酯基季铵盐浮选剂最佳生物降解条件的测试评估

摘要:采用二氧化碳生成量法,测试单酯基季铵盐与双酯季铵盐在不同环境条件下的生物降解率,分析影响生物降解的环境因素,评估生物降解的最佳条件。综合评估表明,酯基季铵盐降解的最佳环境条件为:反应温度25 ℃,曝气量15 L/h,接种污泥160 mg MLSS/L,受测物浓度20 mg DOC/L。此时,单酯季铵盐、双酯季铵盐10 d的生物降解率分别为30.72%、22.47%,28 d的生物降解率分别为96.24%、80.32%。

Abstract: The carbon dioxide evolution test was used to determine the biodegradability of esterquats flotation collectors in different environmental conditions. Effects of environmental factors on them were analyzed. The optimal biodegradation condition was studied. Comprehensive
assessment showed that under the conditions of the gas flow of 15 L/h, the temperature of 25 ℃, the inoculum concentration of 160 mg MLSS/L, the esterquats concentration of 20 mg DOC/L, the degradation rate of monoester quaternary and diester quaternary were the best. The biodegradation rate in 10 d of monoester quaternary ammonium salt and diester quaternary ammonium salt was 30.72% and 22.47%, that of 28 day was 96.24% and 80.32%.

季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂具有良好的吸附性和杀菌性,乳化和增稠效果明显,因而被各个工业部门广泛重视[1]。在水处理领域,季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂广泛用作石油、化工、煤炭、选矿等行业废水气浮处理的浮选药剂,由于传统的季铵盐难生物降解,高含量的季铵盐类废水将会给城市污水处理系统及生态水体造成不良的环境影响,特别是季铵盐类化合物的杀菌特性,直接影响污水处理系统及自然水体中微生物的代谢活性,并对其他物质的生物转化造成不利影响[2]。相关研究[3,4]表明,季铵盐会对活性污泥中聚磷菌的活性产生明显的抑制作
