服务说明
★ 为了您的安全，我们特别提醒您园内部分项目不适合高血压、心脏病患者、颈椎背部疾病患者、孕妇、酒醉者游玩；部分项目对参与游客的身高、腰围、体重等设有要求限制，有上述病情或症状者，请自行确认并选择其他适合项目，否则，如导致不良后果，乐园不承担任何责任。详情请参阅各项目说明和提示。
For your safety, we sincerely remind you that our partial equipments are forbidden if you suffering following conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, cervical vertebra disease, pregnant, drunken. Additionally, visitors are also required to meet height, kummerbund and weight conditions regarding some particular equipments. For anyone who has not met the requirement, please check it by yourself and choose other general equipments. Otherwise, theme park does not responsible for any undesirable consequence. Children under 1.2 meters have to be accompanied by adults, otherwise, they are not allowed to enter paradise by themselves. To ensure visitors’ safety, all the equipments would be inspected regularly according to the national safety laws, regulations and other relevant provisions. Our theme park provides a great variety of attractions and shows, please make proper arrangements for your free time. All the entertainment facilities and shows require to fall in lines, please do not jump the queue or any other risk behaviors, one waiting in lines in place of others is not allowed. When there are more visitors, please kindly understand the long lines situation; follow the guide and arrangement of field operators.
★ 园区可能根据项目开放时间、排队游客量等情况，提前截止项目排队，并在现场予以提示，届时将提前终止项目排队或入场，敬请谅解。
Theme park may stop selling ticket ahead of schedule, which is based on the facilities’ opening hour and the number of customers at that day.
★ 园区进行重要接待或组织大型活动时，可能会改变部分项目的运行时间或封闭部分区域，具体时间、地点以乐园或园区内当日公告为准。
Our park may change some equipments’ business time and some particular areas may shut down, when we are having important or specific events. For more detail, please refer to theme park’s daily announcement.
★ 为保证安全,在园区内不得穿滚轮鞋，不得使用滑板，不得骑自行车等（园区指定表演者在指定场地的演出除外）。
Roller skating, skating board and bicycle are not allowed in this them park (Except some specific places for performance use)
★ 为保证秩序及游客安全，园区可能在必要时请游客打开行李物品接受检查；基于安全考虑，园区可能拒绝大件行李箱、包裹等物品携带入园，对搁置无人管理的物品可进行适当方式的处理，且无须为此承担任何责任。
In order to guarantee the order and visitors’ safety, it is necessary for your baggages to be checked when you entering park. ★ 园区提倡尊重、理解、和谐的文明行为，请勿进行随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾等不文明行为；禁止毁坏财物、打架斗殴、寻衅滋事、偷窃等违法犯罪行为。泰坦方舟工作人员有权现场制止，并协助公安部门依法处理。
★ 我们可能在园区范围内摄影、摄像、录制或复制任何进入园区人士的影像或声音。我们有权将此等影像或声音用于任何用途而勿须向游客支付任何费用。
We may take photos, videos etc. relating to anyone’s image or voice in this theme park. We are entitled to use those visuals for any purpose without any payment to our customers.
★ 请时刻看管同行儿童，为了给游客提供良好的游乐氛围，园区广播系统仅作为背景音乐使用。若有儿童、老年人及智障人士走失等紧急情况下可寻求现场员工、游客服务中心协助。乐园提供广播找人服务。
Please keep your eyes always on your children. In order to have a good amusement atmosphere, theme park’s radio system is only used for background music. If you got children, elderly and disabled people lost, please contact our visitor service centre and staff for help.

购票须知
★ 购票前请仔细阅读《游客须知》、服务说明和相关公告，游客购票即被视为已认可公园的相关规定。
★ 身高1.5米以上（含1.5米）的游客须购买全价票入园，票价 ；1.2米（含
1.2）—1.5米的儿童和60周岁≤年龄＜70周岁的长者须购买优惠票（儿童票和长者票）入园。票价 （长者票须出示有效证件）。门市挂牌价格如有调整，以公园公告、公示为准。
★ 身高1.2米以下（不含1.2米）的儿童和70岁以上的老人免票，但须有持全价票的承认陪同方可入园。入园时须主动接受公园身高测量或出示老年证、身份证，一名持全价票的游客仅限带一名符合要求的免票人士入园。
★ 受物价部门许可，导游证（非带团导游）、军官证、记者证、残疾证不能作为本公园免票凭证。
★ 门票在票面规定的有效期内一次使用有效;门票一经涂改将会失效，副券撕下即会作废;售出或失效门票，概不退换，门票不记名，游客门票丢失、撕毁、过期，公园无法办理补、换、退票手续。
★ 门票对公园另需付费的项目无效，门票可以作为商业发票及报销程序。
