保总站连接。 为了严格控制展馆内同一时间的参观人数,在主要出入口处,安装了计数器,以确保场馆内人数的控制。
主要区域人员控制数量:
展览区1-3 : 最大参观人数为700人 多功能演示厅:最大参观人数为600人
为了确保安全以上人数会被严格控制,并且会在建筑装修设计、 施工阶段严格贯策。。
七、 建筑用料
1.外表面
展厅部分:建筑的外表面由两层结构组成:最外面是一层安装在次结构上的网状膜结构材料,该层膜
结构仅起到遮阳的作用,这部分将由专业的厂家进行深化设计,材料的防火等级达到B1级,厂家将选用通过国内认证的材料;在膜结构的内侧还有一层包裹在主体钢结构外的夹心板,具有保温、防水及保护内部结构等功能,夹心板内不含有毒及易燃材料。
餐厅、VIP区:面向观众活动区的外立面采用玻璃幕墙系统;
其它办公区及辅助功能用房区:采用夹心外墙板外加轻木结构外装饰的做法,外装饰的轻木材料需作防火处理,防火等级为B1级; 2.外门
所有外门均满足防火、防水设计的要求,疏散门朝疏散方向开启; 餐厅、商店、VIP区采用玻璃外门(遮阳镀膜安全玻璃);
其它所有门均为钢框架门,内外侧材料根据ARGE的设计,在施工图阶段深化;
The evacuation stairs on the VIP floor will be used as emergency evacuation exit.
On top of the exhibition area, automatic smoke exhaust windows of enough quantity that are connected with fire control are set, which will be turned on automatically when fire occurs. 2. Monitory system during the operation period:
During the operation of the exhibition, camera monitor facilities will be installed at all main entrances and exits of the hall. Other areas will be monitored by staffers. Owner of the exhibition hall will be responsible for these jobs.
In order to control the number of visitors inside the hall, counters are installed at the main entrance and
exit to ensure the control of number of people inside the hall. Control on the number of people is mainly based on the following formula:
Exhibition area 1-3: maximum 700 people/10 minutes;
Multi-function performance hall: maximum 600 people/5 minutes;
This number of visitors will be strictly controlled. And will be strictly implemented during the building
decoration design and construction period VII.
Façade And Materials of The Building
1. Façade
Exhibition hall: the façade of the building comprises two layers of structures: the most external layer is a net shape film material, which will be further designed by professional manufacturer. The fire retarding level of the material reaches B1. The manufacturers will choose the materials that have been certified
in China. This layer of film only plays the function of sheltering the sun. Inside the film there is a
sandwich panel covered inside the main steel structure. The sandwich panel does not contain any toxic or inflammable materials,
Restaurant and VIP area: façade that is facing the audience’s activity area will be glass curtain wall system;
Other office area and auxiliary functional house: sandwich external panel plus light wood structure will be adopted. The light wood material for external decoration shall be treated for fire retarding with the grade as B1.
3.内墙
展厅1和展厅2的内墙及天花采用预制石膏板墙喷漆
展厅3和多功能演示厅的内墙采用曲面的预制石膏板墙喷漆(隔音量满足65分贝) 楼梯疏散通道两侧的隔墙为钢龙骨双层纸面石膏板,耐火极限不低于1.00小时; 服务用房的分隔内墙采用钢龙骨单层普通石膏板,耐火极限不低于0.5小时

All the external doors shall satisfy the requirements for fireproof and waterproof design. Evacuation doors shall be opened to the direction of evacuation;
Glass doors (sun-sheltered filmed safe glass) will be used for the external doors of restaurant, store and VIP area;
All other doors are of steel structure. Materials used inside and outside will be deepened in the
construction drawing stage according to the design of ARGE. 3. Internal wall
Internal wall and ceiling of Exhibition Hall 1 and 2 will be prefabricated plasterboard sprayed with paint. Internal wall of Exhibition Hall 3 and multi-function performance hall will be curved prefabricated plasterboard sprayed with paint (sound separation shall satisfy 65db);
The separation wall at both sides of the stair evacuation path is steel keel double-layer paper plasterboard with a refractory limit not less than 1.00 hour;
Internal side of the separation wall of the service house will be steel keep single-layer regular plasterboard with a refractory limit not less than 0.5 hour;
Stair room, elevator room, equipment house and kitchen will use steel keel double-layer paper plasterboard filled with mineral wool for the internal side of the separation wall. The refractory limit shall not be lower than 2.0 hours. 4. Internal doors
Steel frame wood plate door will be used, painted in white. 5. Ceiling
Light steel keel plasterboard will be used for the ceiling of the exhibition hall, office area and t
he VIP area. The refractory limit shall not be lower than 0.25.
6. Floor
Floor in the exhibition area will be color epoxy ground;

“Back of house” 的屋面采用压型钢板—混凝土组合屋面,2%结构找坡,上做保温层、防水层及保护层
展厅1-4屋面外侧被一层PVC网状膜结构(B1级)包裹,它起遮阳的作用;
“Back of house” 的屋面,不上人的部分被覆盖了一层网状膜,形成馆区起伏的景观花园,其由木结构支撑于下部的钢结构上;上人屋面部分铺设室外防腐木板(经过防火处理); 9.户外其它展览设施
候展区结合了人工景观设计,展示德国各地区的不同风貌 候展坡道由木结构铺设
人工景观的做法是在轻木结构下衬一层黑色的网状膜结构(B1级); 候展区通道两侧的墙体也是采用轻木结构后衬黑色膜结构(B1级)
Office area will use carpet or PVC floor;
Outdoor slope for waiting and outdoor terrace will be laid with outdoor wood floor (through anti-corrosion and fireproof treatment) on the profiling steel plate concrete ground. Kitchen and bathroom will adopt high-class anti-slippery tiles. 7. Stairs
All the stairs are beam type steel structure outdoor stairs, satisfying the requirements for fireproof design criteria;
Stairs are connected with main steel structure;
Steel plates will be used for stairs and rest platform, and the surface will be epoxy ground; Stainless steel handrails will be used for the stairs, connected with the structure bolts of the stairs. 8. Roof
The roof of Exhibition Hall 1-4 will be sandwich panels covered out of the steel structure. The material will be the same as external fence.
Profiling steel plate and concrete composite roof will be adopted for “back of house”, with 2% structural slope, on which heat preservation layer, waterproof layer and protection layer will be made. The outside of Exhibition Hall 1-4 will be covered by a layer of PVC net film structure (B1 Grade), preventing the sun.
On top of the “Back of house”, a layer of net film is covered on the part not for people stepping on. It forms a waving scenic garden in the exhibition area. It is supported on the steel structure on the bottom with wood structure. The roof for people to step on will be laid with outdoor anti-corrosion wood plate (after refractory treatment).
9. Other outdoor exhibition facilities
The area for exhibition waiting has combined artificial scene design to show different views of German areas.
The slope of the area for exhibition waiting is laid by wood structure. 10.植被

剧场和餐厅外多功能活动广场的地面做法同德国馆四周街坊地面 候展通道为木结构铺设 12.户外设施
垃圾桶,标识,灭火器箱、室外小火拴箱等户外设施应与人工景观一体设计
八、 建筑泛光照明、室外照明设计
为了全方位的展现建筑的外观效果,尤其是在夜间,展现建筑完全不同于日间的另一面,突现个性。专门设计了可控的室外照明系统,力求做到照明效果的整体性、均匀性,创造丰富视觉效果。这一点在下一阶段的深化设计中进一步落实。
室外照明设计以照亮室外人员活动区域为原则,同时也会兼顾服务与卫生清洁的需要。照明区分主次空间和讲求多层次配合,避免光线过于呆板。
九、 设计专篇
1..卫生防疫
由于世博整体规划在每个街坊内都设有公共厕所,所以馆区除餐厅及VIP区外不再设供参观人员使用的卫生间。餐厅按250人考虑,男厕设大便器3个,小便斗6只;女厕设大便器4只。办公区域按40人考虑,男厕设大便器2只,小便器1只;女厕设大便器2只;均满足规范要求。

