污水处理厂成本构成及其控制
摘要：随之环境污染日益加重，其中水污染尤其突出。污水处理是公益事业，其本身不产生任何经济效益（除非有中水回用、污泥利用项目，但绝大部分厂都没有），纯粹是社会环境效益，而且耗费高，所以做好成本控制是保持污水处理厂良性运行、长足发展的关键。因此加强对污水处理设施和回用设施运营的监督管理事关重要。笔者就污水厂的成本构成及控制做了简单探讨，供同行参考。

Abstract: along with the environmental pollution, the water pollution is particularly prominent. Sewage treatment is commonweal career, its itself does not have any economic benefits ( unless there is a reclaimed water, sludge utilization project, but the vast majority of factories did not ), is purely social and environmental benefits, and the cost is high, so the cost control is to keep the sewage treatment plant operation, significant development. So to enhance the sewage treatment facilities and reuse facility operation and supervision management is very important. The sewage plant cost structure and control to do a simple study, for reference.

一、污水处理厂成本构成
1.1直接费用
a、能源费用：包括电费、水费，其中电费为主要费用，约占总费用的40~50%。
b、材料费用：包括絮凝剂费、化验费、低值易耗品等。
c、直接人工及福利费：所有生产人员的工资及福利费。
1.2、制造费用：包括维修费、原材料费、备品备件费等
1.3、期间费用：管理部门为组织和管理生产而发生的各种费用，包括行政管理、部门各种管理费用、财务费用、设备折旧费及其他间接费用。
2、污水处理成本组成分析
2.1、生产成本中电耗、药剂消耗是生产过程中必须发生的费用包括污水处理厂和所辖的污水管网的运行费用，且所占比例较大，必须在生产过程中严格控制，才能有效降低成本。
