人民政协对推进我国旧城改造制度建设的重要作用
摘要：目前我国的旧城更新改造在城市建设中占有非常重要地位，且发展速度快，规模大。我国在推进旧城改造过程中，尤其是近几年，在涉及征收拆迁补偿方面引起的恶性事件屡屡发生，引起的社会关注度极高，造成的社会影响极为恶劣。旧城改造的拆迁补偿问题已成为我国各级政府的一个棘手难题。本文从推进我国旧城改造制度建设，构建和谐征收拆迁环境的角度，分析了我国旧城改造中存在的主要问题，而能推进反映这些热点难点问题的一个好代表就是人民政协，人民政协是重要的力量之一。

Abstract: at present our country’s old city reconstruction update in the urban construction occupies very important position, and development speed, large scale.