The way to make the ground of the theatre and the multi-function activity plaza out of the restaurant will be the same as the ground for the community surrounded.
The path for waiting for exhibition will be laid with wood structure. 12. Outdoor facilities
Outdoor facilities such as trash cans, logos and fire extinguishers will be designed together with the artificial scene.
VIII. Architecture Floodlight And Outdoor lHghting Design
In order to show the appearance effect of the architecture in all dimensions, especially at night to show its face totally different from the daytime, and highlight the characteristics, controllable outdoor lighting system has been designed to realize the entireness and evenness of the lighting effect and create rich visual effects. This will be further implemented in the detailed design in the next stage.
The principle of outdoor lighting design will be illuminate the outdoor people’s activity area, meanwhile caring bout the necessity of service and cleaning. The lighting area shall be matched in main and secondary spaces in different levels so as try not to make the lights too rigid.
IX. Designs
1.Sanitation and anti-epidemic
Since the Expo is in a unified planning, public toilets are provided in every community, so no toilets will be provided in the exhibition hall except the restaurant and the VIP area. The restaurant is designed according to the number of 250 people, so 3 lavatory
厨房区域工作人员设有单独使用的更衣、淋浴及卫生设施;
按照《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》(GB50325-2001),本工程对建筑材料的选用执行下列原则:
a.砂、石、砖、水泥、预制构件的新型墙体材料的内、外照射指数均不得大于1.0;石膏制品、吊顶材料的内照射指数不得大于1.0,外照射指数不得大于1.3。
b.各类木制人造板材制品的甲醛含量应达到E1类标准。
c.各类内墙涂料、室内用的胶粘剂、水性阻燃剂、防水剂、防腐剂等处理剂中的各类污染物的含量均应符合该规范相应的限定。 2.劳动保护
项目建设符合《工厂安全卫生规程》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》等有关法令规定的、保证安全生产和消除有毒有害物质的设施。这些劳动保护设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产。
十、 消防设计专篇
1.建筑设计部分 设计依据

pans and 6 urinals will be provided in the men toilet and 4 lavatory pans in women toilet. The office area will be designed as considering 40 people, so in the men toilet, 2 lavatory pans and 1
urinal will be provided and 2 lavatory pans will be provide in the women toilet, in compliance with the requirements set in the criteria.
The staff of the kitchen will have independent restroom, shower and sanitary facilities
According to the Criteria for Control of Indoor Environmental Pollution of Civil Architecture Projects (GB50325-2001), following principles will be implemented for the selections on construction materials used
for the project.
a. Internal and external irradiation indexes of sand, stone, brick, cement and new wall materials of prefabricated fittings shall not exceed 1.0. Internal irradiation index of plaster products and ceiling
materials shall not be more than 1.0 and the external irradiation index no more than 1.3.
b. Content of formaldehyde of all kinds of wood artificial plate products shall reach the E1 standard. c.
Content of all kinds of contaminations in internal all paintings, indoor adhesion, water fire
retardant and anti-corrosive shall all comply with relevant limits. 2.Labor protection
In compliance with the regulations set forth in relevant provisions such as Factory Safety and Sanitation Regulations and Standards for Design of Sanitation of Industrial Enterprises, the project will build facilities that can guarantee safe production and eliminate toxic and hazardous substances. These labor protection facilities will be designed, constructed and launched together with the main project.
X. Fireproof Design

消防设计 总平面设计:
□消防车道的设计考虑尽量利用基地周边现有的市政道路,消防车可通过基地南边的北环路、西边的西营路以及街坊内的消防道路进行环通;
□总平面布置时,考虑了多条人员安全撤离的逃生路线,力求在最短的时间疏散完毕;
具体详见消防设计分析图
单体设计:
□本工程为钢结构,建筑面积约为5450M2,耐火等级定为二级;建筑物内部设有自动喷水灭火系统 □主体钢结构喷涂防火涂料,满足耐火极限要求;压型钢板在组合楼板中仅起模板作用,不做防火保护措施;
□内装修凡采用木材的部位,都经过防火处理,满足室内装饰构件的防火要求; 防火分区:
□整个建筑共分三个部分,;
A.裙房部分分三层,每层设为一个防火分区;
B.展厅1-3,建筑面积约为1350M2 ,总长约164M,内设自动喷水灭火系统,设为1 个防火分区,有5部室外疏散梯直通室外,满足疏散距离和宽度的要求;
C.多功能演示厅,总面积约530 M2,设为一个独立的防火分区,设有3部室外疏散梯直达地面,满足疏散距离和宽度的要求;具体详见消防设计分析图 Fire control design Overall plan design:
□ The design of fireproof vehicle path shall consider as much as possible the current municipal roads surrounded. The fire control trucks can go through North Ring Road at the south, Xiying Road at the west and the fire control roads inside the community;
□ In the layout of overall plan, several safe evacuation routes have been considered so as to seek for an
evacuation during shortest time.
Please refer to the fire control design analysis for details. Unit design:
□ The project is of steel structure with a construction area about 5450M2 and refractory grade as II. Inside the building there is automatic water spray fire extinguishing system.
□ The main steel structure will sprayed with fireproof paints to satisfy the refractory limit requirements. The profiling steel plates only play the function of template in the combined floor plates instead of fireproof measures.
□All parts that use wood in indoor decoration shall have been treated for fire proof so as to satisfy the requirements of fireproof of the indoor decorations and fittings. Fireproof divisions:
□ The whole building comprises three parts
A.the “back of house” has three floors, each of which is afireproof division:
B.Exhibition Hall 1-3, construction area about 1350M2, total length about 164M, with automatic water
spray fire extinguishing system set inside. It is designed as one fireproof division. There are 5 outdoor
evacuation stairs directly connected to outside to satisfy the requirements of evacuation distance and width; C. Multi-function performance hall, total area about 530 M2, being designed as one independent fireproof division, with 3 outdoor evacuation stairs directly connected to outside to satisfy the requirements of evacuation distance and width. Please refer to the fire control design analysis drawing.
□展厅1-3、多功能演示厅的屋顶部分设消防联动自动排烟窗,开窗面积满足规范要求 安全疏散:
本项目每个防火分区的安全出口数不少于两个, 且两个安全出口之间的距离均不小于5米, 展厅内任一点双向疏散距离小于37.5米,单向疏散距离小于27.5米,满足规范要求; 展厅1-3疏散人数及疏散宽度的计算:
根据展厅室内布置图,人员可到达的展区面积约为1000 M2
,根据规范要求疏散的总人数应为1000*0.7人/ M2
=700人

The safe exits of each fireproof division of the project shall not be less than 2, and the space between the two exits shall not be less than 5M. Bidirectional evacuation distance between at any point in the hall is smaller than 37.5M, and single-direction evacuation distance smaller than 27.5M, satisfying the requirements in the criteria; Calculation of evacuation number of people and width of Exhibition Hall 1-3;
According to the indoor layout of the exhibition hall, the area of the exhibition area that can be reached by people is about 1000 M2. According to the requirements in the criteria, the total number of people to be evacuated shall be 1000*0.7人/ M2=700 people;
The exhibition hall is on the fourth floor, so the total width of the evacuation stairs is: 700/100*1 M=7 M. In exhibition 1-4 ,the width og the evacuation stairs:

Anti-smoke design:
□ Mechanical smoke exhaust system will be considered for rooms bigger than 100M2 and corridors; □ Fireproof valves will be installed in the air duct passing the machine room and penetrating fireproof divisions;
□ 展厅1、2、3及多功能演示厅的中庭采用自然排烟方式;屋顶开自动排烟窗,自动排烟窗上部的膜结构开足够大的洞口,保证烟气的顺畅同时保证排出的热烟气不会引燃或使膜结构变形。 机房隔墙采用防火墙和甲级防火门分隔,大楼内建筑材料均按其耐火等级采用相应的材料。
2.消防给水部分
1) 消防系统:室外消火栓系统由浦东水务公司设计。
室内消防为稳高压系统,泵房由C09地块统一设置;室内消防系统从临时场馆基地内预留的二路DN250的消防加压接入管引入,消火栓管道与喷淋管道在报警阀前分开,消火栓管道成环。管网压力为0.7Mpa, 2) 消防水量
室外消火栓水量:30L/s 室内消火栓水量:20 L/s 室内水喷淋水量:80 L/s 3)室内消火栓系统:

Interior fire fighting is of a stabilized high voltage system, and pump houses are uniformly set up at land block C09; indoor fire extinguishing system is introduced from two circuits of DN250 pressurized fire-fighting access pipes reserved inside the base of temporary pavilion; hydrant pipeline and sprinkling pipeline are separated in the front of alarm valve, and hydrant pipeline is shaped as a ring. The pressure of pipeline network is 0.7MPa. 2. Fire fighting water quantity
Water quantity of outside hydrant: 30L/s Water quantity of inside hydrant: 20 L/s Water quantity of inside water sprinkling: 80 L/s 3. Indoor fire hydrant system
□ Two circuits of fire fighting access pipes are connected into inside, and hydrant pipeline network is shaped as a ring indoor.
□ Set up fire hydrants and fire-fighting hose reel at stair exit or public noticeable position; the full water column length of water gun shall be at least 13m.
□ Control the dynamic pressure at the opening of fire hydrant below 0.50MPa through setting up decompression pore plate.
□ Interior automatic spraying system
Except toilet and electric equipment occupancies, the project will be equipped with automatic spraying extinguishing system.
The hazard rating of automatic spraying is grade I of medium hazard. The work pressure

本工程采用集中报警系统,由集中火灾报警控制器、区域火灾显示器、火灾探测器、手动报警按钮等组成。集中火灾报警控制器选用智能型控制器,能显示各报警点的位置,并根据报警信 号发出联动控制指令。控制器预留通讯接口,能根据需要与园区消防系统联网。

