In 2011: The precision turntable bearing assembly with measurement system was designed and developed; the provincial governor went to our company for inspection; our company ’s bearing inspection center planned to be recognized in 2011 by the National CANS Laboratory.
In 2009: the secondary enveloping rotary drive pairs was designed and developed; the designed and developed three-row roller turntable bearing for heavy machinery was rated as the national patent product; in the same year, a turntable bearing of up to 6 meters in diameter was produced.
In 2004: the designed and developed "eccentric translational thrust ball bearing assembly“ was rated as the national patent product, and it has been successfully applied in the scroll compressor of cardiac pacemakers.
In 2000: the special bearing institute was restructured to SBI special bearing Co., Ltd., and it passed
through the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification; in the same year, the serial axial thrust cylindrical roller bearing was developed and was granted the national patent certification; the company was rated as High-tech enterprise by the Provincial Science and Technology Department.
In 1996: the extra large ball - roller turntable bearing with teeth successfully developed for large-scale stacker and reclaimer was the China's first.
In 1992: our own pilot plant was set up; a heavy-duty double-row cylindrical roller bearing was designed and developed for the first vertical mill equipment (Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute) with a thousand tons of daily cement output in China; the extra large spherical four-column cylindrical roller bearing developed for the largest 200T boiler in North China was successfully applied.In 1989: Luoyang Special Bearing Research Institute was set up.
