Zhongniu Group Company Limited who’s predecessor is Zhongniu Company Limited, was Established in May 2008.Its registered capital inthe State Administration for Industry and Commerce was RMB 100 million. The company is located in Gushui road, Zhecheng County, Henan province, and its business scope covers the buying and selling of raw hides, production and sales ofwet blue and leather. With an area of more than 310 mu,the company’s type is privateenterprise and group Co., Ltd.
There are more than 1200 employees in Zhongniu group Co., Ltd, including 142 professional technicians from university or above, 62 technical personnel on research and development, 5 accountants, 2 certified public accountants (CPA) and 29 engineers. The group have a highly qualified technical team and a large number of high-level managementpersonnel. The treated waste water form the system is up to the discharging standard and the company has obtained the emission permit issued by the government. The main raw materials of the company are cattle skins. Up to now, we have founded more than 120 network to purchase cowhides. The high-quality cowhide purchasing volume by these network has accounted for more than 60% of the total cowhide amount domestic. Therefore, we have obtained the resource control position of high quality cattle skins in China, which cannot be replaced by any domestic leather enterprise.