4. Fire extinguisher and special fire fighting devices:
□ Hazard rating of fire extinguishers is heavy hazard grade.
□ Set up portable-type ammonium phosphate salt dry powder extinguisher at each public position (set up inside combined fire hydrant box).
□ Set up portable-type ammonium phosphate salt dry powder extinguisher individually at electric equipment occupancies, such as substation, etc.
This project is a secondary protection object of automatic fire alarm system,
including automatic fire alarm system, fire coordinated control system, fire emergency broadcasting system, and special fire telephone system, etc.
This project will set up fire protection control center (to be shared with the safety protection monitoring center) on the first floor. 3.electricity design 1). System form
The project will adopt centralized alarm system, which consists of centralized fire alarm controller, regional fire display, fire detector, manual alarm button, etc. The centralized fire alarm controller will adopt intelligent controller, could display the position of each alarm point, and send out linkage control command according to alarm signals. The controller has communication interface reserved, and could realize network connection with the fire fighting system in the Park according to demands.
2)火灾探测器类型的选择原则
餐厅、办公室、走道、楼梯间、设备机房等场所选用感烟探测器;厨房、开水间等场所选用感温探测器。
3)消防联动控制系统
消防控制中心内设置消防联动控制屏,可对各消防设备进行监视和控制:
□确认火灾发生后,应启动着火的防火分区及其上下相邻的防火分区的火灾紧急广播系统。 □确认火灾发生后,应切断本层及上、下层的非消防电源并点亮应急照明。
□确认火灾发生后,或水流指示器、湿式报警阀、压力开关动作后,启动喷淋泵,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□确认火灾发生后,所有电梯迫降至底层,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□火灾报警后,应停止本层及上、下层的所有空调系统的送风风机,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。 □火灾报警后,应启动正压风机和排烟风机,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□火灾探测器动作后,非疏散通道上的防火卷帘下降到底,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。 □消防控制设备应能控制消防水泵的启、停;显示消防水泵的工作、故障状态、 4)火灾紧急广播系统
本工程设紧急广播系统,兼做火灾紧急广播。 详见第7节紧急广播系统说明。 5)消防专用电话
本工程设消防专用电话网络,并与城市消防网络联网。在消防控制中心设置消防专用电话总机和“119”报警直线电话。消防水泵房、变配电所、防排烟机
6)疏散走道、楼梯间及门厅等场所设置应急照明和疏散照明。应急照明和疏散诱导标志均采用专用消防灯具配难燃保护罩,并采用分区设置的成套蓄电池装置作为备用电源(根据上海世博局要求,应急时间不小于3小时)。
2). Principles for type selection of fire detectors

□ After fire confirmation, cut off the power sources not for fire fighting on the present floor, the upper floor and
lower floor, and turn on emergency lighting.
□After fire confirmation, or after the action of water flow indicator, wet alarm valve, pressure switch, start
sprinkling pump, and send back their signals to fire protection control center.
□After fire confirmation, force all elevators down to the bottom layer, and send their signals back to the fire protection
control center.
□ After fire alarm, stop the air supply fans of all air conditioning systems on the present floor, the upper floor and
lower floor, and send back their signals to the fire protection control center.
□After fire alarm, start up positive-pressure fan and smoke evacuation fan, and send back their signals to the fire
protection control center.
□After action of fire detector, lower down the fire curtains on non-evacuation walkway to the most bottom, and
send back their signals to the fire protection control center.
□ Fire fighting control equipment shall be able to control the start and stop of fire service pump, and display the
work and failure states of fire service pump.
4). Fire emergency broadcasting system
The project will set up emergency broadcasting system, which will be doubled as fire emergency broadcasting.See the description about emergency broadcasting system in section 7 for details. 5). Special fire telephone
The project will set up special telephone network for fire fighting, and will connect this network with urban fire fighting network. The fire protection control center will be equipped with a telephone exchange specially for fire fighting and directly “119” alarm telephone.
4.消防建筑材料部分
□平面中楼梯间门为乙级防火门,强电井、弱电井门为丙级防火门; □楼板之间缝隙用防火堵料封堵; □管道井每层用后浇楼板封堵

十一、环境保护专篇
1. 配套服务设施建筑采用无污染、无放射性、环保型材料; 2.重要机房设置事故照明;
3.机房墙壁及天花作吸声处理,机房门洞做隔声处理;
4.各种空调、通风设备根据需要设置减振装置,设备进出口均设软接头;风机、空调器选用低噪声产品;机组送回风管、风机进口或出口均设置消声器;机房墙壁及天花做吸声处理,机房门洞做隔声处理;
5.排风系统尽量做到高位排放; 6.冷冻水、冷却水均设水质处理设备。 7.厨房排风经油烟净化处理后高位排放。 8.厨房含油废水经两级隔油后排出。 9.所有的水泵进出口均设置减振装置。
10.厨房油污垃圾与办公非油污垃圾分开处理,避免相互污染; 11.生活泵房采用不锈钢水泵,降低噪音。
4. Fireproof construction materials part

XI. About Environmental Protection
1. Matched service facilities building shall use ecological materials without pollution or radioactivity; 2.Accident lighting will be installed in important machine rooms;
3. Sound absorption treatment shall be made to the wall and the ceiling of the machine room, and sound separation treatment shall be made to the door hole of the machine room;
4. Damping devices shall be set for all kinds of AC and ventilation equipment. Soft connectors shall be used for inlets and outlets of equipment. Fan and AC shall be products of low noise. Muffler shall be used for air duct of machine set, inlet or outlet of the fan. Sound absorption treatment shall be made to the wall and the ceiling of the machine room, and sound separation treatment shall be made to the door hole of the machine room;
5. Ventilation system shall discharge at position as higher as possible;
6. Water quality processing equipment shall be provided for frozen water and cooling water; 7. Oil and smoke from the kitchen will be discharged after purification at a high position;
8. Kitchen swage that contains oil shall be discharged after two levels of oil separation; 9. Damping devices shall be set at inlets and outlets of all the water pumps.

1.建筑设计部分
1)本工程结合项目所在地区的周围环境、气候条件、投资规模、运营费用等因素来进行节能方面的综合考虑;
2)本建筑以《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB50189-2005)为基本设计原则; 3)通过简化体型,控制体型系数 (外表面积与体积比), 达到节能基本概念。 4)幕墙玻璃采用中空LOW-E玻璃,节能效果明显。
5)外窗气密性不低于《建筑外窗气密性能分级及其检测方法》(GB7101)规定的4级,透明幕墙气密性不低于《建筑幕墙物理性能分级》GB/T15225规定的3级
6)建筑材料尽量采用绿色环保可持续建材。
7)建筑外表面采用双层结构,外层的膜起遮阳作用,内层的复合外墙板保温作用。大大改善了建筑外维护结构的热功性能。

XI. About Energy-saving Design
1. Architectural design part
1) Comprehensive considerations shall be made on the energy saving aspects combining such elements as surrounding environment, climate conditions, investment scale and operation cost of the area of the project; 2) The building is designed based on Standards for Energy-saving Design of Public Architecture (GB50189-2005);
3) Through simplifying the shape and controlling the shape coefficient (external surface area and volume
ratio), the basic concepts of energy saving can be reached;
4) The north façade of the project is the old building façade. The external wall is comparatively
thick and the energy-saving effects are good. But the windows and doors are single-layer glass steel, which can not satisfy the requirements for energy saving. After the renovation, aluminum alloy hollow glass windows and doors will be changed. Small windows will be opened on the real wall of all the facades of the new building. The connection between the west and east façade with the old building will be glass curtain wall, which shall be hollow LOW-E glass, possessing prominent energy-saving effects.
5) Air tightness of external wall shall not be lower than Grade 4 as regulated in Grading of Air Tightness Performance of External Wall of Architecture and Its Testing Method (GB7101), and the air tightness of transparent curtain wall shall not be lower than Grade 3 as regulated in Physical Performance Grading of Curtain Wall of Architecture GB/T15225.
6) Heat preservation: heat preservation materials shall be used for the roof. The heat preservation materials shall be 40 thickness extrusion molding plastic polyphenyl plates. For external wall of old building, 40 thickness expansion polyphenyl plates will be used for internal heat preservation, and for new buildings, 40 thickness expansion polyphenyl plates will be used for external heat.
2.给排水设计部分
1).道路及绿化浇洒由市政管网压力直接供水。 2).生活泵采用不锈钢潜水泵,降低噪音。 3)座便器采用冲水量6L/次的节水型产品。 3.电气设计部分 1.供配电系统:
1)供配电系统中选用高效、低耗的环氧树脂浇铸干式变压器。
2)在变压器低压侧设置成套电容器自动补偿装置,装置内加设消谐电抗器抑制三次及以上谐波。补偿后,功率因数(10kV侧)不小于0.9。
3)合理选择线路路径,尽量缩短线路长度,降低线路损耗。由单芯电缆组成的配电回路,采用“品”字型敷设方式以降低线路损耗。
4)在低压配电柜内和楼层配电柜内设置表计供內部核算。以电力为主要能源的冷冻机组等大容量设备设专用电能计量装置。 2.照明系统:
1)严格执行《建筑照明设计标准》所规定的照明负荷密度指标。
2)照明系统中采用高效优质的细管径直管型荧光灯或紧凑型节能灯,并配高功率因数、低谐波含量的电子镇流器或节能型电感镇流器。
3)展览馆等设有多列或大面积灯具的场所,采用“交叉隔行”方式分组配电,并设置智能照明控制系统,不同场所不同时段根据需要关闭部分灯具,以满足节能要求。 3.自动控制系统:
1)设置建筑设备自动监控系统,对建筑物内冷热源设备、通风设备、空调设备及环境监测设备进行监视、测量、控制。
2)对于大型电力设备采用变频控制方式,根据负荷变化调速节能。

