摘要：本文在分析婚姻登记过程中存在的问题的基础上，详解了结婚登记工作中存在问题的原因，提出了解决当前登记工作中存在问题的措施的建议。

一、婚姻登记过程中存在的问题
当事人申请结婚登记声明书真实性难以把握。《婚姻登记条例》取消了由各单位人事部门为当事人出具婚姻状况证明的规定，以当事人在申请结婚登记时，向婚姻登记机关做出本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血新和三代以内旁系血新关系的个人声明。有些当事人出于各种各样的考虑，向登记机关作虚假声明。如：有人曾有过婚史，因怕初婚的对方嫌弃，在声明中称自已婚姻状况为未婚。山东省婚姻登记实行联网办公后，一部分当事人的婚姻状况可以通过岗络显示。由于网络刚刚使用不久，更多人的婚姻状况则无法显
