一、树牢环保意识，强化社会责任感，强化保护环境就是保护群众健康的社会责任感，本企业坚决履行环评中承诺的各项环保治理措施，健全环保管理机构及各项管理制度，责任落实到人，认真肩负起环境保护的社会责任。

二、遵守环保法规，维护环境安全。坚决贯彻环境保护政策法规和标准，严格执行排污申报和排污缴费制度，自觉遵守建设项目“三同时”制度，主动接受环境现场执法检查和监督管理，做到无环境污染事故发生，确保环境质量安全和改善。

三、加强教育培训，提升环保能力。依法组织对各类从业人员、进厂作业人员进行环境保护教育培训。企业主要责任人和环保管理人员具备与本企业生产经营活动相应的环境保护管理能力，各类污染治理设施操作人员具备满足岗位要求的专业技能，从业人员具备本岗位环境保护和环境应急处置的基本知识和安全操作技能。

四、强化环保管理，确保达标排放。切实加强企业环保设备管理，确保污染治理设施正常运转，全过程控制污染排放，确保做到废水、废气和噪声达标排放，依法处理妥善处置固体（危险）废弃物。

五、落实减排工程，实行总量控制。自觉做好企业自行监测及信息公开工作，积极实施污染减排工程项目建设，主动淘汰落后的生产设备和工艺，积极推进清洁生产，发展循环经济，严格执行总量控制制度，完成总量减排任务。

六、规范操作流程，加强风险管控。规范各类污染治理设施现场管理，制定和落实各类污染治理设施操作规程。不使用国家明令淘汰、禁止使用的危及环境安全的工艺、设备和原辅材料。如涉及铅、铬、汞、镉、砷等一类重金属和列入国家名录的危化品，建立严格的危化品管理制度。

七、建立应急预案，定期应急演练。依法编制环境污染事故应急预案，制定岗位应急处置措施，定期组织环境污染事故应急演练。建立健全环境应急管理队伍，储备必要的应急物资、器材、装备，发生环境污染事故后及时组织应急处置，最大限度减少环境污染危害。