2). Domestic water pump will adopt stainless steel submersible pump to reduce noises. 3). Pedestal pan will adopt water-saving products with a flushing quantity of 6L/time. 3..Electricity Design
1. Power supply and distribution system
1).Power supply and distribution system adopts high-efficiency low-consumption epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer.
2). Set up whole set of capacitor automatic compensation device at low voltage side of transformer, and add a harmonic-eliminating reactor inside the device to suppress third and above harmonic. After compensation, the power factor (at 10kV side) shall not be below 0.9.
3). Select circuit path reasonably, try to shorten circuit length and reduce line spoilage.
Distribution circuit composed of single conductor cable will be installed based on the shape as Chinese character “品” to reduce line spoilage.
4). Set up pointer inside low voltage distribution cabinet and the distribution cabinet on each floor for internal calculation. Big-capacity equipments, including refrigeration machines with power as main energy, etc., will be set up special electric-energy computation device. 2. Lighting system
1).Execute the lighting load density index regulated in the Standard for Lighting Design of Building strictly. 2). Lightning system will adopt high-efficiency and good-quality small-caliber-size straight-pipe fluorescent

2). All AC and ventilation equipment shall be energy-saving type.
3). Air conditioning water system will set up primary pump system with variable flow rate, and could save partial operating cost of pumps.
4). The conveying efficiency of air-conditioning freezing water system will not be over 0.241, and that of hot water system will not be over 0.00433.

2010上海世博会德国国家馆建设场地南临北环路,西临西营路;北侧为待建的法国馆、瑞士馆;东边是波兰馆;
本展馆分为展厅1、2、3、4,多功能演示厅和辅助用房三个部分
整幢建筑由多功能演示厅(“动力之源——剧场”)、展厅1-4和辅助用房”back of house”三部分组成;多功能演示厅位于场地的东部,建筑面积约为530M2,采用倒圆锥台的空间体形,内设三层回廊,中央内庭高达12米,参观者可分列于各层回廊之上观看中庭内的现代科技演示;4间展厅,建筑面积约为1650M2,架空在距地面约12米的高空,呈”Z“形,末端与”剧场“的第三层回廊相连接。辅助用房 紧贴基地南边布置,建筑面积约2625M2,内含餐厅、厨房、纪念品售卖、VIP区、内部人员办公及设备用房等功能。西边一层、东边三层,呈东高西低之势,西边大部分结构体被隐藏在景观花园的膜结构之下。
建筑至高点(圆形剧场的屋顶中心点)结构高度为17.500米,建筑外包膜结构的最高点高度控制在20米之内。
Ⅳ、Project Profile
The object is divided into several areas of use (assembly and office areas).
At the front there is the entry zone with access control. The entry zone leads at ground floor level to the exhibition entry and is embedded in an artificial landscape. From the entry, escalators and stairways lead to level 02. The external area on level 02 leads across a office area (utility rooms, offices), which from a fire protection perspective is disconnected and is not specified as secluded structure, since it is mostly located “outdoors” (at least bilaterally open). Only from “joint 01” onwards the entrance opens into the exhibition structures 01-03 with about 1,350 m2 floor space. The exhibition structures guide the visitors in a S-shape at the height of about 12 meters through the exhibition. The end of the exhibition structures 01 - 03 leads to an outdoor waiting platform (the canopy is more than 5 meters above the waiting platform). From there the visitors are evacuated in specified time intervals to exhibition structure 04 (upside down cone = “torus”). The torus has three visitor rows for about 200 visitors respectively, which can be accessed via the waiting platform via a spiral, external stairway. The visitor rows can be evacuated via two independent outdoor stairs.
At the foot of the “torus” there is a small platform with about 40 m2 stage area, which is surrounded at ground level by spectator seats for about 350 visitors. The open space at ground level adjacent to the catering zone under the torus is open towards the EXPO thoroughfares and not provided with enclosures. If enclosures are to be provided, the required escape route widths and lengths are to be followed.
At the back the “function zone” spans three levels with utility rooms, offices, catering and VIP zone.
The supporting building structures are to be installed as structural steelwork. The space enclosing components (ground, wall and ceiling) are provided as fire protected trapezoidal sheet metal clad constructions. Weather protection is effected via a seal plane at the ceilings. The building is to be equipped with a second synthetic layer, which serves as climatic
isolator on all sides.

三、总平面设计
1.功能布局
本馆建设基地南北方向长108 M,东西方向长61M;辅助用房——“back of house” 呈倒” T“字型紧贴北环路布置,从而在基地北侧留出大面积的景观绿化及活动广场;参观人流从基地北边街坊内步行街进入,沿长长的候展坡道,穿过起伏的景观,步行进入展厅;基地东北边,在圆形剧场巨大屋盖下面是开放型的室外多功能广场,布置有小型舞台及活动座椅,供室外集会用。餐厅设在一层东北边,呈半围合状面向室外活动广场,VIP区和内部人员办公区设在辅助用房东部的二层、三层,有独立的出入口,避免与参观人流相互干扰。
Chapter 2 Architecture Design

II. Contents of Design
1. Term of use of the building
According to Standards for Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, the building is a temporary built (structured) object. The designed use term is one year. 2. Refractory level of the building
According to the regulations set forth in Standards for Fireproof Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, the refractory level of the building is Grade II. 3. Aseismatic prevention requirements
To be considered according to intensity Grade 7. 4. Roof waterproof
According to Standards for Design of Temporary Architectures and Buildings for Expo, a waterproof prevention will be set on the roof.
III. Overall Plan
1. Functional distribution
The construction foundation of the hall is 108M long from south to north and 61M from east to west. The backhouse is laid out closely to North Ring Road in a “T” shape so that big green and activity plaza can be reserved at the north. Visitors will enter from the pedestrian in the community to the north of the foundation and then arrive to the exhibition hall along the long slope for exhibition and the waving greens. At the northeast of the foundation, under the huge cover of the round theatre there is an outdoor multi-function plaza open to the public. There are small stage and movable tables and chairs provided on the plaza for outdoor

出入口设在北环路一侧,货车停靠在北环路上,利用临时便道及短坡输送货物。夜间闭馆后,货车可进入到街坊内部,卸送大型货物;接送重要客人的机动车一般也需停在北环路上,通过北环路一侧的VIP专用通道进出。
由于整个世博会有统一的交通换乘规划,所以馆区内不再另设机动停车位。

Entrance and exit for VIP area and internal office staff are on North Ring Road. Two parts of people will be effectively separated without affecting each other.
Organization of vehicles: according to the requirements of the sponsor of Expo, the municipal roads available
shall be fully used to organize the flow of vehicles. Entrance and exit for goods during the day will be at one side of North Ring Road. Trucks will stop on North Ring Road, using the temporary pavement and short slope to deliver goods. During the night, after the exhibition halls are closed, trucks can enter the community streets to unload and load big goods. Vehicles to send important clients usually stop also on North Ring Road through the VIP path at one side on the road.
There is unified planning for transportation for the whole Expo, so no parking will be provided inside the hall area.

四、单体设计
1.设计理念
平衡的城市
2010年上海世博会的主题是“城市—让生活更美好”,
“城市是人创造的,它不断地演进演化和成长为一个有机系统。人的生活与城市的形态和发展密切互动。随着城市化进程的加速,城市的有机系统与地球大生物圈和资源体系之间相互作用也日益加深和扩大。人、城市和地球三个有机系统环环相扣,这种关系贯穿了城市发展的历程,三者也将日益融合成为一个不可分割的整体。”
反言之,只有人、城市、环境三者达到一个平衡,这样的城市才是一个人与城市能够实现共赢,能够有机生长的城市。
德国馆的设计力求用空间体形的组合关系隐喻平衡城市的内在本质 展览空间的巨大体量漂浮在花园景观的上空, 它们看似稳定的同时又好像是不稳定的

Difference of indoor and outdoor heights: the different of indoor and outdoor heights of the building at the side of North Ring Road is 0.36M, and that of the building inside the community is 0.08M. ±0.000 is equal to absolute elevation 4.8M.
Back of House: the total architectural height is 9.96M, in which the height of the first floor is 3.6M, the second floor 3.24M, and the third floor 3.24M.
The floor elevation of the exhibition hall is 11.88M, and the highest point of the top of the structure is 17.20M. The total height of the structure of the multi-functional performance hall is 17.5M, in which the bottom floor is the equipment floor with the height not less than 3M. On top of the equipment floor there is a shared space, the total height of which is 12M, with three levels of corridors made. The height of the first and the second corridor is 3.4M, and the height of the third floor is 3.24M.
The exhibition halls and the multi-functional performance hall is connected at the 11.88M elevation point.
IV. Unit Design
1. Design concepts
The topic of the Expo2010 is “city-making life more beautiful”.
“City is created by people, and it keeps evolving and growing to an organic system. People are the most active and creative cells in this organic system. People’s life and the form and development of city are closely interactive. With the acceleration of urbanization process, the mutual influences between the organic system of city and the big biological circle and resource system of the earth are deepening and expanding. The three organic systems, people, city and the earth and connected closely in all aspects. Such relationship has penetrated the course of urban development, and the three will fuse to an indispensable entity day by day”.

外立面设计
建筑的外立面由两层结构组成,最外层是一层“网状的膜结构 ”表皮,膜内外空气是流通的,这层表皮包裹着建筑的结构、室外疏散楼梯和各种技术设备管线,起遮阳的作用。膜内是一层夹芯板,它是建筑主体真正的外维护结构。 2.参观流线设计
人流的主入口设在基地北边,参观者由北侧的街坊中心广场进来后沿着蜿蜒在景观花园中的人行坡道缓缓上行,来到位于二层的展厅主入口,通过近30米长的自动扶梯进入到5.000米标高的入口大厅,然后参观者跟随引导上到11.88米标高的一号展厅,顺序经过二号、三号、四号展厅(室外的大平台),进入到展区的高潮部分“动力之源——剧场”,这里是展馆的磁场中心。剧场中央有一个直径3米、重量是1000公斤的金属球从大厅顶部悬垂直下,表面装有3万根发光二极管。在这里观众将观看到一个5分钟的表演,在这五分钟之内,球面上将显现不同的 图像、各种色彩和图形。要想使金属球做出回应,参观者必须积极行动起来,并且齐心协力。。。它将成为德国响应2010年世博会倡议的象征。表演结束后,观众将分别从剧场外的三部疏散楼梯下到剧场底部的室外多功能广场,在这里参观者可以观看专场演示,也可以到位于广场一侧的餐厅小息一会儿、体验各种德国风情的美食,或者到纪念品售卖处选购纪念品,然后从东侧广场离开馆区;

VIP 专用室外平台 Design of façade
The façade of the building comprises two layers of structures. The most external one is a surface of “net film structure”, air inside and outside the film is circulating. This layer covers the structure of the building, the outdoor evacuation stairs and all kinds of technical equipment pipelines, and can also shelter the sun. Inside the film there is a layer of sandwich panel, which is the real external maintenance structure of the
building.
2. Design of visiting line
The main entrance for people is set at the north of the base. Visitors will enter from the central plaza in the north, slowing going up along the slope pavement in the garden and arrive to the main entrance of the hall on the second floor. Then, through a nearly 30M long automatic stairs, visitors will enter the entrance hall of 5.000M tall. After that, visitors will be lead to No. 1 exhibition hall of 11.88M tall, then No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 (outdoor platform), finally entering the peak of the exhibition area that is “the source of power-theatre”, where is the magnetic center of the hall. In the center of the theatre, there is a metal ball with 3M diameter and 1000kg weight hanging from the top. On the surface of the ball, there are 30,000 pieces of LED. Here the visitors can see a 5-minute long performance. During such 5 minutes, the ball will appear different images, colors and patterns. In order to make the metal ball give response, visitors must be interactive and be united. It will become the symbol of Germany’s responding to the Expo2010. After the performance, audience will leave from the three evacuation stairs out of the theatre to the outdoor multi-function plaza to see special displays, or have a rest in the restaurant at one side of the plaza to try different German food, or choose some souvenirs, and then leave the exhibition area from the plaza at east.

,设有休息区、就餐区、阅读区、会议室、专用的室外平台以及厨房等功能。 该区域相对独立,有专用电梯直达四层的展区。 3.辅助及设备用房
辅助及功能用房全部被布置在展厅下方的1-3层裙房内,平面呈” ⊥” 型布置,信息资料中心、消防控制中心毗邻设置在北翼;西翼是低压变配电室、冷冻机房和弱电机房;东翼是水泵房和报警阀间:
厨房全部用电, 靠近餐厅设置,位于裙房的中部,有单独的货物及垃圾的出入口,并做到洁污分流、生活垃圾与厨房垃圾分流,避免相互污染。
卫生间根据功能需要内外分开设置,餐厅部分的卫生间供外来人员使用,其它部位卫生间全部供内部人员使用。
空调机房设备放在一层中部的屋顶上,上部被膜结构覆盖,四周以轻质吸声此材料围合,充分利用了空间,另一方面也减少了投资。 6. 垂直交通
参观人流垂直交通主要通过人行坡道、自动扶梯、室内楼梯来实现,高差变化自然流畅,使观众在不知不觉中进入不同标高的展厅。
馆内设有电梯2部,一部位于主入口信息中心旁,选用液压提升设备,主要是为行动不便的参观者准备的;另一部设在VIP入口处,内外双向开门,主要供VIP客人及内部工作人员使用。
为满足紧急时的安全疏散要求,全馆还设有9部疏散楼梯(其中展厅部分6部,多功能演示厅3部),全部为室外楼梯,屋顶,外部仅有膜结构包裹,内外空气及烟气可流通,保证人员能够在最短的时间内安全撤离,具体详见消防设计专篇。
VIP area is at the east part of the second floor of the functional houses. Specially invited guests can reach the VIP area through special elevator or stairs. The VIP area is about 350M2 big, including such functions as rest area, restaurant, reading area, meeting room, special outdoor platform and kitchen, etc. This area is relatively independent, with special elevator reaching the exhibition area on the 4th floor directly. 3. Auxiliary and equipment houses
Auxiliary and function houses are all distributed inside the “back of house” that is in” ⊥” shape. Information center and fire control center are adjacent at the north. At the west there are low-voltage distribution room, freezing machine room and weak electricity room. At the east, there are water pump room and alarming valve room.
Kitchen will use electricity, which will be laid around the restaurant, in the center of the “back of house”. There is independent entrance and exit for goods and garbage. The clean and the dirty, life garbage and kitchen garbage will be separated to avoid mutual contamination.
Bathroom will be made according to the functions. The one in the kitchen will be used by the visitors and other ones will be used by the internal staff.
AC equipment will be put on top of the center of the first floor, covered by film structure. Light sound-absorption materials will be used around so that space can be sufficiently used and on the other hand. 4. Vertical transportation
There will be 2 elevators provided inside the hall. One is located at the information center of the main entrance, mainly for the visitors who are not capable in moving. The other one is set at the entrance of VIP area, mainly for specially invited guests and internal staff.
In order to satisfy the requirements of emergency evacuation, there are 9 outdoor stairs for evacuation set to guarantee that people can evacuate within shortest time,All of them are outdoor stairs with only film
structure covered outside, and air and smoke can circulate between inside and outside.. Please
read the chapter about fire control design for details.
五.无障碍设计
1.为满足行动不便的观众观看展览,本馆对展区部分按照无障碍原则进行设计:
首先使用轮椅的人可通过信息中心旁的专用电梯上到二层的展馆主入口平台,主入口处的自动扶梯以及从5。000米标高入口大厅上到11。88米标高展厅的自动扶梯均选用有特殊轮椅固定装置的产品,方便使用轮椅的人到达展馆单元;在从5。000米标高入口大厅到11。88米标高展厅的楼梯旁设计了专门的斜向提
升设备,使用轮椅的人可以很方便的到达展馆的各个单元,参观完毕后乘VIP电梯离开展区; 2.首层室内外高差80MM,无障碍出入口处以斜坡过渡;
3.总共设有两部无障碍电梯,电梯轿厢、门宽、按钮、大堂等均符合规范和残疾人的使用要求。 4.在餐厅及VIP区都单独设无障碍卫生间,卫生间内设低位小便器。 5.室外多功能广场活动座椅区、多功能演示厅、观众休息区都设有轮椅席位; 6. 展厅内展台的布置,留出足够宽度的通道,方便轮椅通行
六.安保和监控系统
1.紧急情况下的疏散和安保:
整个展馆设置了若干直接多外紧急出口,紧急出口的数量和宽度,均满足中国规范的要求。详见消防设计专篇;
所有紧急出口的门均设置紧急出口指示牌,在紧急情况下,明确导向参观者疏散的方向。在展馆正常开放期间,这些疏散门无法从外面打开,确保了使用的安全。
展厅和多功能演示厅的屋顶上设有可足够数量的消防联动自动排烟窗,火灾发生时可自动开启。自动排烟窗上部的膜结构留出足够面积的开孔,保证排烟的顺畅。
V. Non-obstacle Design
1. In order to make it convenient for the people who have problems in moving to see the show, the exhibition area will be designed according to the non-obstacle principles:
First of all, people on wheelchairs can reach the main entrance platform through the elevator beside the information center. The automatic stairs at the main entrance and the automatic stairs from the 5.000M tall
entrance hall to the 11.88M tall exhibition hall both have used products to fix wheelchairs so that the people that use wheelchairs can reach the units of the hall, and take VIP elevator to leave the area after the visit.
Beside the stairs that goes from the 5.000M high entrance lobby to the 11.88M high exhibition hall, special ascending equipment is designed so that the people that use wheelchairs can reach all the units inside the exhibition hall conveniently
2. The difference of heights indoor and outdoors of the first floor is 80MM. The non-obstacle entrance will be a slope.
3. There will be 2 non-obstacle elevators in total. The compartment, width of door, buttons and lobby will all comply with the criteria and the use requirements for the disabled.
4. Non-obstacle bathroom will be provided the restaurant and the VIP area. In the bathroom there will be low-position urinals.
5. There are seats for wheelchairs in the audience rest area;
6. Distribution of exhibition booths inside the exhibition hall has enough wide path left for the passing through of wheelchairs. VI. Safeguard And Monitor System
1. Evacuation and safeguard under emergencies:
The whole exhibition hall has set up several emergency exits, the quantity and the width of which all satisfy the requirements of Chinese criteria. The safety exits are directly facing the outside.
Emergency exit signs are set on all the doors of emergency exits. Under emergencies, the visitors will know the direction of evacuation. During the regular open hours of the exhibition hall, these evacuation doors cannot be opened from outside so that the safety of use can be guaranteed.
2.日常运营期间的监控系统:
展会运营期间,展馆所有的主要出入口、重要区域将设摄相监控装置,信息与园区总安保总站连接。 为了严格控制展馆内同一时间的参观人数,在主要出入口处,安装了计数器,以确保场馆内人数的控制。
主要区域人员控制数量:
展览区1-3 : 最大参观人数为700人 多功能演示厅:最大参观人数为600人
为了确保安全以上人数会被严格控制,并且会在建筑装修设计、 施工阶段严格贯策。。
七、 建筑用料
1.外表面
展厅部分:建筑的外表面由两层结构组成:最外面是一层安装在次结构上的网状膜结构材料,该层膜
结构仅起到遮阳的作用,这部分将由专业的厂家进行深化设计,材料的防火等级达到B1级,厂家将选用通过国内认证的材料;在膜结构的内侧还有一层包裹在主体钢结构外的夹心板,具有保温、防水及保护内部结构等功能,夹心板内不含有毒及易燃材料。
餐厅、VIP区:面向观众活动区的外立面采用玻璃幕墙系统;
其它办公区及辅助功能用房区:采用夹心外墙板外加轻木结构外装饰的做法,外装饰的轻木材料需作防火处理,防火等级为B1级; 2.外门

其它所有门均为钢框架门,内外侧材料根据ARGE的设计,在施工图阶段深化;
The evacuation stairs on the VIP floor will be used as emergency evacuation exit.
On top of the exhibition area, automatic smoke exhaust windows of enough quantity that are connected with fire control are set, which will be turned on automatically when fire occurs. 2. Monitory system during the operation period:
During the operation of the exhibition, camera monitor facilities will be installed at all main entrances and exits of the hall. Other areas will be monitored by staffers. Owner of the exhibition hall will be responsible for these jobs.
In order to control the number of visitors inside the hall, counters are installed at the main entrance and
exit to ensure the control of number of people inside the hall. Control on the number of people is mainly based on the following formula:
Exhibition area 1-3: maximum 700 people/10 minutes;
Multi-function performance hall: maximum 600 people/5 minutes;
This number of visitors will be strictly controlled. And will be strictly implemented during the building
decoration design and construction period VII.
Façade And Materials of The Building
1. Façade
Exhibition hall: the façade of the building comprises two layers of structures: the most external layer is a net shape film material, which will be further designed by professional manufacturer. The fire retarding level of the material reaches B1. The manufacturers will choose the materials that have been certified
in China. This layer of film only plays the function of sheltering the sun. Inside the film there is a
sandwich panel covered inside the main steel structure. The sandwich panel does not contain any toxic or inflammable materials,
Restaurant and VIP area: façade that is facing the audience’s activity area will be glass curtain wall system;
Other office area and auxiliary functional house: sandwich external panel plus light wood structure will be adopted. The light wood material for external decoration shall be treated for fire retarding with the grade as B1.
3.内墙
展厅1和展厅2的内墙及天花采用预制石膏板墙喷漆
展厅3和多功能演示厅的内墙采用曲面的预制石膏板墙喷漆(隔音量满足65分贝) 楼梯疏散通道两侧的隔墙为钢龙骨双层纸面石膏板,耐火极限不低于1.00小时; 服务用房的分隔内墙采用钢龙骨单层普通石膏板,耐火极限不低于0.5小时

All the external doors shall satisfy the requirements for fireproof and waterproof design. Evacuation doors shall be opened to the direction of evacuation;
Glass doors (sun-sheltered filmed safe glass) will be used for the external doors of restaurant, store and VIP area;
All other doors are of steel structure. Materials used inside and outside will be deepened in the
construction drawing stage according to the design of ARGE. 3. Internal wall
Internal wall and ceiling of Exhibition Hall 1 and 2 will be prefabricated plasterboard sprayed with paint. Internal wall of Exhibition Hall 3 and multi-function performance hall will be curved prefabricated plasterboard sprayed with paint (sound separation shall satisfy 65db);
The separation wall at both sides of the stair evacuation path is steel keel double-layer paper plasterboard with a refractory limit not less than 1.00 hour;
Internal side of the separation wall of the service house will be steel keep single-layer regular plasterboard with a refractory limit not less than 0.5 hour;
Stair room, elevator room, equipment house and kitchen will use steel keel double-layer paper plasterboard filled with mineral wool for the internal side of the separation wall. The refractory limit shall not be lower than 2.0 hours. 4. Internal doors
Steel frame wood plate door will be used, painted in white. 5. Ceiling
Light steel keel plasterboard will be used for the ceiling of the exhibition hall, office area and t
he VIP area. The refractory limit shall not be lower than 0.25.
6. Floor
Floor in the exhibition area will be color epoxy ground;

“Back of house” 的屋面,不上人的部分被覆盖了一层网状膜,形成馆区起伏的景观花园,其由木结构支撑于下部的钢结构上;上人屋面部分铺设室外防腐木板(经过防火处理); 9.户外其它展览设施
候展区结合了人工景观设计,展示德国各地区的不同风貌 候展坡道由木结构铺设
人工景观的做法是在轻木结构下衬一层黑色的网状膜结构(B1级); 候展区通道两侧的墙体也是采用轻木结构后衬黑色膜结构(B1级)
Office area will use carpet or PVC floor;
Outdoor slope for waiting and outdoor terrace will be laid with outdoor wood floor (through anti-corrosion and fireproof treatment) on the profiling steel plate concrete ground. Kitchen and bathroom will adopt high-class anti-slippery tiles. 7. Stairs
All the stairs are beam type steel structure outdoor stairs, satisfying the requirements for fireproof design criteria;
Stairs are connected with main steel structure;
Steel plates will be used for stairs and rest platform, and the surface will be epoxy ground; Stainless steel handrails will be used for the stairs, connected with the structure bolts of the stairs. 8. Roof
The roof of Exhibition Hall 1-4 will be sandwich panels covered out of the steel structure. The material will be the same as external fence.
Profiling steel plate and concrete composite roof will be adopted for “back of house”, with 2% structural slope, on which heat preservation layer, waterproof layer and protection layer will be made. The outside of Exhibition Hall 1-4 will be covered by a layer of PVC net film structure (B1 Grade), preventing the sun.
On top of the “Back of house”, a layer of net film is covered on the part not for people stepping on. It forms a waving scenic garden in the exhibition area. It is supported on the steel structure on the bottom with wood structure. The roof for people to step on will be laid with outdoor anti-corrosion wood plate (after refractory treatment).
9. Other outdoor exhibition facilities
The area for exhibition waiting has combined artificial scene design to show different views of German areas.
The slope of the area for exhibition waiting is laid by wood structure. 10.植被

八、 建筑泛光照明、室外照明设计
为了全方位的展现建筑的外观效果,尤其是在夜间,展现建筑完全不同于日间的另一面,突现个性。专门设计了可控的室外照明系统,力求做到照明效果的整体性、均匀性,创造丰富视觉效果。这一点在下一阶段的深化设计中进一步落实。
室外照明设计以照亮室外人员活动区域为原则,同时也会兼顾服务与卫生清洁的需要。照明区分主次空间和讲求多层次配合,避免光线过于呆板。
九、 设计专篇
1..卫生防疫
由于世博整体规划在每个街坊内都设有公共厕所,所以馆区除餐厅及VIP区外不再设供参观人员使用的卫生间。餐厅按250人考虑,男厕设大便器3个,小便斗6只;女厕设大便器4只。办公区域按40人考虑,男厕设大便器2只,小便器1只;女厕设大便器2只;均满足规范要求。

Vine or other local plants will be planted in the light wood structure. 11. Outdoor ground
The way to make the ground of the theatre and the multi-function activity plaza out of the restaurant will be the same as the ground for the community surrounded.
The path for waiting for exhibition will be laid with wood structure. 12. Outdoor facilities
Outdoor facilities such as trash cans, logos and fire extinguishers will be designed together with the artificial scene.
VIII. Architecture Floodlight And Outdoor lHghting Design
In order to show the appearance effect of the architecture in all dimensions, especially at night to show its face totally different from the daytime, and highlight the characteristics, controllable outdoor lighting system has been designed to realize the entireness and evenness of the lighting effect and create rich visual effects. This will be further implemented in the detailed design in the next stage.
The principle of outdoor lighting design will be illuminate the outdoor people’s activity area, meanwhile caring bout the necessity of service and cleaning. The lighting area shall be matched in main and secondary spaces in different levels so as try not to make the lights too rigid.
IX. Designs
1.Sanitation and anti-epidemic
Since the Expo is in a unified planning, public toilets are provided in every community, so no toilets will be provided in the exhibition hall except the restaurant and the VIP area. The restaurant is designed according to the number of 250 people, so 3 lavatory
厨房区域工作人员设有单独使用的更衣、淋浴及卫生设施;
按照《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制规范》(GB50325-2001),本工程对建筑材料的选用执行下列原则:
a.砂、石、砖、水泥、预制构件的新型墙体材料的内、外照射指数均不得大于1.0;石膏制品、吊顶材料的内照射指数不得大于1.0,外照射指数不得大于1.3。
b.各类木制人造板材制品的甲醛含量应达到E1类标准。
c.各类内墙涂料、室内用的胶粘剂、水性阻燃剂、防水剂、防腐剂等处理剂中的各类污染物的含量均应符合该规范相应的限定。 2.劳动保护
项目建设符合《工厂安全卫生规程》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》等有关法令规定的、保证安全生产和消除有毒有害物质的设施。这些劳动保护设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产。
十、 消防设计专篇
1.建筑设计部分 设计依据

According to the Criteria for Control of Indoor Environmental Pollution of Civil Architecture Projects (GB50325-2001), following principles will be implemented for the selections on construction materials used
for the project.
a. Internal and external irradiation indexes of sand, stone, brick, cement and new wall materials of prefabricated fittings shall not exceed 1.0. Internal irradiation index of plaster products and ceiling
materials shall not be more than 1.0 and the external irradiation index no more than 1.3.
b. Content of formaldehyde of all kinds of wood artificial plate products shall reach the E1 standard. c.
Content of all kinds of contaminations in internal all paintings, indoor adhesion, water fire
retardant and anti-corrosive shall all comply with relevant limits. 2.Labor protection
In compliance with the regulations set forth in relevant provisions such as Factory Safety and Sanitation Regulations and Standards for Design of Sanitation of Industrial Enterprises, the project will build facilities that can guarantee safe production and eliminate toxic and hazardous substances. These labor protection facilities will be designed, constructed and launched together with the main project.
X. Fireproof Design

消防设计 总平面设计:
□消防车道的设计考虑尽量利用基地周边现有的市政道路,消防车可通过基地南边的北环路、西边的西营路以及街坊内的消防道路进行环通;
□总平面布置时,考虑了多条人员安全撤离的逃生路线,力求在最短的时间疏散完毕;
具体详见消防设计分析图
单体设计:
□本工程为钢结构,建筑面积约为5450M2,耐火等级定为二级;建筑物内部设有自动喷水灭火系统 □主体钢结构喷涂防火涂料,满足耐火极限要求;压型钢板在组合楼板中仅起模板作用,不做防火保护措施;
□内装修凡采用木材的部位,都经过防火处理,满足室内装饰构件的防火要求; 防火分区:
□整个建筑共分三个部分,;
A.裙房部分分三层,每层设为一个防火分区;
B.展厅1-3,建筑面积约为1350M2 ,总长约164M,内设自动喷水灭火系统,设为1 个防火分区,有5部室外疏散梯直通室外,满足疏散距离和宽度的要求;
C.多功能演示厅,总面积约530 M2,设为一个独立的防火分区,设有3部室外疏散梯直达地面,满足疏散距离和宽度的要求;具体详见消防设计分析图 Fire control design Overall plan design:
□ The design of fireproof vehicle path shall consider as much as possible the current municipal roads surrounded. The fire control trucks can go through North Ring Road at the south, Xiying Road at the west and the fire control roads inside the community;
□ In the layout of overall plan, several safe evacuation routes have been considered so as to seek for an
evacuation during shortest time.
Please refer to the fire control design analysis for details. Unit design:
□ The project is of steel structure with a construction area about 5450M2 and refractory grade as II. Inside the building there is automatic water spray fire extinguishing system.
□ The main steel structure will sprayed with fireproof paints to satisfy the refractory limit requirements. The profiling steel plates only play the function of template in the combined floor plates instead of fireproof measures.
□All parts that use wood in indoor decoration shall have been treated for fire proof so as to satisfy the requirements of fireproof of the indoor decorations and fittings. Fireproof divisions:
□ The whole building comprises three parts
A.the “back of house” has three floors, each of which is afireproof division:
B.Exhibition Hall 1-3, construction area about 1350M2, total length about 164M, with automatic water
spray fire extinguishing system set inside. It is designed as one fireproof division. There are 5 outdoor
evacuation stairs directly connected to outside to satisfy the requirements of evacuation distance and width; C. Multi-function performance hall, total area about 530 M2, being designed as one independent fireproof division, with 3 outdoor evacuation stairs directly connected to outside to satisfy the requirements of evacuation distance and width. Please refer to the fire control design analysis drawing.
□展厅1-3、多功能演示厅的屋顶部分设消防联动自动排烟窗,开窗面积满足规范要求 安全疏散:
本项目每个防火分区的安全出口数不少于两个, 且两个安全出口之间的距离均不小于5米, 展厅内任一点双向疏散距离小于37.5米,单向疏散距离小于27.5米,满足规范要求; 展厅1-3疏散人数及疏散宽度的计算:
根据展厅室内布置图,人员可到达的展区面积约为1000 M2
,根据规范要求疏散的总人数应为1000*0.7人/ M2

The safe exits of each fireproof division of the project shall not be less than 2, and the space between the two exits shall not be less than 5M. Bidirectional evacuation distance between at any point in the hall is smaller than 37.5M, and single-direction evacuation distance smaller than 27.5M, satisfying the requirements in the criteria; Calculation of evacuation number of people and width of Exhibition Hall 1-3;
According to the indoor layout of the exhibition hall, the area of the exhibition area that can be reached by people is about 1000 M2. According to the requirements in the criteria, the total number of people to be evacuated shall be 1000*0.7人/ M2=700 people;
The exhibition hall is on the fourth floor, so the total width of the evacuation stairs is: 700/100*1 M=7 M. In exhibition 1-4 ,the width og the evacuation stairs:

Anti-smoke design:
□ Mechanical smoke exhaust system will be considered for rooms bigger than 100M2 and corridors; □ Fireproof valves will be installed in the air duct passing the machine room and penetrating fireproof divisions;

2.消防给水部分
1) 消防系统:室外消火栓系统由浦东水务公司设计。
室内消防为稳高压系统,泵房由C09地块统一设置;室内消防系统从临时场馆基地内预留的二路DN250的消防加压接入管引入,消火栓管道与喷淋管道在报警阀前分开,消火栓管道成环。管网压力为0.7Mpa, 2) 消防水量
室外消火栓水量:30L/s 室内消火栓水量:20 L/s 室内水喷淋水量:80 L/s 3)室内消火栓系统:
□二路消防接入管接至室内,消火栓管网室内成环。
□在楼梯口或公用明显部位设有消火栓、消防软管卷盘,水枪的充实水柱长度不小于13米。 □通过设置减压孔板将消火栓栓口动压控制在0.50MPa以下。 □ 室内自动喷淋系统:
本工程除卫生间及电气设备用房外,均设置自动喷淋灭火系统。 自动喷淋危险等级为中危险Ⅰ级。喷头最不利点工作压力为100KPa。
□ Natural smoke exhaust way is adopted in the central hall of the multi-function performance hall;
Fireproof wall and Grade A fireproof door shall be used for the separation of machine room. All construction materials used in the building shall be adopted according to their refractory grades. 2.Fire fighting water
1. Fire fighting system: Outside hydrant system will be designed by Pudong Water Affairs Company.
Interior fire fighting is of a stabilized high voltage system, and pump houses are uniformly set up at land block C09; indoor fire extinguishing system is introduced from two circuits of DN250 pressurized fire-fighting access pipes reserved inside the base of temporary pavilion; hydrant pipeline and sprinkling pipeline are separated in the front of alarm valve, and hydrant pipeline is shaped as a ring. The pressure of pipeline network is 0.7MPa. 2. Fire fighting water quantity
Water quantity of outside hydrant: 30L/s Water quantity of inside hydrant: 20 L/s Water quantity of inside water sprinkling: 80 L/s 3. Indoor fire hydrant system
□ Two circuits of fire fighting access pipes are connected into inside, and hydrant pipeline network is shaped as a ring indoor.
□ Set up fire hydrants and fire-fighting hose reel at stair exit or public noticeable position; the full water column length of water gun shall be at least 13m.
□ Control the dynamic pressure at the opening of fire hydrant below 0.50MPa through setting up decompression pore plate.
□ Interior automatic spraying system
Except toilet and electric equipment occupancies, the project will be equipped with automatic spraying extinguishing system.
The hazard rating of automatic spraying is grade I of medium hazard. The work pressure

本工程为火灾自动报警系统二级保护对象。包括火灾自动报警系统、消防联动控制系统、消防紧急广播系统、消防专用电话系统等
本工程在1层设消防控制中心(与安保监控中心合用)。 1)系统形式
本工程采用集中报警系统,由集中火灾报警控制器、区域火灾显示器、火灾探测器、手动报警按钮等组成。集中火灾报警控制器选用智能型控制器,能显示各报警点的位置,并根据报警信 号发出联动控制指令。控制器预留通讯接口,能根据需要与园区消防系统联网。

The pavilion completely adopts quick response spray heads. For example, hot
working area in kitchens will adopt automatic sprinklers with K=80 and nominal operating temperature of 93℃; exhibition halls (net height>8m) will adopt automatic sprinklers with K=115 and nominal operating temperature of 68℃; and other places will adopt automatic sprinklers with K=80 and nominal operating
temperature of 68℃. Flat spray sprinkler will be adopted at places where there is not ceiling, and inside ceilings of over 800mm in height; such flat spray sprinkler will be installed upward; and concealed spray head will be adopted below ceiling.
4. Fire extinguisher and special fire fighting devices:
□ Hazard rating of fire extinguishers is heavy hazard grade.
□ Set up portable-type ammonium phosphate salt dry powder extinguisher at each public position (set up inside combined fire hydrant box).
□ Set up portable-type ammonium phosphate salt dry powder extinguisher individually at electric equipment occupancies, such as substation, etc.
This project is a secondary protection object of automatic fire alarm system,
including automatic fire alarm system, fire coordinated control system, fire emergency broadcasting system, and special fire telephone system, etc.
This project will set up fire protection control center (to be shared with the safety protection monitoring center) on the first floor. 3.electricity design 1). System form
The project will adopt centralized alarm system, which consists of centralized fire alarm controller, regional fire display, fire detector, manual alarm button, etc. The centralized fire alarm controller will adopt intelligent controller, could display the position of each alarm point, and send out linkage control command according to alarm signals. The controller has communication interface reserved, and could realize network connection with the fire fighting system in the Park according to demands.
2)火灾探测器类型的选择原则
餐厅、办公室、走道、楼梯间、设备机房等场所选用感烟探测器;厨房、开水间等场所选用感温探测器。
3)消防联动控制系统
消防控制中心内设置消防联动控制屏,可对各消防设备进行监视和控制:
□确认火灾发生后,应启动着火的防火分区及其上下相邻的防火分区的火灾紧急广播系统。 □确认火灾发生后,应切断本层及上、下层的非消防电源并点亮应急照明。
□确认火灾发生后,或水流指示器、湿式报警阀、压力开关动作后,启动喷淋泵,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□确认火灾发生后,所有电梯迫降至底层,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□火灾报警后,应停止本层及上、下层的所有空调系统的送风风机,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。 □火灾报警后,应启动正压风机和排烟风机,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。
□火灾探测器动作后,非疏散通道上的防火卷帘下降到底,并将其信号返回至消防控制中心。 □消防控制设备应能控制消防水泵的启、停;显示消防水泵的工作、故障状态、 4)火灾紧急广播系统
本工程设紧急广播系统,兼做火灾紧急广播。 详见第7节紧急广播系统说明。 5)消防专用电话
本工程设消防专用电话网络,并与城市消防网络联网。在消防控制中心设置消防专用电话总机和“119”报警直线电话。消防水泵房、变配电所、防排烟机
6)疏散走道、楼梯间及门厅等场所设置应急照明和疏散照明。应急照明和疏散诱导标志均采用专用消防灯具配难燃保护罩,并采用分区设置的成套蓄电池装置作为备用电源(根据上海世博局要求,应急时间不小于3小时)。
2). Principles for type selection of fire detectors
Smoke detector will be selected for dining hall, offices, walkways, stair case, and equipment/ machine rooms, etc.; and temperature detector will be adopted for kitchen and water heater room, etc. 3).Fire-fighting linkage control system
Fire protection control center will be equipped with fire-fighting linkage control screen, and could monitor and control each fire fighting equipment.
□ After fire confirmation, cut off the power sources not for fire fighting on the present floor, the upper floor and
lower floor, and turn on emergency lighting.
□After fire confirmation, or after the action of water flow indicator, wet alarm valve, pressure switch, start

The project will set up special telephone network for fire fighting, and will connect this network with urban fire fighting network. The fire protection control center will be equipped with a telephone exchange specially for fire fighting and directly “119” alarm telephone.

4. Damping devices shall be set for all kinds of AC and ventilation equipment. Soft connectors shall be used for inlets and outlets of equipment. Fan and AC shall be products of low noise. Muffler shall be used for air duct of machine set, inlet or outlet of the fan. Sound absorption treatment shall be made to the wall and the ceiling of the machine room, and sound separation treatment shall be made to the door hole of the machine room;
5. Ventilation system shall discharge at position as higher as possible;
6. Water quality processing equipment shall be provided for frozen water and cooling water; 7. Oil and smoke from the kitchen will be discharged after purification at a high position;
8. Kitchen swage that contains oil shall be discharged after two levels of oil separation; 9. Damping devices shall be set at inlets and outlets of all the water pumps.

XI. About Energy-saving Design
1. Architectural design part
1) Comprehensive considerations shall be made on the energy saving aspects combining such elements as surrounding environment, climate conditions, investment scale and operation cost of the area of the project; 2) The building is designed based on Standards for Energy-saving Design of Public Architecture (GB50189-2005);
3) Through simplifying the shape and controlling the shape coefficient (external surface area and volume
ratio), the basic concepts of energy saving can be reached;
4) The north façade of the project is the old building façade. The external wall is comparatively
thick and the energy-saving effects are good. But the windows and doors are single-layer glass steel, which can not satisfy the requirements for energy saving. After the renovation, aluminum alloy hollow glass windows and doors will be changed. Small windows will be opened on the real wall of all the facades of the new building. The connection between the west and east façade with the old building will be glass curtain wall, which shall be hollow LOW-E glass, possessing prominent energy-saving effects.
5) Air tightness of external wall shall not be lower than Grade 4 as regulated in Grading of Air Tightness Performance of External Wall of Architecture and Its Testing Method (GB7101), and the air tightness of transparent curtain wall shall not be lower than Grade 3 as regulated in Physical Performance Grading of Curtain Wall of Architecture GB/T15225.
6) Heat preservation: heat preservation materials shall be used for the roof. The heat preservation materials shall be 40 thickness extrusion molding plastic polyphenyl plates. For external wall of old building, 40 thickness expansion polyphenyl plates will be used for internal heat preservation, and for new buildings, 40 thickness expansion polyphenyl plates will be used for external heat.
2.给排水设计部分
1).道路及绿化浇洒由市政管网压力直接供水。 2).生活泵采用不锈钢潜水泵,降低噪音。 3)座便器采用冲水量6L/次的节水型产品。 3.电气设计部分 1.供配电系统:
1)供配电系统中选用高效、低耗的环氧树脂浇铸干式变压器。
2)在变压器低压侧设置成套电容器自动补偿装置,装置内加设消谐电抗器抑制三次及以上谐波。补偿后,功率因数(10kV侧)不小于0.9。
3)合理选择线路路径,尽量缩短线路长度,降低线路损耗。由单芯电缆组成的配电回路,采用“品”字型敷设方式以降低线路损耗。
4)在低压配电柜内和楼层配电柜内设置表计供內部核算。以电力为主要能源的冷冻机组等大容量设备设专用电能计量装置。 2.照明系统:
1)严格执行《建筑照明设计标准》所规定的照明负荷密度指标。
2)照明系统中采用高效优质的细管径直管型荧光灯或紧凑型节能灯,并配高功率因数、低谐波含量的电子镇流器或节能型电感镇流器。
3)展览馆等设有多列或大面积灯具的场所,采用“交叉隔行”方式分组配电,并设置智能照明控制系统,不同场所不同时段根据需要关闭部分灯具,以满足节能要求。 3.自动控制系统:
1)设置建筑设备自动监控系统,对建筑物内冷热源设备、通风设备、空调设备及环境监测设备进行监视、测量、控制。
2)对于大型电力设备采用变频控制方式,根据负荷变化调速节能。

1. Power supply and distribution system
1).Power supply and distribution system adopts high-efficiency low-consumption epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer.
2). Set up whole set of capacitor automatic compensation device at low voltage side of transformer, and add a harmonic-eliminating reactor inside the device to suppress third and above harmonic. After compensation, the power factor (at 10kV side) shall not be below 0.9.
3). Select circuit path reasonably, try to shorten circuit length and reduce line spoilage.
Distribution circuit composed of single conductor cable will be installed based on the shape as Chinese character “品” to reduce line spoilage.
4). Set up pointer inside low voltage distribution cabinet and the distribution cabinet on each floor for internal calculation. Big-capacity equipments, including refrigeration machines with power as main energy, etc., will be set up special electric-energy computation device. 2. Lighting system

3). Air conditioning water system will set up primary pump system with variable flow rate, and could save partial operating cost of pumps.
4). The conveying efficiency of air-conditioning freezing water system will not be over 0.241, and that of hot water system will not be over 0.00433.
